Suntrust, bb&t & Truist should close this location. How can you do something one week and not the following?? Are they not trained correctly. “ I don’t know how they did it.”Embarrassing. Gonna switch banks so I don’t deal with these clowns

The worst Truist I have ever been to. I have been denied withdraws due to a block, that customer service says never existed. I had to call, they did not even offer to help me sort this out.
