My experience with these guys was so bad that neither i'll take their services nor will I suggest it to someone. At the time of booking i called their customer service and asked about the price. They specifically told me that it' is going to be rs675 but i got the bill of 750 ( for the same). When i raised this complaint in their customer care the person on the other hand was so rude as if tumble dry was giving me some favour by Dry cleaning the product. He said " ma'am, if u want the product back pay the bill". My main issue is they shouldn't be (a) misquoting the price (b) even if there was some confusion at anyone's end being rude was not the solution. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT TO USE THEIR SERVICE.. THERE ARE PLENTY OF OTHER BETTER DRY CLEANERS IN THE MARKET. ALSO, I'm not happy after getting my blankets.. if that would have been the case I would have let this thing go.. but now i feel that people should know the reality and not fall into the trap of their fancy name as I did.

They spoiled a perfectly good designer suit (it had some defects inside, which I don’t blame them for at all, but the perfectly good collars came back ridged, with a water stain on the left side of the coat.) Tumbledry refused any responsibility and the person we were speaking to from this branch turned aggressive on the call, using a threatening tone when we asked them to pay for the damages. This place is a horrible mess. Best to go with your trusted local drycleaner uncle.
