I can not believe the treatment I have just received!!!!! I’ve been parking here for park for over 2 years . First my number plate was not recognised on when I drove in called was told by the staff to get a ticket. When leaving I was accused of not paying and they asked to see my card details and bank account in the camera to prove I’d paid!!! And said it’s because I did not have enough funds this made me furious so rude and unacceptable!!! This morning I was parking and was told to move out of the excepting mothers bay because I didn’t look like I was pregnant even though I am !!! Honestly appalled with the service here I will not be parking here no more I even was threatened by staff saying I would be banned by my number plate parking in this spot.

Used to be the best spot to park in Leeds but as always prices went up and got busier. When trinity first opened it was great parking and very affordable after 5pm. Since then it’s got real busy and can be queuing in the tunnels just to get in (pre-covid). The post 5pm charge also went up to £4 I think which means the John Lewis parking is now cheapest still at £3. Is a little tight in places and can see it’s taken a toll on some peoples paint. Also ramps are quite steep which meant my lowish bumper actually scraped coming down them sometimes. Allocating a huge number of low spaces to the car valeter is fine, but when they close they still block all the spaces which seems a little unfair, particularly when they could be used during busy periods.

  • Bec Gilray

It's ok, very expensive but expected. Well lit, clean, not enough parent and child spaces and tbh the people parking in them don't tend to have kids. The disabled spaces are good but some not quite wide enough. If you have a very large vehicle it makes it an interesting experience swinging down the ramps. Now that Leeds council has decimated the city centre, it can at times be tricky exiting at busy periods and be aware that traffic is now guided out towards the south of city, so if you come from the north it's a proper pain and adds an extra 30 mins to the journey.

Wow, what a carpark! It really is a carpark… although not attached to the Trinity Centre… so should report to trading standards. Although you can leave your car, hi and do some ‘stuff’ in Leeds. When I say ‘stuff’ that’s literally anything your heart desires… well perhaps keep it legal although the carpark doesn’t care because when you’ve done you’re ‘thing’ the car is there waiting exactly where you left it! And! Fir a nominal fee you can then drive it back to where you came from! That’s the car I’m talking about ! Can’t see it catching on though… only in Leeds eh!

  • John Lardner

Convenient but £5 for 2 hours is OK. But we were there just over an hour and should have been charged proportionally. Rip off Bit like car tax. If u buy a car in the middle of the month you have to pay tax from the beginning of the month, despite the fact that the previous keeper paid for that month in advance any way. So Dvla get paid twice for that month. Rip off. Same when u go to a cash only car park. When you're about to leave you put your ticket into the machine and it says £1.50. U only have 2 pound coins on you and it doesn't give change. Rip off

As far as car parks go, this is one of the best. It's near to all the shops, it's reasonably priced for a car park in Leeds and it's very well kept. The lifts and stairwells don't smell of urine which can be a problem in places like this, there is a security desk should you need to speak to a human about parking and overall it's just a lovely place. My only gripe is that although it is the Trinity car park, you still need to walk a bit and then cross a busy road to get to the Trinity centre... You may need an umbrella should it be raining.

Never had any issues, parked here during day and even overnight (it's a 27/7 car park) Always well lit, clean and feels safe which is always good to know. SMART ANPR System in place on entry/exit barriers. On exit Barrier just lifts providing you have paid, no need to insert ticket (your ticket Issued to you on arrival is linked to your vehicle reg plate). I now use the "qwikpark" app when parking here. Totally ticketless experience, ANPR let's you in/out and the app just charges you the standard car park rate based on how long your there.

I spent four days in Leeds at the Travelodge Leeds central and this is the designated car park. Multi storey, clean, safe, wide parking spaces, plenty of room to maneuver from one floor to another (I was in a hire car built like a tank!) disability parking spaces and very well lit! Discount from Travelodge made it reasonable parking costs for city centre and security. A special thanks to James on duty at the time of my visit his advice and guidance re parking, Leeds and his help with my luggage and mother was above and beyond

  • Lucy Radley

Don’t do it - unless you are happy to lose part of your soul trying to get out of this hell hole! After a lovely Friday evening out, jumped in the car about 10.45pm ready to make my way home. Made it to the ramp down from the level that I had parked on (level 8) and this is where I sat for about an hour. Over the next hour the queue of cars gradually made their way down and out…..took 2 bloody hours in total to get out of a car park, beyond ridiculous!! Avoid avoid avoid

Not a fan of sanitised indoor shopping centres, they take away the heart and soul of a real high street and nothing about trinity is any different to all the rest. I'd choose shopping online over the supposed retail "experience" anyday, unless it's a traditional high street with a range and mixture between independent retailers and national chains. Places like Trinity are just a temple to the corporate god's who are squeezing the life out of small independent retailers.

  • Abhishek Deshmukh

Narrow designed parking spaces and dangerous and tight ramps between floors. Some parking spaces have pillars which eat up some space. If you have slightly bigger than average car and are not careful you can scratch car or bump into another. The upward and downward traffic flows through the same ramp in the middle which makes it dangerous. The prices are very high, only worth using if you want to park very close to your destination.

  • Andrew Hammond

The car park is very good and secure - I parked Sunday night to Monday with no problem. However the parking app is a nightmare - it will automatically cancel/stop your parking at midnight , If you ring any of the numbers you will be on an automated system that will hang up on you, There is one option that did take you to a human but only after up to 10min wait - I was then transferred to another number that was for a rival company

  • Chris Wong

Took 30 minutes to exit the car park around midday on a Saturday and we were on the 3rd floor. One of the card-only machines failed to accept card payment. The ramps can just about fit vehicles going in both directions but most corners are tight. Car park is well maintained and good location but I wouldn't use it again due to the long queues to exit.

  • YorkshireGamer

Do not park here. Avoid at all costs. Due to new routes in the city centre (meaning cars can only use specific exits) you will have a high chance of being stuck. Waited 40 mins to leave the car park space I parked in. Nothing moved for an hour (stuck on 4th floor) - leaving car overnight as it’s just not possible to sit for hours waiting to leave.

  • Mandi Johnson

Very tight for getting in and out. If you have an above average size car you would be likely to scratch it unless very careful. Not enough disabled parking spaces. Says dedicated floor but its shared with parent and child slots and electric charging point spaces. Prices are ridiciulous at £2.50 per hour. Cost me £7 for not 2hrs and 40mins

  • finny green

Quite expensive for long stay parking. We visited Leeds for a day for a friend’s birthday party and it cost us 33£ for 24 hours parking there. Little did we know, we would have got half price discount if we parked at Q-park instead of trinity as the hotel we stayed, Park Plaza Leeds, offered parking discount to its customers.

  • Tony Goose

This carpark isn't exactly onsite. Be prepared for a 5 minute walk across Bore lane to the entrance. It's small but clean an safe. It's a bit tight for a modern multistorey and someone with a larger that average car. Prices are what you would expect to pay for a city centre car park next to the rail station.

  • Sarah Petty

My go to car park. Easy to get to from the m621 and easy access in and out of the city centre. Small spaces but no need to fight for a space just keep going up and then there’s plenty. I’ve used this car park for years and I’ve never had an issue with it. I find it much easier than the Q Park opposite.

  • Z Oakley

Awkward to find parking entrance, through the maze of Leeds. Obviously, it's not connected to the Trinity shopping centre. Bare this in mind you will have to cross a busy main road. It also cost like £4 for just over an hour. So it's a little pricy. There are definitely better options for the money.

  • Albert Cowley

What a nightmare trying to leave. Road outside jammed up so if like me you paid using app then you sit and watch the already high cost of parking ramp up until anpr camera at exit clocks your car out. On positive side parking is secure and very central but I doubt I shall park there again.

  • Steve Lundell

It's secure, but on the expensive side and not the easiest to access with the plethora or bus gates and restrictions on the surrounding streets. It's not the best sign posted either so it's easy to miss and end up having to negotiate the terrible traffic network to find your way back.

  • Vishnu Vallathparambil

Pros Proximity to city center A lot of spaces Well marked with guides lines and colors Building is well maintained. Cons Expensive (£2.5/hr) Difficult to enter and exit Tight turns within the carpark. Google maps shows navigation through bus gate, so double check before you set off.

  • Fiona Massey

Queued to get out of the car park for about 20 minutes. Very expensive considering this is for the Trinity shopping centre on a weekend when it should be encouraging people to shop here. And electric charging has no tariff free to encourage green travel. Spaces are very restricted.

  • Sam

A favourite car park of mine in Leeds. Feels very secure and is well located only downside is quite expensive and parking bays are quite small. Plenty of disabled parking options and I believe you can get a discount on parking if you eat at one of the restaurant inside the light.

  • Michael Wilson

Good, very convenient, not bad price for centre of Leeds but WOAH watch out for pedestrians on the totally blind crossing immediately before the entrance as you clear the railway arches. Also it's a car park in Britain so the spaces are jusy big enough and the ramps can be tight

  • Ganymede Harrogate

Good value (currently £4.50 after 5pm til 5am) for a drink in the gay quarter/village or visiting town: SHORT STAY Up to 1 hr - £3.00 2 hrs -  £5.50 3 hrs-   £7.50 4 hrs-   £8.80 6 hrs-  £12.50 LONG STAY 6 – 8 hours, £19.00 8 – 24 hours, £33.00 EVENING PARKING 5pm - 5am, £4.50

  • Stephen Wyeth

Parked here for a gig, unfortunately, with the road works outside, this meant it took us an entire 1 hour 45 minutes to get out of the car park. Approximately an hour of this saw no movement whatsoever. Do not park here for busy times while the road works after in progress.

  • Daniel James

It was raining badly so assumed the ‘Trinity’ car park would be attached to the trinity centre so we could get there without going outside. I paid the premium price for this reason. However it is not attached and is a 3 min walk outside. Not bad but it is quite expensive!

  • P S

Relatively easy to get to. Never been and not got a parking spot. Easy to pay. Price is competitive. Close by to all the shops and restaurants. Just be careful entering and leaving as pedestrians could be walking by, appearing quite suddenly in front of you.

  • Kimberley Greig

Fairly standard multi storey car park. Tight turns and parking spaces, automatic ticket dispensers and barriers which are not designed for petite people (with short arms!) in mind. But very useful central location, price decent enough considering that.

  • Matthew Greaves

It’s a multi-storey car park so make sure you’re a good enough driver for tight turns. The bays could be wider though, kind of entrusting the people in the cars parked next to you. But probably as good as it gets in Leeds. Well priced for the evening.

  • Adam Hall

Good car park in an ideal area as was only a 5 minute walk into the city centre, however the car park registers the car registration when you go in and when you leave to determine how much it is but my car reg could not be found when trying to leave

  • J H

This car park has a prime location with no doubt. However, do not park in this place if you want your car to be secured. I parked my car last Saturday afternoon for less than 5 hours and found my driver side car door exterior loosen. It was

  • Richard Pullan

Avoid if you have a large car like I have! Virtually impossible to turn down each floor exit in one go without having to reverse back and forwards, much to the frustration of smaller cars behind me. Either that, or scrape the left hand side

  • Rosie Mayer

Really good carpark except that the lifts are only on one side of the carpark (not the Trinity shopping centre side). Love the convenient number plate recognition on entrance and exit and the pay as you go season ticket is an amazing saving

  • chris gornall

I would give zero! Been sat for 30 mims to leave this multi storey and moved one car length! Absolutely shocking no staff around to sort out! Really badly designed never had this problem in other city centre car parks. Will never use again

  • Jess Pearson

Got a fine trying to drive here. I'm not from Leeds and just followed the satnav to this car park and was hit with a fine and apparently there's no other way to get here. Unfortunately won't be using this car park again for that reason.

  • eugene ward

I had a bad experience but is was down to a demonstration in centre, so I ended up on car park for 45 min after paying. Over all the spaces are quite neat and have plenty of room. Expensive but i think if you want central you pay extra.

  • neil pointon

Central with access to theatres clubs cinemas restaurants. Only £4 after 5pm. Can be slow to approach from Leeds church so make sure you know where you're going. Well illuminated with lifts and staircases: if you're in a hurry....

  • Martin S

Lots of spaces to park in but no signage telling you how many spaces available, turning is tight as well, especially where the ramps take cars going both directions. Having the valets on the ground floor makes this worse.

  • Alan Begg

Good, clean safe parking but yet another price increase. Now £30 for up to 12 hours. Coincidence that they put prices up 11% days after the nearby station car park closes for 18 months? Now cheaper to get a taxi both ways

  • Mark Wapples

Went on a works evening do. Parked up after 6 an left after 11.30 and only cost 4 quid. Only problem is that the ramps between levels are a bit tight for my large Family car. Will take the wife's city car next time.

  • Kristian Parry

Didn't go inside I mainly walked past it a couple of times when I got lost seems like a decent place to park your car. Looks very spacious and secured tight so no one will steal your car. Overall decent. …

  • Kieran Oldroyd

I've always avoided paying by parking somewhere within 100m that like 10 people know where to park and 3 people use. However it really is cheap but id still suggests white rose as the superior shopping centre.

  • Mary Baldwin

Huge car park perfectly located for food and shopping. It does get busy so be prepared to be on the rooftop 9th floor at peak times. Well lit and looked after. Double check the charges for arrival pre 9am!!

  • Harriet

Only 8 parent bays which is not sufficient when the regular bays are so small you can't open back doors wide enough to get baby in and out. Doesn't feed into Trinity's Child and Family Friendly messaging.

  • N Smith

Wouldn’t recommend parking here - stuck trying to get out without moving for 45 minutes due to the congestion outside. Ended up leaving the car paying extra and having to come back the next day for it

  • David Field

It's a car park . Despite lots of favourable reviews I felt the spaces weren't particularly large, and £30 to park for about 12 hours is very expensive. Only plus is it's close to the railway station.

  • J.Enric Vives

Been there this morning to drop two people for the train station. Grab the ticket and exit using it with no payment. The barrier opened automatically having the car reg automatically. Great!

  • Noël

Great central parking so pricing is actually pretty good. Spaces are ok though ideally could be a little bigger. Long and short of this, you get parked and you're in Trinity so happy days

  • Wayne Johnson

Car park has a large number of spots and floors and has easy access to Leeds. However there are no where near enough parent and child spots. If you have a very large car you may struggle.

  • Eshan

Great location and evening rates are good - can be very busy/packed during events/day time though. Just a warning it is a tight car park so if you have a large car just be warned.

  • Faye Banks

Good car park, clean, safe and secure. Can be a little tight in the spaces and navigating up and down...okay for me in a small car though. Really central to everything in Leeds.

  • Hari Singh

Easy to navigate to (use Google Maps if unsure of location), central location and usually has space (even if at peak times you have to go to level 8). Decent prices and secure.

  • Simply Devine Hat Shop

A great cat park but expensive for someone who doesn’t live in the city. However found the park and ride which is a much better stress free option (and it’s only £3 return)!

  • Quentin Tarantino

Shockingly bad. Ended up trapped on upper floors for hours due to chaos on lower floors with car park staff unwilling to intervene - then had to pay for the privilege!

  • Carol Newell

The car park is central to leeds, so conveniently located. But not cheap. I got lost today looking for the exit. I didn't think the lift buttons were clearly labelled.

  • Don Aitken

Not bad. Always clean and tidy. Feels safe. Normally a couple of people hanging around outside asking for money which some might find off-putting. 2 hours cost me £5.

  • Catherine Gregory

Central, decent size spaces and easy to navigate round. You CANNOT pay with contactless when you exit, make sure you use the machines before you get to your car.

  • Simon “The Emperor”

Very hard to navigate. Parking spots and turning points extremely tight. Avoid if you have a large car! Plus point - prices reasonable and conveniently located

  • Oli P

Only 4* for parking after 5pm when it is c.£4 for the whole night, this is really good value. Other times it's very expensive and would find somewhere else.

  • Chris Winter

Awful car park. Exit system is dreadful meaning queues snake around the car park. Queued from the 8th floor today and took hours just to exit. Never again.

  • Jackie Buckley

Really tight and small. If a car doesn’t park absolutely central in the box, you have no space to exit your vehicle. For this reason I won’t use it again

  • MàTTHeW

It's a massive multi-level car park with plenty of spaces available, so you're almost guaranteed to find a spot to park your car, even during busy times.

  • Quinn Mason

Now only accessible by Sovereign Street as LCC has blocked off Leeds Bridge with a bus gate. Always a space but could do with more ticket machines.

  • daniel hume

Was picking my wife up, took my ticket to the machine and there was no charge. Granted I'd only been 15 mins or so but a pleasant surprise.

  • M M

Reasonably easy to get to with quick access to the shops. Cheap after 5pm. It's a little tight but no issues if you can drive properly.

  • R M

Always park here when in Leeds, convenient and prices are fine. Bit tight in some places though and seen too many paint marks, ouch.

  • carol Aquino

Parking is in a very good location. It is very Convinient as it’s close to the shops and very easy to find. Fee is very reasonable

  • Joe Flynn

Terrible experience. Stuck in a traffic jam on the 5th floor 5-6pm. Customer support do not answer the phone. Would not recommend!

  • Joey Millington

Parked in an evening and loved that it was cheap! It has really encouraged me to get back out into the city for meals/drinks etc.

  • Phil Waud

We got gridlocked in here and couldn't get out because of traffic issues in Leeds. The staff were really helpful and supportive.

  • Farzana Tubassam

No parking spots available so we drove back out. Though handily located. £5 per hour of other rates apply if parking longer.

  • Daniel Sykes

Great car park. Nice and light so you always feel safe, car wash service available. Easy payment system. Highly recommended.

  • J Appleyard

Very tight parking and drive in and out..ok if you have a diddy car...but a good park for city center...but well lit..clean

  • SR Spark

Overly tight car park. Really small yet tall so you will drive what feels like a mile up to get a space in semi busy times.

  • ivor harwood

Absolutely shocking!! Stuck for ages trying to get out! I wouldn’t use this car park if it was the last one in town!

  • Mr. J Newman

A little short and tight but that’s typical for a city car park. Always find a space and the payment is reasonable.

  • Sana

Went to the office today, was not helpful at all. Was abrupt and arrogant, needs to learn customer service skills!!

  • Kristaps Bisenieks

Very good location, easy to get to the center. There will always be space. automatic doors and normal prices.

  • Simon Harris

Good overnight rate especially for a city centre secure car park. Free EV charging with PodPoint on Level 2a

  • Barbara Siwiak

Very tight going up the floors and down, so narrow, very easy you can damage your car. Not recommend at all

  • Sophie .L

Minimal child and parent spaces, not even a full floor. Corners very tight and not cost effective either

  • Adam Kent

It's OK. It's usually very busy and difficult to park. £12 for 5+ hours seems steep but it's convenient.

  • My opinions

Decent clean carpark but city centre parking is never cheap, I'd advise going on the train if you can.

  • Rashad Mahmood

Good parking place not far from trinity if you want to go shopping. Price for parking is good aswell

  • Tina Pearce

Bright, clean, and well maintained. In a great location for the main shopping area. Reasonable fees

  • Naiya Met

Not the cheapest but a good safe car park, accessible to town and easy to get to! Spaces available!

  • Jack Smith

Great car park with good protection but it can be pricey at times and also very quick to fill up

  • Chris Brooking

A little expensive but secure and well lit. The turn onto the ramps is quite tight in a big car.

  • Rick V

A very narrow and tall car park. Drive carefully in here! It's ideal for the centre of Leeds

  • Geoffrey Escudero

Worst car park i ever came across 45min from 5th floor to way out. Ridiculous avoid !!

  • Scott Leak

Best car park in Leeds. Convenient location. Secure. And very cheap after 5pm!

  • Abin Balachandran

Recommended car park to park after 6pm. It’s a flat and reasonable rate.

  • Blessed By Nature

Abit expensive but what do you expect for centre of Leeds over holidays

  • Craig Hancock

Saw the prices, decided it was cheaper to drive to the outlets instead.

  • David Kaye

Very nice shopping centre .be aware carpark does not take cash anymore.

  • mojahid rashid

In Leeds town trinity car park rid off too expensive. Never again

  • Tausif Baber

Over priced, narrow spaces. Avoid this parking plaza if you can

  • David Giles

Extortionately priced and not the safest place for car security
