This is the easiest process of buying car I had ever experienced. I was in once to give my pricing and expectations 10 mins visit, Jeremy call back the next day and ask to test drive a few vehicles. Jeremy is very knowledgeable and was very thorough. We found the exact car I wanted in tip to shape with a fair price with excellent customer service and attention to detail, we signed the car and is immediately registered with new plate and ready for pick up. Friendly staff they are super helpful they listen accommodating and not trying to push sales on you. Best part is I spent maybe 2 hours overall in dealing with the dealer to get exactly what I want. I bought a 2017 hellcat from the manager/part owner. He knew everything about the car front and back. gave me a great deal as well. now sadly after only a few days the clutch blew. now with used cars there is no "cooling off period". This clutch wasn't cheap as this car is heavily modified. i brought the car back knowing they could deny replacing it. After only a few minutes of talking to the manager he agreed to replace the clutch and get it installed for me. After only a week and a half I had the car back with a brand new stage 3 clutch. He did this in good faith and I would %100 recommend this place. I will be returning soon to get a winter car. Finding a used car that is modified, rare, and in good shape is hard to find. Here they are honest and upfront, trust worthy folks.

Initially we asked them to negotiate the price of the car but later we agreed to the actual price which is $14,995 We wanted our mechanic to check the car on-site, but Trucktown said it’s a liability so we cannot allow some to be on site for inspection, which I find weird. Moreover, They insisted on taking the vehicle to the mechanic and refused to sign a partial contract. They mentioned that the car might get sold to someone else during the inspection, which is something we haven't encountered at other dealerships.

I would recommend this dealership to anyone honestly, they made every step possible to please my needs. I had wasted a lot of their time even got the approval from the bank. Had to back out of the deal last minute. They let me walk away with no problem didn’t feel pressured into buying the car at all.

The lights on the building are not only blinding but they fry your retinas while driving towards the building at night. Would be nice if their spot lights were aimed at their lot instead of directly at traffic.

Excellent communication and they were not pushy and trying to get me to buy something that I wouldn’t be happy with. Large selection makes finding what you are looking for easier
