Don't even bother wasting time with these guys. Zero for customer service, Booked a pickup between 7-8pm and no one even bothered to call and check,i called the support 4 times and was promised pickup. Finally they said it will be picked up first thing in the morning, which did not happen even after calling them 8 times. Finally called the store manager in Jnanabharati outlet who did not even pick the call. Fed-up with this I booked another service & pick up was done within 2 hours. Worst experience and pathetic service levels.

Don't even think of visiting this outlet. All outlets and website charging 70/kg for wash and fold service this store demands 90/kg when questioned regarding got an arrogant reply from the shop lady these are our charges and website having issues. Giving one star as Google doesn't have an option for a negative rating. Don't visit this store better go for nagarbhavi store which is nearby.

I got my jacket (windcheater) dry cleaned here. There was a lot of greese marks on it, which I had previously tried to get it cleaned from BandBox and FabricSpa, however they were unable to clean the stain. However at Tumble Dry I was pleasantly surprised that they got these stains removed, which I wasn't expecting at all. Good job team, will definitely recommend your services to others.

Worst ever seen totally we had around 3piece one pant and 2 white shrits among that pant dust was removed but original colour gone 1white shirt no stains were removed when I asked they said to bring it back 1t shirt they said 90 percent we will try and it will remove stains but they said that is not possible after paying amount now I have through to dustbin or donate to poor people

Tumbledry Vijayanagar has been a savior for me and my shoes. I work in the Bangalore, and it's a nightmare taking public transport everyday and not having time to clean my shoes before going home. I was constantly worried about my leather shoes getting damaged. Tumbledry Vijayanagar is always there for me to help with that, and now I send my shoes to their store every weekend.

I'm new to Bangalore and was recommended a great carpet dry cleaner Tumbledry in Vijayanagar. I live in a dusty area and my carpets were always full of dust after a few months. I wanted to get them cleaned but wasn't sure where to start, luckily, it seems as if everyone is recommending this company!

Very unprofessional behaviour and charges more than company fixed prices. As per company website price is 70/kg but this outlet asks 90/kg. Not suggested at all better visit other outlets like nagarbhavi and Rajajinagar as both offer good services.

Excellent service, i contacted the store in vijayanagar and they were very courteous . The laundry was done very promptly and delivered. I also got a pair of suede leather shoes cleaned . It looks as good as a new pair of shoes now. Thanks

Would highly recommend their services I've sent my shoes and clothes and got them back in a day, they removed all stains and did a wonderful job. The staff at the store are very professional.
