Update: They damaged the cuticle on my toe badly and it rapidly got infected, despite me having gone home and cleaned it thoroughly. It is extremely painful and I am unable to walk. I have had many pedicures, another within the past two months, I have clean feet, and have never had anything like this occur. I definitely will not be back. Seems like there could be a hygiene issue here given how quickly this got infected despite my cleaning it and taking care of it. Original: It was OK, but we probably won't be back. Came in with a small group for an appointment. They were all very nice and pleasant, the customer service was good. For our pedicures each of us got a bit different treatment which resulted in different outcomes for each of us. It wasn't bad, but not the best pedicure I have had. Our manicures were also similar in that each of us got different levels of treatment which resulted in different final outcomes. We also ended up with some bubbles in our gel finishes, and they did not fully cover one of my nails, which I didn't notice until later in the day. Not a huge problem, but again, not quite up to expectations. Communication was a bit rough, some things took several attempts to get clear and the language barrier was clearly an issue, but they were extremely nice and made sure that they understood what was being asked before they did things, so it mostly made up for the difficulties.

The whole place looks unhygienic. Towels are reused during the same session (Edit after owner reply: I meant they used the same one towel for everything during the session, even after it got pretty dirty cuz of the paraffin). Tools are shared between mani and pedi stations. They definitely didn’t clean the tools in between customers. The table, solution bottles and appliances were cover in dust. I went in for a classic manicure with an appointment. The nail tech spent at most 10 mins doing my nails while constantly tending to other customers. She then left my hands in paraffin for over twenty minutes, while catering to a regular who came in after me. Even my friend who got a deluxe pedicure finished his session before me. The whole manicure was rushed, and left my hands drier than ever. Not to mention that I was treated as an afterthought, and was only tended to when she was done with everyone else, right before they close. I feel deceived by the high rating. Maybe they treat regulars way better than new customers, but even then, the sanitary standards there are disturbing.

I have been reticent to actually voice my opinion about this organic spa up until now... why? I was kind of nervous to finally judge this little neighborhood third space. See, every time I come here and visit Kaylie or Nancy (the esteemed sister propetier duo) or any one else here, it feels like I have come over to someones home and I really want them to like me too.. It feels like tri organic spa knows me enough, and I know them enough and someone is going to call my mom and report my bad behavior if I am not respectful. So I always try to be the best, stylish, witty person I can be. So are the services worth it? Yes. (especially when you are lucky enough to get Nancy to do your nails.) Over all, this place seems to be the one of a few areas on 12th Ave in capital hill where I truly will run into my neighbors and i can actually get to know what my streets look like. So yeah, this is a sweet small little shop on 12th Ave, but with the biggest personality one could ever expect.

I love this nail salon so much!! Honestly, I’ve never been a manicure girl, until I started going to Tri Organic. I feel like they are so thoughtful and attentive with the work they do. Every time I go I feel like my nails get better and better as we learn together what shape and length I like best. :) I often receive compliments from friends/family and coworkers on my nails, and I’ve even got a few of them + my mom to start coming here, lol. For reference, I get acrylic nails, and from first visit to most recent visit the nail colors go: green, wine red, lilac, and the coral color! Oh, and I’ve also gotten a pedicure here, and it was great! I got my toes done almost a month ago and they still look nice. I look forward to coming back every 2 to 3 weeks! :)

I’ve gone here three times for mani’s and I will probably never go to another salon. Not only are these ladies skilled but they are so kind. And not the fake kind you see in other salons…they ask you about your day, how you are, and start conversations. I’ve also gotten my hair done, I have long hair that I don’t trust many with, but I needed a cut and curtain bags. My hairdresser talked me through everything she was doing and we had some laughs. She was cautious of my anxiety and I really appreciate her for that! I went yesterday for my nails and the did a beautiful job with matching my chrome French tip inspo photo. Thank you so much and I’ll see you in a couple weeks!

I feel bad giving them a bad review because they were really sweet, but they did a terrible job on my mani pedi. My manicure you can see different opacity levels of the polish on different nails, and a different girl did my pedicure, and she must have done it too fast or really glopped it on because it just wouldn’t dry even after waiting under the dryers for ages. I even warned her ‘my big toes aren’t drying, I can feel the polish moving’, and she was like ‘oh no you’re good!’ And shooed me out. So I’m now getting home, with a gross, destroyed pedicure and mismatched nails. I’ll just have to redo them myself.

Went out forMother’s Day. I asked for a manny and they didn’t even clean under my nails. The communication was awful. I am not impressed! My daughter’s birthday was on Mother’s Day so we were celebrating together. She asked for pointy nails and they rounded them. She asked for designs and she said if you can’t do it like the pic that’s ok and they assured her they could and it was awful!!! She wanted a skull not an alien and mushrooms not blobs that have no details.We both left there unhappy especially after they gave us the price of almost $300. Will not recommend to anyone EVER!!

Super friendly and probably great for simple mani/pedi but I can’t recommend for SNS/dip powder. I’ve had dip nails for years, I have them done around the state and even in other countries and they’ve never lifted this fast. :( it’s been 7 days and I’ve already lost two nails. I wasn’t pleased when I left, nails were noticeably different lengths and shapes, but tried not to be too picky, but losing 2 nails in a week is not acceptable. They got me in with very little notice and everyone was very kind but dip nails are too expensive to have to get redone so soon.

They have every color you can imagine, even color changing polishes. I came in for a shellac manicure. It is hard to find a salon where they will file my nails as short as I like and actually cut alllll my cuticles, but they did both perfectly. Nancy and Kaylie are hilarious and fun to chat with. The space is clean, and the did seem busy on Saturday afternoon so I would suggest making an appointment. I called and made my appointment for the same day. They also do hair cuts and color! I can’t wait to come back!

Kaylie is the absolute best! I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair. She always does my hair exactly the way I want and is super affordable, despite the fact that I have very long, thick hair that takes a while to work on. Parking is a little difficult at times but it’s 100% worth it. Everyone here is super nice and I love how efficient they are with clients, never too long of a wait! Close to the main strip of capital hill so a nice walk and a coffee after makes for a great afternoon.

Update: went back for another shellac manicure (my first one lasted perfectly with no issues other than my nails growing out for 3 weeks!!). I brought my mom and she got a pedicure which she loved and she was impressed by the affordable price. I will be coming back to Tri Organic and bringing friends!! Finally I found someone who knows how to cut Indian hair..! I am so incredibly pleased with my haircut. I’ve gone to several different hair salons, but with no luck finding someone who would cut the way I want. I was super impressed with the way Kaylie (my hair dresser) had cut my colleague’s hair that I made an appointment with her immediately. She did a fabulous job! I’d definitely recommend her to all my Asian/Indian friends. Thankyou Kaylie - keep up the amazing work!

A lovely little on Capitol Hill run by a family of folks. We got manicures and pedicures and it was nice getting them at the same time. The manicure was good with the massage. Only thing was I felt the pedicure was just slightly too quick but other than that it was a good experience. The best part I enjoyed was talking with the people helping us and getting to learn about their family and stories. They have many services and I might check out a facial in the future.

I went to this salon with a few friends, and we were able to get a same day appointment to get our hair and nails done on a Sunday. Our stylist did such a good job with all of us! She gave me recommendations on how she thought my hair would look good, and she was able to cut my hair based on its texture unlike some salons that treat all hair the same. She cut and styled my hair within thirty minutes. She did such a fantastic job. Fully recommend going there!

I have been seeing Kaylie for all of my styling needs for over 7 years. She is forever attentive and knows what is best and what I need even when I don't. Her professionalism and attentiveness brings me back, always. After several failed attempts at other salons, she is the only person I will let near my hair. Whether it be hair, nails or a facial, she is the one to see.. The organic products used in the services are a plus as well.. Go see my girl!!

This place is my favorite for manicures and pedicures! I went recently, and since it was the first time since before Covid, I spoiled myself with the signature manicure and pedicure, they had a great color selection, and the people there are absolutely delightful! It's very clean, they have the plexiglass at the pedicure chairs, masks were on, and the best part, they've never accidentally nicked me while doing my cuticles! 10/10 will go again!

This is my second time here. Recently moved to Seattle and saw Tri had better reviews than most of the others. I’ve been so pleasantly surprised during both of my visits, the ambiance is relaxing and each time detail and time was put into the shaping of my acrylics. They also have lasted much longer than other nails I’ve had. Definitely recommend! I’ve also gotten an eyebrow wax and pedicure here before and eyebrow shape was perfect!

My favorite place to get nails in town! The service is always phenomenal. My nails always turn out great. I've gone to the salon many times now. They have never nicked my cuticles. I've never gotten and in-grown toe nail. The polish always comes out great too. They have a good polish selection. The massages are very good. The staff is nice and they're great professionals. The location and tools are very clean. Highly recommend!

I made an appointment for a hair wash and blow dry. I went there and someone washed my hair (not experienced) and then she fingercombed my hair for a blow dry. I asked for a proper blow dry w a hairbrush and they said they didn’t know how to do that and there was no one to do it. I said I made an appointment for a blow dry and she said she misunderstood what I meant by a blow dry. Mind you this is a hair salon!!!! Enough said

Literally the worst mani pedi I’ve ever had. The Aides who work there are very nice but that was pretty much the best part of the experience. The cuticle care they did was good but they cut my nails super short without asking me and then messed up my nail paint three times while doing it and didn’t really fix it. Ended up just taking off the polish when it got home cause it looked so bad.

First time getting acrylics in several years and I walked away very pleased with my nails and my entire experience here. Within 5 minutes, I was offered complimentary water/wine. As the lady started to place on the acrylics, she made sure I was happy with the length and style before continuing. Every person I interacted with was very kind. I will definitely be returning in the future.

The nail tech accidentally cut me using the electric nail driller and I was bleeding out of my cuticle, she didn’t seem to bother and continue working on my nails like nothing happened. She continues to put cuticle oil on my infected wound. Now I will have to go get tested for diseases. They do not seem to disinfect their nails file, shared used buffer between mani and pedi station.

The picture doesn’t really do it justice. I got my nails done by Nancy she was so nice and was very good. The salon had a very good variety of colors and is really good at acrylics. Everyone was super nice and they even stayed open about 10 minutes late to finish up my nails. I’m from out of town but the next time I’m in Seattle I’m coming back to this salon!

I had a wonderful experience here! The staff was very kind, I felt taken care of. I am so pleased with my manicure and pedicure, they were both done beautifully. This place is nice, the staff is sweet, but 2 of my nails were so crooked, i tried to bring it up 3 times with staff and they didn’t fix it... even though they said they would. the pedicure was nice and i wish i was happier with my acrylics. i had to file them at home myself because my thumb is so crooked that it was tapping on my keyboard

I got a full set removed, and a gel Mani/Pedi. Two ladies worked on me and they finished in about an 1 hr 10 minutes. I even got 10% off! They have lofi club remixed songs playing and a huge TV showing drone views of Italy. It was very relaxing. I thought there could have been more of a massage, but for the price I have zero complaints.

I only get my haircut from kaylie and no one else as I am perfectly happy with her service. the place is clean. plenty of street parking. prices are great for the same haircuts you would get at other fancy places like gene juarez or se7en. i would recommend this place if you're looking for good and affordable hair services in seattle.

I’ve been twice to this salon now for both mani and pedi. I did a gel French mani for the first time ever in my life (I usually only do regular polish) and they did a fabulous job! Loved it. For my second visit I had a French pedi and removed my gel nails( it was only for a special occasion). They did an amazing job on all that too.

Went with a friend to get our nails done, the entire process was just whack! Rushed and unprofessional at best. It’s really sad when you have to tell the nail tech to apply a top coat to your toes after she tells you “okay, your nails are done” and to apply polish to the exposed acrylic nail. Will not be going back!

Went with my wife for a pedicure. To be honest, I dont really know much about nail stuff, but the staff was very nice, and the atmosphere was very friendly. Many people came I who knew them by name and who they knew by name, which made me think this is a place that people come back to over and over again.

I went with a friend to get my nails done. This place was great nice people, great atmosphere. I am disappointed in my shellac manicure because 2 days after I got them done they were chipping. I was a little bummed to spend that much money to have the polish chip when it should last at least 2 weeks.

I came early after opening and everyone there was lovely my nails came out AMAZING and they were so helpful with my newborn while I was getting my nails done. My new favorite nail salon and I’ll definitely be returning! Again amazing quality nails. Exactly how I wanted. Really kind people.

My experience at the salon was good but after about 4 hours I noticed the gel polish was starting to look patchy/yellow. Perhaps it is old polish! I have never seen this before and haven’t been handling or cooking anything. I hope the salon can ensure it’s polishes are not diluted or old.

Got my hair cut by Kaylie last week. After shaking my hair out when I got home I noticed it was incredibly uneven. One side was over an inch longer than the other. I emailed pics and a request for a refund but never heard back from her. I ended up having to go elsewhere to get it fixed.

I recently moved to Seattle and have been looking for a place that does SNS powder dip manicures. Other places didn't do a good job and left my nail polish looking gritty, but Nancy at Tri Organic did a great job. Everyone on the staff is friendly and chatty. I'm definitely going back!

The ladies at the salon were lovely and extremely friendly but the quality of execution of my nail design turned out to be extremely disappointing. One of the rhinestones was crooked (which I pointed out) and some of them started falling off a couple hours after I got my nails done.

My go-to place. My regular polish lasts for longer than a week, doesn't crack, and shines. Massages are awesome. They take their time with it! Customer service is impeccable and really care about your experience. They are quick to solve any problems as well. COVID safe as well!

Been coming here once a month for over a year, never disappointed. Shellac manicures always last 4 weeks, sometimes more. The ladies here are all lovely and always attentive. Have recommended several friends to this spot, and still come back even though I’ve moved farther away.

Dishonest about wait times. They told me they could do a manicure ‘right now’ and it was a 20 minute wait. I explained many times I had a certain time window. And asked how long the manicure would take. I ended up not getting a manicure. If it’s a 20 minute wait, just say so.

I got dip powder manicure and left with a lot of the dip hardened under my nails. I also asked for round nails but she left some of my nails half square/half round. And I also got a little cut from the electronic filer because she was on the phone while filing my nails.

I am visiting from Canada and decided to get a pedicure. I got Dana and she was lovely. Nails looked great, she gave a long massage, and everything was super clean. Would definitely be a return customer If I lived in the area! Thanks for the great service …

My experience has always been very positive. The staff is great and the owner is very knowledgeable and professional. I usually get my nails done there, but recently I got my hair done and the results exceeded my expectations.

Perfect one stop shop for me. Kaylie cuts my hair perfect every time. The other nail techs are great. My nails rarely lift before 2.5 weeks when I get them done here. Great with acrylic and shellac. Super affordable, too!
