Hello Team, This is regarding complaining for dry cleaning service which I had taken for first time on 1 May 2023. One saree was not dry cleaned well and 3 blouses are not even washed. I have already complained to the delivery boy, he said he will come to pickup but no one came till now. I didn’t like the service, I don’t want service anymore, please do my refund. No response on phone call, not refunded, I am fed up with service. Fake promises only by delivery boy, many times he is saying, I will come to collect but no one came yet Antima

Lootere hai..chor..They ruined my shirt completely, I almost went 4-5 times to their shop but neither the owner is available nor washerman. Customer handling is pathetic, this store will definitely close one day. I would advice go for local dry cleaner or any good washerman near you. They will serve you well.

Tumble dry is best and cheap dry cleaners place. I get my suit dry cleaned at Rs 360 for both coat and pant, i never thought this price for both. They are the best in lucknow and have the pickup and delivery services with no extra charges
