This place is a nice local bar that is reasonably priced, I do find the bar hostess to be inexperienced and made the experience confusing. We ordered the bill and asked to split it; she didn't know how to do that. So we ultimately charged one card. She asked for a tip and the bill shows a gratuity charge so I questioned her about it and she said no it wasn't charged but it clearly was. I proceeded to ask her for change and she took her own tip from the change and left me confused. This place left me with mixed opinions as I felt the staff should be more professionally trained. The place also didn't have all the lights on, only by that bar which made it feel a bit creepy. It's not a comforting vibe to sit down and drink with a friend with the options in the area.

Food was not good at all, however, I explained to the owner I was familiar with their food before and he informed me there was a new cook. The customer service was immaculate and they even made a fresh set of food as a token of apology. Also, it was my aunt’s birthday, hence ordering lots of food for dinner. The bartender in particular Sharon, was so KIND enough to offer a birthday drink!! It’s customer service like this that I would recommend. I plan to give Tropix another try as their cook adjusts to the menu!

I went for the first time yesterday and cannot say enough good things. Beautiful decor everywhere, the food was so good and very tasty. The service was absolutely amazing & the owners are very kind & fair. The drinks were so good!!! Try the specialty margaritas! I would highly recommend checking this place out.

Guiness, Sam Adams, fat tire, modelo, on draft. Good food. I had the mango jerked salmon, with potatoes and veggies. It was really good, had a little spice to it. Lots of bottled beers and spirits. Margarita machines. Dj and music. Great new place to enjoy. Open to 3 am fri and sat nights. Otherwise till midnight. Happy hour 3:30-6:30pm

Great place, nicely decorated, great customer service and good drinks. Our server Janellie was awesome, she paid attention to details and was attentive. It was late and the kitchen was close, would definitely go back to try the food. The outdoor seating area is very comfortable. Can’t wait to go back!!!!

I miss my favorite Bartender Yesika's energy changes everything in the atmosphere in that place she is so positive and so energetic that it makes me feel the vibe and happiness that you should feel when you are drinking or eating in a place where you should be relaxed and calm

We had our daughter's 18th bday here. Dave was great, very helpful and a wonderful host. Monica you were great to our guests. Food was delicious and everyone had a wonderful time especially the bday girl. Thank you

Disaster. Bartender took a $32 tip when she was given $12 she wasn't content. On top of that we waited two hours for food. Burnt French fries and very few pieces of calamari. Nice music and atmosphere but staff needs to be worked on

Im not to sure if it was a different chef the day I went but the food I ordered was not tasty. The shrimp tacos barely had taste as to seasoning of the shrimps. The wings also barely had taste as well.
