Was a bit hesitant at first to sing up for 24 monhts, however after using the service it has been the best thing ever. The money you pay monthly is really nothing compared to the savings you get, and if you go on small getaways often the savings really add up! Sure you have to use the service in order to save money but if you are already travelling regularly or plan to in the future then this is honestly the best thing for you! The private travel agent has been nothing but superb when it comes to helping and organising trips. All I do is literally tell her times, places and/or ideas and then she is on it! speedy replies and excellent service along with that. Honestly never thought I would have a private travel agent but at these rates its honestly affordable for everyone. 100% would recommend for those who like to travel often and have their travels planned for them.

I unfortunately had a bad experience with this travel agency based off a cancellation process with them that they failed to communicate with me on, for nearly months - to say I had money outstanding amount with them yet I had cancelled. What a nightmare of harassment, with threats of blacklisting for not even communicating when they said they have. No one actually assisted me correctly or to genuinely helped me - rudely demanding payment for something they failed to actually investigate and assist me properly.

So glad I found Travati - takes less than 5 minutes to become a member thanks to their super friendly & responsive staff - access to great specials, saves you a lot of money for your travels - on Monday 7th June I messaged to book a weekend away to Durban for the Saturday 12th to Monday 14th June and everything (flights, accommodation & car hire) was booked & confirmed within 72 hours Honestly impressed by this service, cannot wait to plan my next trip.
