Been having Travel About organise our trips since 2018 - Heidi has been amazing, especially in a post-pandemic world were covid19 restrictions, lockdowns, flight changes etc can use the traveller quite a bit of stress - I can only highly recommend her! Heidi also has an extensive first-hand knowledge of places to stay depending on your personal preferences, as well as a network of people who can help in a foreign country when needed - something you can't get from Google when the poop hits the fan!! What an amazingly efficient and professional travel agent. It's the 1st time I'm travelling overseas and the agent listens to what my needs were, to provide me with the best personal experience ever! Safety was one of my 1st priorities this was covered with the comfort of the transfers. I'm travelling in December and the transfer agents in the country of destination has already made contact. I have just returned from a complex trip overseas that involved 11 flights around the world. Heidi not only booked great connections, but her quote was substantially cheaper than anyone else.
