The pathetic service has been given by vasana reddy who is phone operator she don’t have manners to speck with client n she all the keep her phone switch off . When u call she will not reply your question properly . She ask the documents which is not mentioned on turkey gov website nor on VFS global gudline theb to she ask the document . I still wonder how come she seating in cousulant geneal Office Such a pathetic customer service

It was very good experience having a discussion with the Vice consul regarding the recent earth quakes that devasted Turkey which left thousands dead and the survivors still facing lot of problems viz housing etc.. etc. Humanitarian help is the need of the hour.

I went to Turkish Consulate to help earthquake victims and found Masha Allah, so many good people around the consulate they brought blankets, clothes etc. Feeling so happy, May Allah protect all of us further Aameen Ya Rabbul Aalameen

Vasavi Reddy is the most unprofessional manner less not at all co operative lack of knowledge dont know who gave them a job to consulate such an illiterate female dont know how to talk also

I send them 2 e mail befor 10 days, & till now no responce I try to use mobile they shift me to web site which is poor It the worst consulate service I ever see

I have submitted visa application online form I was feeling how they communicate from first line employee and the end, the deserve to say more thanks

The woman she is answering the calls doesn't have manner to speak and she doesn't response the calls Then after all these she answer i don't know!!!!
