Seems they are using name of franchisee but doing local service to gain profit, we booked curtains wash before Diwali, they were not cleaned properly. We showed them and they accepted that there is issue with cleaning. They assured give us time till Diwali we will come after that and will give you service again. We made full payment. After Diwali it's been 4 months and even after our calls they are not coming, today when I called on chain helpline they told my number is not registered with them. What the hell I am taking service on behalf of service chain and they don't have my number registered with them.

Worst ever Laundry and Dryclean service! They damaged my shirt and their staff is extremely misbehaved and careless. Owner Jigar is useless and rude! They care more about their ego and money rather than providing the services. Staff Suraj is uncultured and was shouting at my doorstep. Extremely rude and misbehaved. There is no control of tumbledry on the franchisees and these people are running a fraud local service of extremely poor quality! Not recommended at all! You can easily find better laundry and Dryclean services in the area.

I recently had a bad experience at Tumbledry Laundry. I brought in two shirts to be ironed and was charged INR 80. This is significantly more expensive than other laundries in the area, where I can typically get my clothes ironed for around INR 15. The quality of the ironing was also not very good. The shirts were still wrinkled in some places, and the collar on one of the shirts was not ironed properly. I am very disappointed with the service I received at Tumbledry Laundry. I would not recommend this laundry to others.

Professional laundry service, not only they were highly organized but also completely open about pricing. All this is before the awesome service, used their service to get my blazer dry cleaned and received personalized preference to pick up with a hanger to avoid any folds and nicely packed in plastic wrap. Overall, loved it and would visit again. Could argue that its a bit pricey but the service with an online payment, date estimate and final results its worth it

One of the worst laundary in town. Never ever put your hankerchief also with them. They rename it as something to charge more and then they will take week time in name of express service. Lady who is store manager doesn't have manners to talk and show attitude like they are offering free services.It will be biggest mistake if you give your clothes there.Avoid and give it to your local laundarymen. Trust he is far better then these looters

It is a very great service in Gota. They are very professional and take good care of your costly outfits. They are very helpful as well. We have some issue in Saree regarding color and ironing and we wanted to fix them quickly due to the marriage. they have managed to help in such case. Over all it is 5 star service and I highly recommend Tumbledry in Gota.
