Always use this place . Last Thu however times my stay for 2 hours exactly so £4 was charged £6 for being 10 minutes over my time. For a start I question the time the attendant wrote down on his sheet and I was waiting 5 minutes to hand over my keys due to him on the phone and computer and ignoring me . When saying that £2 extra was a bit harsh when by my times I was on time got a verbal attitude ! Unlikely I will use this place again now

I used to park here all the time but never again they've changed the times and it's not very clear as it says on the website they close at 8pm everyday so my car was locked in. The following day I spoke to a lady claiming to the manager and was shown zero empathy and have zero manners constantly talking over me and shouting at me. I was told it was my own fault for not asking what time the car park closes avoid at all

We parked there last night so that we could go to see Genesis at the Arena. The lady who was in charge at the car park said she was supposed to close at 8pm but she promised she would stay open till we got back from the concert. We got back to the car park at 10.45 & she was still there! What a lovely person she was & how very considerate. You can’t get better customer service than that. Thank you so much!

Best Carpark in Leeds only 10 mins walk to Arena & £5 Arena parking. Landover and Van-friendly secure carpark in Leeds, ours wouldn't fit under the stupidly low 1.8 barrier at the Merrion centre. Only £5 to park at Trafalgar, and we were there 7hrs in total, the lady at the entrance was brilliant, so helpful with directions to the Arena, and stayed open till we got back from the Quo Gig!

Run of the mill car park, (used for parking for to go to the First Direct Arena) , about a quick 5 minute walk, very quick to exit as opposed to car parking closer to the arena , 24hr manned, cctv, can pay with cash or card , the person on duty was very helpful. £5 to park on a Saturday night, tell them you going to the arena (show your ticket).

The price is £8 for all day during the week, or £2 per hour or part thereof. It's not the biggest, newest or cleanest car park, but it does the job and is very close to the city centre.

Apparently closes at 7pm everyday not 24/7 as advertised. "I has been like that since Covid" the staff member said. This has to be changed on website and all signage they have around as still everywhere says 24/7. I was not able to park there as I was returning at 8pm. The staff member sent me to another place.

Great car park, very reasonable prices for somewhere only a ~5 min walk from the Headrow. Until recently it had been shut from the evening all night until the early morning, but it is now open 24 hours. It’s very rare that it’s completely full as well - I think many people just don’t know this car park exists.

Went to a show at Leeds Grand Theatre,needed a park nearby that would be open when we returned This car park has a extended parking area next to the main multi storey park.The young lady Steph,helped us on the phone and gave advice on spaces that were available.great service thank you,will use this park again.

honestly disappointed but still had an ok enough time visit g trafalgar car park. good enough car museum but entity free can be expensive durin week day. Would suggest going on a sun day as its only four pound in. not great for kids but ok enough for adults if your in to your cars.

Accesible and slightly cheaper than other parkings. However, still several times more expensive than street parking (pay and display, or with the apps). The schedule is not ideal and might make you rush to change your parking spot in the afternoon. Otherwise, personnel was lovely.

This is far and away the best car parking experience I have had, a pleasure to pay the fee. The car park is spacious and spotlessly clean. The staff are all incredibly pleasant and keen to help, really going the extra mile! If you need to park in Leeds, park here!

I was told one price by the guy when i parked up and handed over my keys, then when i got back the guy had changed and the price had doubled! Then then I was called a liar when i questioned that the price had suddenly changed. Will NEVER use again! Con artists

Superb parking in Leeds. Reasonably priced and spacious, with friendly, helpful staff. Only criticisms are that there's a lot of litter, especially on the top floor, and that the parking bays are heavily faded. Still, would happily recommend it.

Paid £8 for a ticket to park all day in Leeds. A bargain in comparison to parking at the Light! The staff on the reception were really friendly and helpful, even waving as we drove out! So easy to park on the roof space too!

Sometimes there is a bit of traffic when getting there, but mostly it is better than getting to any other ones in the center. Most of the parking is indoor. You can get a discount if you are going to the theater.

If you're working in the centre of Leeds or you're on a shopping spree this is the best car park, not only its very reasonable to park no matter what size of vehicle you're driving this is the safest car park.

Not a bad place to park just outside the soup, a bit hilly. The attendant was helpful in offering directions to where I needed to visit. Fyi Google Maps had a nightmare trying to direct me here.

Seems to be expensive if you only need the parking for a very short stay. I was there for less than an hour, and guess how much I paid! But very close to my destination, so pleased with that.

Cheap prices, if your not sure how long ur going to be the lad takes your car keys and charges a reasonable price for when u get back. I think he charged me around £2 for an hour n half.

I normally park here with only a 5mins walk into Leeds centre. Safer than on road parking and valve for money (£8,00 Mon - Fri daily charge). Charging point for EV vehicles.

Cheapest all day parking I have found in the centre of Leeds so far, £8 for the full day and reduced rates for evenings and Sundays I believe. Seems to be secure enough too.

I often use this family run private carpark. I much rather prefer to park here than a big chain carpark. The ladies behind the counter are always very friendly and chatty.

Great parking for the First Direct Arena. It's only a 3 minute walk away and it's much quieter than the arena car park. If you show your ticket it's £5.
