"Arrived at the drive thru at 12:45 bank closed at 1 at 1:19 a young black gentleman came to the window and informed me the bank was closed I told him I had been There for 30 min he replied he didn’t see me he then proceeds to send my check back and closes the window visited this branch 3 times and they are the worst"

Not enough tellers. Pay people a living wage you ARE a bank. Pay people what they are worth. Give ur employees a livable wage. One teller for a bank isn't enough. I feel horrible for the 1 girl working all day by herself. She smiled despite a line wrapped around the building. The 1 star is for the bank.
The manager is the worst. He wasn't busy and he did not agree to sign on the check for us. RUDE and bad costumer service. He told us we should make an appointment in order for him to sign, even though there was no costumers in the bank except us. I will never go to that branch again!
The amount of time you have to wait is beyond ridiculous. This is the 3rd time my husband or I had to wait 30-45 min in line just to pay our mortgage. It’s always one person at the teller and others standing around or in the office. I will not be going back to this location.

Online says Open account online Says No Go to Bank and tellers cant open accounts only man can do it is on Conference call for 4 Hours --- Have a Back Up Plan Guys. I cannot believe Tellers cant open a account for you I already have 3 There ?? waste of my Time.
Only one teller, the inside is closed, an extremely long drive thru line where I have been sitting for almost 45 minutes! Very horrible customer service and a very unprofessional branch! Please hire more tellers as soon as possible this is absolutely insane!
this bank is the absolute worst bank that i have ever dealt with. they will lie to you, overcharge your account, and charge off loans early that will pretty much leave you screwed. i would bank with anyone other than truist bank they are absolutely useless
I'd pay a $10 fee for the possibility to give this branch a negative star rating. Everyone in this branch is more worried about going to lunch early rather than doing their job. I went in there with the most respectful, patient and calm
