I recently visited this pub and I must say, it was a wonderful experience! The service was top-notch, with attentive staff who made sure we had everything we needed. Worst pub experience in my life. I went with my friends, all my friends wered shoe's apart from me, they strictly not allowing me inside, so even I had very low battery I went to shop immediately even it is so far from pub and i buyed shoe. Meanwhile friend's were waiting inside pub for me. After reaching successful to pub with shoes. He is not allowing me to go inside and I have also said that all of my friends are inside waiting for me i went to buy shoes even saying that he not allowing me and also i requested to charge my mobile atleast 1 to 2% for my phone so I can show the aadhraa proof to go inside. Even that they cannot helped The last highlight one is, i just asked them phone to call my friend's to say my situation outside of pub even that they refused to give. Coming to Pub Food i will give 9 out of 10 but Music is very very poor No Telugu songs, No trending songs.

trops kitchen Been here, seen it! What's special!? - Day time - Nothing!! Night time - some live events and music events - that's for certain people according to their choice! Main issue with this place, no Happy hours! During odd hours, no special offers provided! Thus customers won't get attracted to this place. 2nd Alcatraz mall where Xora is based is so badly maintained! Doesn't look like a place that has a decent Bar and kitchen in the mall! Food was mostly great - main plus of this place! Starters Kung Pao, Chicken Siumai dumpling and Prawn Tempura were delicious , Tequila Breast Grill was also good, but sauce given for the chicken was pasta white Alfredo sauce, which was a bad choice ! Drinks is good but you can find it cheaper in most places on happy hours outside! Service was good overall

Very bad service. We were a group of 6 people who reached to trops at 8.30pm on a Friday night for live band. The management took 1hour to just get us the menu. And we didn’t get even one recipe to the table from the order or drinks for the next one hour. Swiggy or zomato takes less time to get food delivered to home than the management here. If we ask staff they point out towards manager and vice versa. There is no co- ordination or ownership among staff and management. They kept telling us we will receive the food but that didn’t happen. We had to cancel one food item at the end because they bought it to the table three hours after ordering it when we asked for bill and created chaos when we asked them to cancel it. This place is a mess. Never going here again or suggesting anybody else to go.

This place is ok with cheap ambience but the staff is extremely rude .. Woke staff still wearing the masks which is their personal choice but the response they give for simple requests is so inappropriate and unacceptable .. Have been to many world class clubs but this one is a disaster in many ways .. Would be nice to see some friendly staff who would do justice to the pay they take .. most of the staff do not even do anything but literally stand at the tables for no reason and do nothing except being rude .. this place is a joke in terms of customer service

Trops is a complete party package, this place will accommodate a huge crowd , it has a good music system, lighting and ambience has an appealing party vibe too. The food was good, i recommend cheese balls, fish tikka and puff pizza. Stay away from chicken popcorn and prawns. Visited this place on a Friday night , they charged 2500 per couple for entry but was full cover. Staff were polite but takes time for them to get your order. I made a table reservation through Zomato but they did not allow zomato pay which was let down. No issues for car and bike parking.

One of the best chill out places in the city, Great ambiance, live band and some added fancy stuff like Gold blowers which blows out golden shiny papers , food tasted good also good options for wine and spirits. Prices were sounded bit high. I think kids and families are allowed too, there’s separate space for families.

The sound system is good to blast your ears with great remix music. Food is great together with service. Great music, huge dance floor, huge place with dancing lights to DJ tune, kinda farmhouse. Girls and boys are best dancing to tunes with alcohol. I would say high class gentry, elite class people are found in this place. It is a complete party space. A great place to host parties conduct events. Spectacular place to party for! “Especially with your friends and loved one’s.” There is no other place you can get a vibe like TROPS with the ball lightning just like we see in 80’s & 90’s movies and food was amazing with variety of options to choose from and pizza is one of my favourites. Don’t think twice, just join the vibe with trops and make it memorable day in your weekend!

I personally felt the food and the place was not worth it!! The sound from the speakers was too loud with very low quality. It is just loud and not clear!!! And there was a housekeeping lady in the rest room who continuosly kept yelling at us asking not to click mirror selfies in the rest room!!! We first kept quiet and then she did not stop at all. Then it went into an argument.

Service was good. Starters were too spicy, so much so that can't eat after a while. Music was too loud, difficult to have a conversation. Also, for me, music wasn't having a specific theme or genre, it was a mix of everything: Punjabi to bolly to kpop to Metallica to Enrique, everything thrown in together. Visited on a Wednesday.

I would say avoid this place as much as you can. Just fake promotions all on social media.. Neither the music or the food and drinks were worth it. And the front desk is a scam they charged me more than the entry charge. There is no clarity on charges and the waiter will only suggest expensive drinks on the menu.

The staff is very rude and unhelpful. I had an event here and the venue were making last-minute changes like telling me I can’t have the whole venue and that I can’t put up posters and what not. I did not get what I paid for at all. Horrible experience. Literally the worst place to have an event just because of the manager.

Ambience is just too good. Lighting is crazy. Lots of options for drinks and food. Food is yummy. Huge club that is suitable to hangout with friends and family. Can host big parties too. This is the biggest night club that I have seen in hyderabad and has no waiting time to enter. Have sufficient parking.

The pricing is usually high but, comparing to other pubs, it is okay, and the staff is polite, and the seating is really good. For a group of 5, you usually need to spend 10k-15k~
