From start to end and then some, working with Tyler from Trojan Roofing has been a truly delightful experience. Yes, I said “roofing” and “delightful” in the same sentence. After the recent hailstorm, I was DREADING getting a new roof put on due to a bad experience with a different company several years ago that left water pouring into my living room around the skylights during the first big storm. Our experience with Tyler has been exceptional and seamless from the time he showed up to do our inspection all the way through until the job was completed. It started to rain at the tail end of the install, and he was up on the roof with his crew securing tarps and climbed into our attic in several places to make sure no rain had gotten through. He even continued to help us after our roof was completed by providing a reliable contractor to install new gutters and another to fix some rotted trim we had unrelated to the roof repair. This is above and beyond the call of duty since his company is a roofing company and not a general contracting company. I don’t usually leave reviews; however, I am so impressed by Tyler and his crew that I wanted to let others know about it. It is rare to find such an honest, reliable, hard-working contractor. He is extremely busy; however, he maintained communication with us throughout the entire process, listened to our needs, and spent time answering numerous questions without making me feel rushed. He even patiently waited while I selected shingle and gutter colors, which I hemmed and hawed on for a while. As well, they did a superb job with clean up, which is much appreciated with barefooted little ones running around our yard. It isn’t often to find people who go above and beyond, but I feel like the service and quality we received were top notch. I would feel safe recommending Trojan Roofing to my closest family and friends, and I will continue to use them in years to come for any of my other roofing needs. While working from home yesterday, I noticed my neighbors across the street having a new roof installed. I saw the crew show up at maybe 6:30 or 7:00 am. They went straight to work and didn’t stop until 4:00pm. I was so impressed with their diligence and team work in getting the job done. In 103 degree heat! They cleaned up well and were very organized. More importantly, my neighbors have a great looking roof! I don’t need a new roof (installed in 2016 by a different company), but I would like to have them install a new front door and inspect my gutters (installed in 2016) and damaged vinyl siding. My point: Companies may have great sales reps but it’s their crews that perform the work that are their best sales reps. They were great and deserve some recognition here. That’s why I called the company today and complimented them. So, that’s why I’m making an appointment with them to hopefully work on my house. Great job!

Tyler and his team did an amazing job. From the moment they showed up at my house the sales rep was very professional and I could tell that they just wanted to help. I didn't realize I could get 100% of my roof paid for by my insurance company and they explained the process of how that’s possible and then took care of the claim for me. After doing their free inspection they did find storm damage, so they submitted the claim. At first their was a little push back from the insurance company trying to deny the claim but Tyler spoke with them and made sure it got approved. The repair and replacement only took a couple days once the materials were dropped off at the house. My whole experience with Trojan roofing was amazing. They delivered exactly what they told me they would. It only took them nine hours to tear down and replace my entire roof. they told me they would get me a new roof for only want the insurance would pay and they delivered on that promise. All the people I dealt with at their company so far has been very. professional. I would definitely suggest that they do any other of my repairs that I may need in the future. I will definitely be calling them again. When they got done with my roof, it almost looked like they weren’t even here. Other than I had a brand new roof and it looks beautiful. Trojan is the single best experience I've ever had with a roofing company. Tyler dealt directly with our insurance company, made trips to help us choose our shingles, and was onsite during the tear-off and installation. He also made trips the day of the seamless gutter installation, and came out to help us when we had some rotted trim and wood replaced. We were experiencing a leak in our roof and so we called Trojan to come out and look at it. From the beginning, the representatives seemed more concerned with trying to get a sale than actually fixing the issue at hand. It was determined that the issue was the boot, but the representatives kept pushing the idea of getting a whole new roof for thousands of dollars more. We expressed our discomfort numerous times to where they eventually said they would caulk the roof for $300 but wouldn’t provide a warranty for their services. We ended up contacting another company that determined that the roof did not need to be replaced for another 11 years and quickly replaced the boot in a timely manner.

Trojan Roofing was great. After the recent storm hit my area I had a lot of contractors coming to my door. Tyler made me feel like the process would be a breeze and he would take care of handling everything with the insurance company since I hate having to deal with them. He went ahead and had them come out and take note of the damage to my home. They fully approved me for a new roof and I only had to take care of my deductible. Great experience I would definitely recommend if you are in need of a new roof or even just a repair. The roofing crew was great the guys and girls got up there and tore down the roof and put on the new one in no time. I was impressed.

These guys were friggin phenomenal. They completely redid my siding and my roof. Gavin was totally on top of it. They gave me a timeline and scope. Cameron left his card with us. We gave him a call asking for help inspecting our roof. He was able to make time for us within the next two hours to inspect our roof. Upon the inspection he was able to find damage that was unknown to us and helped us to file a claim and get our roof approved and paid for by our insurance company.
