Michelle Gipsh was amazing from the first time I spoke with her! My fiancé and I were trying to plan a destination wedding and were starting to feel overwhelmed looking at resorts, wedding information and travel details. We spoke to Michelle, and from the very beginning she was great! She got a good feel of where we were looking, and what we were looking for. She had great suggestions when it came to us needing help to narrow down resorts. Not only was she knowledgeable about the resorts, costs, etc, but she also had a great feel of how other guests felt about the wedding coordinator service at each hotel. She was also very receptive to us suggesting locations that were not on the original list, that we were potentially interested in. After contemplating all options, we picked Dreams Tulum. We couldn't have been happier with our decision. We chose this resort because of pictures, and Michelle had said that their wedding department was great, and that it fit what we were looking for. She was spot on! Within less than 12 hours of us determining date and location, Michelle had our wedding website up and running! We sent an initial email to closest friends and family with the link to the website, while we worked on official invites (since it was going to be a small wedding of approx 30 people). The entire time, we had very few to no questions from our guest about booking, travel arrangements or any of that stuff that you don't want to get bogged down with, because Michelle was so great. She made herself accessible via phone, email and text to our guests, and ensured that all went smoothly and that we didn't need to be involved. When we arrived at the airport, we had our personal shuttle waiting for us, which was a huge relief because it gives you a sense of security when traveling to another country (included with the prices through Michelle and booking). Everything was so smooth and seamless. Over the wedding weekend we heard similar sentiments from all of our guest about the ease of booking and how smooth and carefree it all was. The resort was amazing, and just as Michelle had told us, the wedding department was amazing! Looking back, we feel like we won the travel and wedding lottery because we didn't have a care in the world, and got to relax and enjoy the time with our closest family and friends. Now that its all over, our group is keeping in touch and discussing making this a yearly trip, and I will definitely be in touch with her again for our next trips! Highly recommended!!!!

Where do I begin?! So, my friend just recently got married in Mexico and she began planning since January 2021. When she notified her bridal party, we immediately set our reservations for our trip using their simplified platform. We was responsible in paying our deposit as well as any additional services we were interested in; personal concierge and transport to and from airport. When we arrived, I was shocked to know that me and a friend that shared a room, did not have any reservations at the hotel. We explained that we paid our money respectively and on time but there was no listing for us. Luckily, I had the email to verify our statements and we was told to contact Destify/TravelZap ourselves to confirm. I was unable to get through but my friend was successful. Though the situation was rectify, it was hard to get a representative on the phone and no communication regarding cancellations of our reservations. In addition, my friends had the same trouble with Destify and it was just a recurring them throughout the vacation. Though the wedding went lovely, to deal with an agency like this, left a bad taste in my mouth. They have better communication with patrons if they want their business to continue. For those interested in this agency, beware of the inconsistency and lack of communication with the agency and its affiliates (hotels).

I have used Travel Zap for the past two years and they have helped us coordinate the most memorable trips ever! My husband and I decided a few years ago we were sick of family and friends making efforts to get together only for funerals and weddings. Life is short and tomorrow not promised. So we have committed to coordinating a "Friends and Family" trip every year (as along as we alive) and Travel Zap has come through to make it easy to host! In 2016 we had a crew of 16 people spend a long weekend filled with laughs and good times in Negril and this past summer we went to Cancun. We are already planning July 2018 in the Bahamas...with Travel Zap. The website they develop make it so easy to get info to friends and family all over the world and the payment plan makes it easy for some of our not so well off friends to save, pay over time and join us for this annual good-time trip. The agents are responsive (Jordan is great!) and we have had smooth experiences on both trips we've done through them so far. Highly recommend Travel Zap!

My husband and I attended the wedding of our friends in Cancun earlier this month. Everything was perfectly planned and executed. Brandi at Travel Zap, Inc. did a superb job of coordinating everything associated with the trip. We could not have asked for any more personal attention than we received. She was always there for us to answer our questions and reassure us when we called or e-mailed. We were just a bit apprehensive since this was our first trip to Cancun and to an all-inclusive resort. We should not have given it a second thought, however, since Brandi took care of literally everything for us and our entire group of 21 people. Can't say too many good things about her care and attention to our welfare before, during and after the trip. She was always available by phone or e-mail if we needed her for anything. She and her company are true professionals whose experience and attention to detail show through everything she does. Thanks, Brandi, for making our trip one to remember!

This is so horrible to review because during the planning process when Cassandra was with the company, I rated 5 stars. Do not use. Horrible company. Started planning a wedding for a group of 40- once Cassandra left 2021 everything went down hill! Non responsive, the phone number directs you to voicemail automatically every time so you can not talk over the phone. Steve finally allowed us to speak to him after countless emails leading up. Once we arrived at the resort in Mexico I had 2 guests who did not have a room!!! TravelZap did not transfer over the funds and thankfully the resort had availability and was able to get them in. TravelZap apologized and they will be refunding in full. TravelZap also arranged transportation to and from the airport and did NOT arrange half of the group- waiting on hold for 45 min to schedule ourself directly through the transportation company or ended up taking a taxi.

Michelle Gipsh helped me plan, research, and execute a college spring break trip to Punta Cana, DR. She was very good about understanding what type of place we were looking for, giving her recommendations and working with our large group of about 15 people. For someone who has stayed at 3-4 all-inclusive resorts before, I can say that the Grand Palladium where we stayed that Michelle helped us choose was by far my favorite! She definitely took our needs into account and it made our trip that much easier and enjoyable! At the resort we had an IslandSun representative provided to us by booking through Travel Zap, who gave us info about our hotel, and any excursions we were interested in. He even offered to take us into town if we were interested in buying souvenirs from some markets. I would 100% recommend Michelle Gipsh at Travel Zap to anybody looking to book an all-inclusive trip!!

Michelle Gipsh from Travel Zap was absolutely AWESOME! My husband and I stayed at Grand Fiesta Americana to celebrate a friend’s milestone birthday. With Michelle handling the arrangements, it made everything easier for us. We needed to extend our stay and Michelle took care of it immediately with zero issues. She was very attentive by responding to all inquiries within minutes (even at night); extremely thorough with specific details of what to do once we’re in Mexico, and everything in between. She even checked on us and wished us safe travels. We had quality customer service and couldn’t ask for a better person to take care of us. Thanks Michelle! My travel Agent was Candyce Roa and I was delighted with her service. She was able to get my group of ten people six days and 5 nights at the Riu Tequila for mid April. She always responded very quickly to concerns, updates or follow up questions. She was even able to secure the twelve people group rate price for my trip even though we were two people short. She left clear instructions and notes for travel as well as her emergency contact number in case anything came up but it was never necessary because we had no issues getting to or from the resort. Overall I was very pleased with Candyce and Travel Zap and will be recommending them to all my friends and family!

Steve was great! Very responsive and enthusiastic about my birthday trip to Panama. We corresponded often and he worked diligently to accommodate my requests and get all my questions answered prior to my trip. I had several guests coming from several different locations. He worked well with all of them to set up their travel individually. Often times, to my surprise, he would answer calls and emails well after work hours. Once we arrived in Panama, our rooms were all together. We had private double rooms, which were great! Everyone kept commenting on how happy they were that Steve was able to put us all together. I'd definitely work with him again.

Based on all these reviews, I hope people realize that Brandi Poss is wonderful to work with! She helped plan our destination wedding in Cancun for 21 people in October. She was always on top of things and always answered any questions in such a timely matter. Without her help, the payments/transportation to and from the resort would have been so stressful & likely a mess. Thank you Brandi for all that you did for my wife and I. Planning a wedding may be stressful but having 21 people go on vacation with you actually was so easy due to their website & organization. My company takes a yearly trip and this year we used Travel Zap to coordinate our trip. Our account manager was Candyce Roa and she did a wonderful job selecting our resort and making the travel arrangements for us. The entire process was painless and everyone on the trip had a wonderful time. The resort was one of the nicest our company has ever stayed at (and we stay at a resort about once or twice a year). Brandi Poss set up our all inclusive to an eco resort in Playa Del Carmen last January. It was a great experience that my girlfriend and I loved. Travel and connections were easy. Our agent Andrea was absolutely amazing. She was a saving grace. My now husband is in the Army so we had to plan a wedding in three months. We had 20 guests attend our wedding and she dealt with my family personally to make sure they were all booked and taken care of. She is great at her job! I booked my bachelorette trip with Briana Harrison for this past October in Riviera Maya, Mexico and she did a great job! Trying to get multiple girls and from different states all together was somewhat of a nightmare, but Briana was very helpful. I even had an issue with a couple of people booking late and she managed to squeeze them in last minute even though the resort was sold out. This trip was my niece's destination wedding in Mexico. Michelle Gipsh was our agent for the resort where we were all staying. This is my first experience with Travel Zap and I was very satisfied with Michelle's services. She answered my questions very fast and when I had some problems with the online forms, we communicated by telephone immediately. She managed everything very well and the resort was superb.

I've been to several islands but had never been to Jamaica. We went to Secrets St. James, Montego Bay for my cousin's wedding. It was beautiful, the staff was GREAT, the food was phenomenal and all went as planned. We typically do excursions but this was actually a perfect place to actually relax!
