Best service I've gotten from a car wash. Petrol attendant didn't put my oil cap back properly, and the oil bubbled up all over my engine and out through my bonnet. I explained the situation to them, and they cleaned my entire car, inside and out. I was sitting in the café while I waited. Was provided with the wifi to be able to do work while I wait. Very pleasant experience. The car was really clean, and they made sure I was happy before I left. They took the car into the sun to make sure they didn't miss any spots. The engine clean was really thorough, and there were no problems afterward. Would exclusively use them to clean my car from now on.

Nice setting as it is great to sit and enjoy a coffee while you wait. It is a bit loud, so I won't recommend it to anyone that want to catch up on work while you wait. The only issue was that my car wasn't dried properly, so there was still dried water drops on my doors, and with one drive it looked dirty again. The items in my doors was taken out when it was cleaned and wasn't placed back properly, so the sanitizer spray was placed back upside down and leaked all over the place. My boot, bonnet and back doors wasn't closed, so only after driving out I noticed that and had to stop to close them.

I decided to try out Traffik due to all the positive reviews. The service was good and the food also but I need to point out something...I opted for the Traffik wash(R160). My previous car wash(which closed down) had a mini valet(clean in and outside plus wheels and trimmings/plastics) for the same price. This time around my car was properly cleaned on the outside and inside but the interior did not smell clean. Please take this as constructive criticism. I reckon the interior was just wiped down with a damp cloth with no dash cleaner or something similar.

Took my new car for its first wash this morning. What a lovely experience!! Unbelievably friendly staff lead by an amazingly energetic ( good-looking )and equally friendly owner Paul. While waiting I had a hot chocolate to combat the cold Cape Town weather in tne cutest coffee lounge upstairs. They even have protein powders and gym supplements on sale. My car is looking shiny and stunning and they have definitely found a new client in me!!! Awesome job Traffik car wash!!

Worst experience, took car for engine clean and my car started driving funny to a point i had to bring it back and he had someone look at it and 1 mechanic opposite his shop said it was because of thw car wash but obviously the boss took sides with traffik and said my car was the issue when i obviously know it wasnt. Ended up taking my car to my mechanic ans had to fix it up there. Owner of traffik did nothing at all and i ended up having to pay for a half engine wash and fix up my car.

What an awesome experience. For start to finish everything was super friendly and professional. This is one of those special places that go the extra mile and make you and your car feel completely taken care of. My car got there delux valet and I was shocked and surprised how stunning the result was. Traffic did an exceptional job and attention to small detail for sure. What a wonderful experience. You are warmly welcomed when you arrive and they take you through the different options available to you so assess your needs, thereafter you are able to sit up stairs with a mini restaurant where you are able to order a variety of coffees or foods. Afterwards they walk with you around the car to ensure you are happy. Will definitely be returning!

Above average car wash, spent quite a long time waiting so my expectations were high. Better than most car washes but still some issues where sections of the vehicle are not washed properly such as the inside of the wheel arches and side mirrors and more. If you are pedantic it might be best to wash your car yourself and save a little.

My new favorite car wash service. Love the setting, grab a fresh coffee upstairs while your car gets washed, comfortable seating area. Not the usual come back later vibe, The owner is also a great guy ,down to earth character. The staff also seems to be gentle on the vehicles. 10/10 ..I will return soon again.

Had a nice experience. Good Coffee while you wait. You can even take your laptops with chargers etc. Got WiFi, charging points. You can even order something to eat while you wait. For the bodybuilders, they even have all the supplements to chose from. Will definitely support them again. Well done, keep it up

It is clean, organised, suitably set up for motor vehicles Valet, wash, deep polish and total upholstery wash and steam clean. Lovely coffee bar while you wait. I had a full valet on my vehicle, especially upholstery steam clean. I am totally satisfied and paid without quibbling.

Great place to pamper your vehicle with a proper car wash and detail. Owner pays attention to detail, lots of staff, quick and efficient. Also you can enjoy a Cappuccino or milkshake whilst you wait for your vehicle at the coffee shop, excellent concept, keep it up!!

Always nice to go here. A coffeeshop and place to work while you wait with charging ports/plugs, convenient and comfortable. Pay everything together and might as well stock up on some supplements there for a great price. One stop shop. Great service.

My parter and I made an appointment knowing how busy it gets here ,we were helped right away the manager is amazing he helps the staff toothey have a coffee shop however it was closed on the day we visited ,great service definitely coming back …

Very good place to sit and drink a coffee in their small cafeteria upstairs, where you look down at your car while they wash it, you can sit and play chess there or charge your laptop and stuff, beverages and small foods sold there aswell.

Staff are friendly and helpful. While my car was getting a nice soap and scrub I sat in the upstairs coffee shop working and enjoying a lovely cup of coffee. This place is so neat, tidy and clean. And def worth the money

Service was great and with a smile, but I was not completely satisfied with the attention to the smaller areas. For some reason, majority of these carwash places neglect to clean under the door handles.

Although they were quite busy today, I didn't mind the wait as I could sit upstairs and work whilst enjoying a latte and toastie. So happy every time I get into my clean car, thanks team Traffik!
