My mum and I visited True Nails over the weekend for a gel manicure ($35). They have an extensive list of colours available and the skills of the nail technicians are fantastic. This is an extremely busy salon and NOT limited to appointments so there are walk-ins frequently. Overall we had a great experience! Please Note: If you are unhappy with a colour or the service, speak up! Lighter colours on the charts will generally be different than on your nail because their base is white or clear VS your nail bed which is a warm tone. Nail polish also separates over time causing a change in colour. Whilst it’s still safe to use the polish, it obviously won’t be what the colour chart indicates. My advice is to have the technician test the colour first ... that way you know what your locking yourself into :)

I wanted shellac to be done today and I wanted acrylic nails with shellac. And the lady that did my nails said they don't do shellac with acrylic nails . What the hell? Only to find out that shellac can be done with acrylics and mind you this was my first experience ever to get nails done professionally with such dishonest and bad customer service. I could have given a rate of 0 if that was possible. Manager is also not professional .. he said my nails can be anytime but what the hell he didn't even ask for my name and I'm the one who prompted him . You need to improve on your customer service.im never coming to this place EVER AGAIN. I will NEVER RECOMMEND my family or friends . And also change your recliners they are worn out . It Was bad to look at.

Absolutely disgusting and disappointing service. Went with my sister and mum for my sisters big wedding day. The next day my nails were discoloured, chipping and looking an absolutely disgusting. When I called they argued with me that I should’ve come back the next day (wedding day) After asking for a voucher to come back they continued to yell over the phone saying it was my fault and not their policy. Absolutely disgusting! Steer clear!

Always great an consistent. Nice ladies. Haven't gone anywhere else since I've started going to True nails. They've never done a bad job and great with waxing to. I have sensitive skin so I need the wax a little cooler and they always listen and make sure it's not to hot and I don't have a reaction to any product as I have had at other salons. Can get a little busy (I go early to avoid rush) but worth it if you have to wait a lil longer.

if i could give no stars - i would i have gotten an awful nail infection from this place had to go on medication for 4 months! MY ENTIRE NAIL WAS GREEN when they took the nail off, they were going to put another nail on top! i had to tell them that i need to go to the doctors as this is now a medial condition. they expected me to pay for the removal of the nails as well! i then had to buy $60 medicine that i paid for myself..

Cost me 65 bux for fresh liquid paper n crayons Seriously poor work. Thick untidy, that guy can not polish for the life of him. His polished work looked like liquid paper and his artwork was like a 5 year old. He told me at the start it would be more expensive with artwork and bling. I said cool but when I saw the results. Yuk. I just wanted a change of colour. 65 bux later I need to go get them fixed somewhere else.

I waited 20 minutes no service ignored me, nail colour that I chose looked nothing like what I chose looked at lot darker, the nail lady was rude and arragent I asked for my nails shorter she rolled her eyes at me when I wanted something and they are just so rude changed the price when I paid my nails are so thick and wavy it’s disgusting the place is gross and just rude and gross don’t go there they will scam you

Very slow and rough, took an hour and 40 minutes to just do infills and shellac. Picked a nice colour and it came out completely different (completely clear instead of a light pink). Politely asked the girl to please speed up the process as she could see I was in a work uniform and I needed to go back to work (lunch breaks are only 30mins) and still took long. Would never go back again.

It was my first terrible visit to this place. My experience was disgusting, and I would never go back to this place. I and my daughter got our manicure and pedicure done there. My daughter had her eyebrow waxed and it ended up her eyebrow getting burned she ended up in the hospital. It was no sympathy from the lady or the owner, all they want it's money. Never ever go there.

I’ve been using true nails for eyelash extensions for about a year now and I’ll never go anywhere else! The absolute best customer service along with the most price friendly options. My lashes always come out looking so good for months so glad to have found this place absolutely stunning every single time. Thank you for making me feel welcome all the time

Every time I come here I wait a minimum of an hour to get my nails done. There has been instances when I've been seated first but a customer who comes later than me gets served first. One time I came to get my nails done with a friend and my friend waited until I was finished for them to start hers. However the job they do on my nails is good! Standard pricing.

A few of my nails are wonky. When I brought up that one was extremely crooked, I was told it was my finger. My French looks like my 4 year old did my nails because it’s all uneven & bubbly. I paid $120 for a terrible job that I’ll get fixed tomorrow at a different salon because they aren’t even the correct shape I asked for.

My partner personally enjoyed the experience and thought they had done a great job with her nails and says she would come back. Although the staff talk to each other in Vietnamese it isn't too much of a big deal as they will usually talk with you in English politely as my wife says. Would definitely come back here.

Walked into the nail salon was attended to straight away they also spent time on making sure my nails were perfect. They were all so lovely an friendly , the lady that did my nails was Michelle, as they fixed my nails from another store in that complex an I am deffently going to go here from now on .

This place is always happy to try out whatever weird thing I wanna try, and the prices are reasonable. Staff is great apart from one woman who has a personal vendetta against my hands. Last few times I've been in, she's done my acrylics and my fingers always end up sore after? Everyone else is A+

I always get my nails done here, and I'm very happy with them. Today, I had my first pedicure and had my big toenail tips added as they haven't grown for ages and looked terrible. Now, thanks to one particular lady, my toes look so cute and human again. Thank you from my heart ❤️ …

Not the same owners. Went in for a Mothers Day treat and thought it’ll be relaxful. Worst service ever. Eyebrow lady is not qualified, walked in with brows came out with 1. Then the leading lady couldn’t do anything about it. No compensation whatsoever. Enter at your own risk!

Had an appointment and told to come back in half hour. Then she took someone else and told me to wait 10 mins. One hour later I'm still waiting, so i walked out and went to Fresh nails who took me straight away . Bad business ethic..keep your word. Fresh nails much better!!!!

DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON!!! They do NOT STERILIZE their equipment (nail clippers, cuticle clippers or RAZORS!) this is a serious health code breach which CAN lead to the spread of HIV, hepatitis and other very serious diseases. Council have been emailed.

The guy who did my nails was extremely rude and unprofessional. Shellac colour didn’t even last a week and now have to get them re done because of how cheap it looks. I would advise anyone who is reviewing this to try elsewhere to avoid dissapointment.

Had Genny and she was an absolute treat! Always feel so welcomed when coming in and while they are fairly busy, I never feel like I'm a bother <3 Nail services, options and flexibility are amazing and I've been awestruck by my acrylics! <3

I normally don’t write a review for anyone but this time really annoyed me. Stood there full 5 mins, none of the staff acknowledged me. They were literally just walked pass me and I just had enough. Better off bringing business elsewhere

I had a simple cloud design with a crescent moon and a star. The clouds look like white blobs, there's bubbles in the white polish, no star or crescent and looks nothing like the picture I had for reference.

Never come to this salon, the male staff there is extremely rude and do not respect to customer’s idea. If u want to break your nail & ruin your whole day, that’s the perfect place to go.

Terrible service. People arrived later get served first. No one as the main contact and I’ve been giving inconsistent waiting times. Not worth it.
