This is the most outstanding treatment that I ever received as a customer. There were some mistakes done while booking my travel throughout Lithuania. We have paid a large sum for a planned trip and did not receive the level and standard of accommodations and adventures we were aiming for. We were very unpleased and reached out to Alina to express our disappointment. She reviewed the entire itinerary end to end and surprised us completely - by offering a full refund for all the services and bookings provided. Even though our trip was not 100% as hoped, the responsibility and ownership these guys demonstrated are beyond anything that could be expected. This is the type of service providers I would like to stumble across on every occasion.

I came to Vilnius and some friends recommend me this amazing tour club. The tour was incredible and the guide (Alina) was super nice and very knowledgeable about Vilnius, its history and surroundings. She even gave us many tips for restaurants and what to do in the upcoming days. I totally recommend them!

The guys offered a free tour of the old city, it lasted about 3 hours and we visited all the must see locations in Vilnius. Overall great experience for a free one.
