this was our second house move and purchase in Calgary, the first move and sell was difficult, the realtor we chose was a family friend and was only there for the sale. Trung was a completely different experience, he came with a dedicated team that helped with the sale. After the initial meeting he made a very comprehensive and detailed package for us that focused on what the expectations he had for us and what we can expect from him, additionally the package had information of all the comparable homes for sale in the area and what they sold at. Trung took his time to go thru the package and answer all the questions we had. after that we had a meeting with all the people that support him in selling the house, the interior designers that helped us stage the house, the handy man that helped us fix and update our house so that we would get the most from our sale. When we finally where ready Trung guided us thru the process of selling our home and was there every step of the way, he would answer all of our many questions at all hours of the day. Trung helped us buy our first house in Calgary and we are very happy to have been able to work together with such an organised and knowledgeable realtor! Coming to Canada from the UK, we were not unfamiliar with the house buying process (having previously been homeowners in the UK), but there are several differences in process between the two countries and Trung was great at pointing these differences out to us.
