I was very disappointed with the service. I'm a returning customer and the treatment I received was unacceptable last time I used the service. I was coming back from my holiday and I booked a cab (19:00, 31/08/2017) with this company from Stansted Airport to my home in Richmond Upon Thames borough, which is about 1h 20min drive. At 18:48 I did get a call from the driver but due to the bad coverage I could not hear him. At 19:05 we were waiting for the driver to pick us up but 10 minutes later I received an email from the company stating that he would be late due to the traffic. Knowing that it was going to take a while, I went to grab a coffee after I went outside the airport to call the driver, who said he does not know how long it will take as he was still stuck in the traffic. As I was getting these news, I decided to write an email to the company. In this email I asked about the refund policy (noticing that they charge their clients if the driver has to wait 30+ minutes). Few minutes later I receive a total refund of the trip with no further explanation. At first it sounded great, but as we had been waiting 1h 30min at that point I went out again and called the driver. It was shocking to hear when he told me that his company said to him that we cancelled the service and he was going back instead of coming after us. We both panicked at that point. He called back his colleagues and I sent an email to the company about the situation we encountered. Later I received a call from a lady from the call center representing the company. She did not find necessary to even apologise for the inconvenience you guys caused and literally talked to me as if the mistake was mine. She told me very briefly that since they notified me about the driver's delay, there shouldn't be any refund of any kind, then cancelled the refund and sent the driver back to pick me up. (which would have been fine if her colleagues explained that in the email where I asked about the refund policy instead of blindly take decisions without consulting me first) At that point almost 2 hours has passed of waiting for driver, I was blamed for cancelling trip which we did not cancel and of course we don’t get any refunds , because it is “our” fault that someone decides to cancel our trip or gets stuck in traffic. Refund of full cost we received before was cancelled and driver was reassigned to his duties on coming to airport and taking us home. Finally I met the driver, the only person who was sincerely sorry for the inconvenience caused. He has been a true gentleman and I appreciated his effort to make my trip less upsetting. That is the only reason why I won't give you one star.

I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with the service provided by your company during a recent journey from Stansted Airport to Southampton, with a scheduled stop at Canary Wharf. I must emphasize my deep disappointment and frustration with the unprofessional conduct displayed by your company throughout the entire experience. When we initially agreed upon a fare of GBP311 for the journey, which included a 30-minute wait time at the stop point, I expected a transparent and fair transaction. Regrettably, my expectations were not met, as your company continuously demanded additional payments during the journey, specifically an extra GBP51. To my surprise, I received multiple emails from your company insisting that I pay for airport waiting time and airport parking fees, despite no prior agreement or mention of these costs. Such an approach is not only unethical but also showcases a lack of integrity on your part. Moreover, the subsequent demand for an additional GBP51 payment, allegedly for an extra 45 minutes of waiting time at the stop point, was both unwarranted and unjustifiable. Threatening legal action and suggesting that you would strand all passengers if I refused to comply with this demand is utterly unacceptable and constitutes coercion. I am deeply disappointed by the lack of professionalism, transparency, and respect demonstrated by your company throughout this ordeal. As a customer, I expected a seamless and pleasant experience, characterized by clear communication and adherence to the agreed-upon terms. Unfortunately, your company failed to uphold even the most basic standards of customer service. I request an immediate explanation for the unfounded demands for additional payments and the threats made against me and my fellow passengers. Furthermore, I insist on a prompt resolution to this matter, which includes a full refund of the unjustified charges and an assurance that such behavior will not be repeated with future customers. My hope is that you take this feedback seriously and take immediate action to address the issues within your company. The way you handle this situation will determine whether I can recommend your services to others or if I should warn them about the poor service and questionable practices I have encountered. After searching options online, we decided to go ahead with Twelve based on the feedback we could find and the price which was better than some of the competitors we had checked. We were a group of 6 passengers, so it didn’t work out much more expensive than public transport but much less than the Heathrow Express to our surprise. We went with 1 hour after landing which seemed appropriate and managed to get to the meeting point just in time, even though our flight was a bit early. Our driver Mariusz was already waiting for us and was easy to spot since we were provided with a photo of himself in advance. He was very friendly and assisted us with as much luggage as he could and directed us to his vehicle. The vehicle he was driving was a nice and clean Mercedes van. Although there was some traffic, driving through the city was smooth, and we reached our hotel in Kensington in no time. Our driver ensured we were getting dropped at the correct location, so he enquired with the concierge first before unloading our luggage. Everything went like clockwork and couldn’t thank him enough for his efforts! A few days later we had our transfer to Southampton Port, we had asked for Mariusz to cover our journey again, but he was unfortunately booked already. No wonder! That didn’t really bother us as we were greeted by a driver just as professional on the 2nd journey too. George had a nice VW van that happened to be even bigger than the previous car, so that was a relief seeing as we had some extra bags with us in the meantime. We asked them if it was possible to include a stop at Stonehenge beforehand, as our cruise was departing later that day, and we couldn’t have been happier as it turned out much better than hanging around in the terminal or at the hotel. Overall, we were very satisfied with the service received, the price was not over inflated, and the drivers were professional. I would have no hesitation in recommending them and will definitely use them again next time we are in London!

We booked a transfer from our London hotel to the Dover cruise port and back. Our daughters were meeting us in London so I decided to do a "trial run" and book them to pick our daughters up at Heathrow. The driver was over 20 minutes late picking them up and blamed "heavy traffic". If only there were dozens of phone apps that will outline traffic patterns in major cities and assist drivers in planning their time. When it came time for our transfer to Dover I received no "on the way" notice so I texted the driver to see if he was close and his response was to ask me if we had our luggage yet. That led me to believe he was heading to Heathrow, not the hotel we had arranged. I asked him that directly and he did not respond, but within minutes we got a call from their dispatch unit telling us he was going to be late, again due to "heavy traffic". This was early Sunday morning and there was scant traffic in our area. He ended up arriving an hour late and told us that this was due to him getting dispatched to another client that interfered with our scheduled transfer. Since many cruise lines now assign arrival times at the port, we missed ours and it greatly delayed our boarding the cruise. It also created a tremendous amount of stress worrying about how we were going to get to the port. Clearly someone was lying to us since we got a number of excuses. They make it very clear that if they have to wait for you they will charge you extra, but we got nothing for having to wait for them. Obviously we canceled our return transfer and made other arrangements since getting stranded at the Dover port was not desirable to us. We will never use them again. I did ask our hotel concierge if he was familiar with this company and he said he was not but had a list of reliable transfer companies. They were not on it. Would only use them if you are flexible enough to spend your time waiting on them and then getting lied to regarding why they are late.

We read a lot of mixed reviews on Google - not sure if they are seeded reviews from their competition (which happens!) or customers who weren't switched on. We were skeptical when booking. It's also said they have some internal issues on their team. So, we weren't confident. But all our 3 trips - from London to Bristol, from Bristol to London, and London to Heathrow, were absolutely smooth! They offer transfers across the country. And all our trips were a completely relaxed experience. 1) Their emails post the booking and payment, are super clear and effective. Very professional, detailed, descriptive and helpful - only those who don't read, end up missing out on the details. 2) They send you driver details a day before the trip. A tip: Contact the drivers via message or WhatsApp and confirm the pick up point and give yourself a 'face' - it helps :) We did that for our rides and the drivers knew when we were coming and where. 3) The call centre team respond to any query or issue - on email and importantly, on phone - very promptly. 4) Their drivers - freelancers - are professional, safe, clean and friendly. I had a fracture and all 3 drivers - Mircea, Adrian and Bardia - were very helpful with all our luggages. Bardia was a great conversationalist. 5) The cars - we needed the big ones - are clean, safe and in very good operating condition. The drivers clearly take care of their vehicles. 6) The drivers were all there 15 minutes before time. And made sure we got to our destinations (2 to 3 hours away each time), before time too. I'd definitely use them again when in the UK. They were excellent.

Wow! I cannot express how satisfied we were with the service offered by Twelve. From start, beginning with the booking process and up to the date of the actual journey when we found our lovely driver waiting for us, everything went as clockwork. I had some question regarding how we should schedule our pickup from the airport, but the customer support helped me solve this problem with ease on their chat feature. It's nice to have this option, seeing as sometimes you are not available to talk on the phone, but to save call costs too. After the booking was completed, we received an instant confirmation detailing all info we needed for the transfer. A few days before the journey we received further update and were asked to confirm all is still OK! I found this assuring as they made us feel taken care of. We then received the driver's details the day prior to travel, and once we landed we received all the notification that our driver was waiting etc. Upon arrival at the gate, we found our driver with ease as he had a big board with our name on it. He assisted us with the luggage and offered us some useful info, like getting an Oyster card if travelling by public transport and what is nice to visit around London. The return journey a week later went ahead just as smoothly, and overall, we couldn't have been more satisfied with the service received, especially considering that the costs was quite reasonable, comparing it to Heathrow Express or a black cab for that matter. Would definitely recommend and would again. Keep up the good work!

Really Really upset. Firstly MVP8 can only take 7 passengers instead of 8 as they show on the website. Secondly hidden waiting fee. One lady told me £30 for waiting one hour through the call. The driver ask me pay £56 after waiting 1h 20mins. When I double check with the customer service there is another men and told me it’s my fault cause I didn’t read the policy properly. When I want ask them to check the call record they told me they don’t have record. Thirdly, I booked unloading with the customer service through phone call. The driver just leave all the stuff beside the main rode say we arrived without loading stuff upstairs. When I want call the customer service to check what happened. The drive just go leave us in the traffic very very quick. I put the pic below. It’s not our destination as I put on the website. We walked over 10mins to the apartment. During this time I try to call the driver and customer service to check what happened. Finally they told me the driver just doesn’t want to do this. All the experience with this driver and this company is ridiculous, not only the driver but also the customer service. The customer service is useless they can do nothing but say sorry. They can’t guarantee user’s right but know how to charge and pass the buck. Finally, the customer service told me the driver is upset. As a customer I’m the person who is upset. Why he upset? Because of the waiting? I already paid that part. Take care if u want to book. Cause no one will care about your felling.

Have used before with no problem. Today we waited at airport, with no phone service but was able to contact driver with another phone. I booked trip to St Ermins hotel from Heathrow. The driver asked in poor English if the address was correct. Since I didn't understand him, I repeated the St Irmins hotel, and he said yes. We were taken to a St Ermins address two hours away near Southampton. When he realized the error, I showed him my printed booking reservation (thank goodness I printed it) He called his dispatcher who proceeded to tell us it would cost us another 191 bps, to get us to our destination. We had no choice, because we were two hours away from our destination. The customer service rep was very rude wouldn't listen and then had the audacity to say he was trying to help us. So in addition, I was charged for another driver that was dispatched to the airport and said we never arrived, well we were already with a driver. I originally booked the transfer and was told that I needed to rebook with the amended time, so I did. I paid all the invoices and never noticed the St Ermins village address. The company sent out two drivers for the same two people, with the same amount of luggage for two different addresses and made it our fault. All in all, we spent 450 bps, a cancelled tour and four hours in the car before we made it to the hotel. I cancelled our next two reservations and will never do business again. We had great experiences the first 3 times we’ve used this company but the most recent time I used them was absolutely unacceptable. I hired an 8 seater van to collect my family from the airport. My family’s flight arrived 45 mins early and went through customs quickly so they we on time for pickup. They could not find the driver anywhere nor was he communicative about where he was parked. They finally found him and the driver did not help them with their bags and was quite rude to them and told them they had to pay a £30 fee for waiting and for the toll. I called Twelve transfers and guy I spoke with told me not to “pay the driver a single cent “ until he spoke with him. I didn’t hear back from the transport company before they arrived and the driver basically yelled at my husband asking why we called the transport company and told them about the fee. After a bit of back and fourth and my poor family stuck in the middle of this (they just came off an 11hr flight) my husband decided to just pay the guy so he’d go away. I don’t know what happened with the management of this company but clearly the drivers are given free reign to overcharge their customers. This is a dishonest business and I would not recommend them even to my worst enemy. A taxi or Uber is the best option

I recently had the pleasure of using this shuttle service in London and I must say that my experience was simply first class. The customer service was friendly and professional. The staff really went the extra mile to ensure that my journey went smoothly. The driver who picked me up was extremely competent and knew his way around London very well. He got me to my destination safely and on time and was polite and helpful throughout. It was reassuring to know that I was in the hands of an experienced professional. The car I was assigned was clean and comfortable. I immediately felt at ease and was able to enjoy the ride to the fullest. Cleanliness is an absolute must for me when it comes to transport services, and this shuttle service definitely made an excellent impression here. Furthermore, I appreciate the transparency and fairness in pricing. There were no hidden fees or unpleasant surprises. This level of honesty is truly commendable. Overall, my experience with this shuttle service in London was excellent. Friendly customer service, competent driver, a clean car and fair prices are just a few of the many positives. I highly recommend this service and will definitely use it again on my next trip to London. Many thanks to the whole team for a great ride!

Booked with twelve transfers, as we would be arriving after 2 massive long haul flights, I just wanted transportation we could rely on and trust. Our booking was cancelled last minute, due to the driver being involved in an incident. No replacement option was provided. I was then stuck with a miserable jet lagged 3 year old, scrambling around a packed airport, trying to find an alternative option in peak hour traffic. This added massive stress and significant added expense as we had to go for last minute options. The emailed I received was simply a cancellation notice, no explanation. A person from the office did call, but didn't seem to care about our situation at all. They offered no apology, no alternative suggestions. Very disappointing, would not recommend. They have stated in their response below that they told me they " would cover any price difference that resulted from you having to take an alternative service from the airport directly" This did not happen. The person I spoke with on the phone offered NO suggestion or advice, no empathy, and could not care less that I was going to have to find an alternate way across London with a miserable jet lagged small child. This was also not expressed in the cancellation email.

Would definitely not recommend. We travelled with 2 young kids and booked a car with twelve transfers to make the arrivals / city transfer process easier at Heathrow. We arrived and waited - no driver as booked and paid. We had allowed half an hour after the arrival of the flight to meet the driver (having provided flight number to Twelve transfers) - but still driver didn’t turn up at the arranged time. When I called driver said he was on his way to the airport and could we go meet him in the car park? Eventually he got into the terminal and apparently went to meet us at international arrivals (despite us providing a domestic flight number). Driver had a hundred excuses about why he wasn’t there as booked - office told him flight was late / he’d never picked anyone up from the arrivals area we came out at (Heathrow Terminal 5!) / traffic / he was waiting outside of airport. Email to twelve transfers resulted in a defensive nonsensical response about timings. Would have been so much easier and much cheaper to just take a cab.

BEWARE: this company operates on an intentionally poorly defined cancellation policy. I cancelled a journey 2hrs17mins before the scheduled pickup time (missed a flight). They wrote back informing me I would receive no refund as the driver was already en route. When asked why the driver was en route 2hrs+ before the pickup time (+ 30 mins M&G), I was told that the driver lived far away. Given their broad T&Cs, the company could then claim that the driver lives 6, 10, 24hrs away and issue no refund. We, as consumers, conveniently cannot argue with this line of reasoning. £86 down the drain... I used this service for years (under different names, no loyalty applied). I will not use it again. I suggest everyone stays far, far away. Edit: their response is an excellent example of poor customer service “we’re sorry you FEEL this way”… plus, no, it’s not an or statement for <3hrs or en route. En route is a separate point, meaning it applies to any scenario.

The best airport taxi in London - excellent drivers, cars and service. Choose them based on online feedback for my parents arriving in London for their first visit and was not disappointed. From booking, confirmations were received instantly with clear info as to what to expect, and how the transfer would unfold. Was in contact with support to update some details, which they promptly resolved for me. I received the driver's contact on the morning of the journey, with my parents arriving later in the evening. My mother had a bit of a problem and they ended up being delayed, but the driver was waiting for them at arrivals and was very friendly. They managed to avoid the rush hour traffic and were home in no time. I booked a return for them a few days later and the service was just as good. Overall, very pleased and would recommend. Thank you for making my parents stay a bit easier to manage!

Big thanks to Andreea for helping us organise our journeys over chat, she responded to all questions quickly and was very patient with us. We booked transportation between Heathrow and Southampton Port, along with the return from the port to our hotel in London before departing a few days later from Gatwick to return home. Twelve was in touch throughout to ensure everything was fine shortly before each journey and we even received driver confirmation in advance - it was somewhat reassuring to know who would pick us up. All journeys went ahead to our expectations, the drivers were on time, the cars were spotless, and we managed to avoid stressing out by using public transport or a less reputable company. Firstly, I am not for leaving negative reviews and would always attempt to remedy issues with business providers. I have sent 2 emails to Twelve Transfers and it has been 3 days and no reply. I suppose since the ride has been completed it was not necessary to reply or provide an answer to my issues. Basically all was good from the airport pickup right until the drop off. My mom who was visiting London was dropped off at the wrong address with her 3 suitcases and left standing in an unfamiliar place. Correct address details were provided and the driver obviously did not ensure it was the correct drop off place. Very disappointing!!! I trusted Tripadvisor reviews to use them but sadly I will have to use another airport transport service for future trips. Hope that this will not happen to another customer.

I used this company the last 2 times I needed an airport transfer to Heathrow airport and the return journey. The first time the driver was not there to greet us at arrivals and was 20 minutes late. He asked us to meet him in the pick up area and when me and my wife arrived he got out of the car and was doing up his trousers. The 2nd time my partner was travelling by herself and again the driver was not there to greet her and messaged her to come and meet him in the departure drop off (not even arrivals). My Wife needed help with her suitcases which is why we booked a company that is supposed to greet you at the arrival inside not in the car park or drop off. Wont be using this company again as this is not the kind of service you need when you arrive back from a trip.

I was impressed with twelve transfers, particularly the communication pre journey. I'm often a bit paranoid about booking and paying in advance for transfers (having been disappointed in the past with other online companies) but found twelve to be really reliable. This was a transfer from a rural location post wedding and they found the location with ease, sent me all details of the driver in good time and the driver was professional and patient with us party people! I rated it 4 not 5 simply because the booking process was a bit annoying as I think the price can go up if you look at a price and don't lock it in straight away. I had problems with the app and tried on a different device less than 2 mins later and the price had gone up for the exact same journey.

I’ve used Twelve Transfers a few times now. They have provided consistently excellent service so far. The drivers are early or on-time, they are happy to assist with luggage, they are thoughtful and considerate (asking if we are happy with the level of getting/cooling), they drive competently and safely, and importantly the drivers are pleasant people. We appreciate the fixed price, especially when travelling between Heathrow and central London when traffic can be unpredictable. (As good as London black cabs are, your travel costs can sky rocket if there are road works/accidents/heavy rain). Another part of the service I like is that the confirmation email includes the name, photo and phone number of the driver who will pick you up.

We experienced a very efficient and caring service last week. I booked over the phone and the operator was extremely helpful and kept me informed at all stages about the progress of the booking, even though I was unsure of the exact time we'd need the pick-up. Our driver was exceptionally solicitous of my mother who was leaving hospital after open-heart surgery. She also suffers with travel sickness and he drove so carefully to avoid any discomfort for her that she had no problems. The car was immaculate and arrived promptly. We made great time and arrived much earlier at our destination than we'd anticipated. This company offers great value too - all in all, I would highly recommend them.

It would be good if Twelve Transfers can improve its communication to its customers specially the details of the car/driver that will pick you up. Just comparing their service to other providers where they constantly give you updates. This is not my experience with Twelve Transfers. In Twelve transfers, even you call their customer Center, and they promised that they will give you such info on certain time, no updates happened and you will just surprised that the car is already in front of your place. Although it’s good that their car/driver arrived on time, helped us on our luggages and also very politely talking to us. Good that he is also wearing mask! Above all, still good service.

Used this service multiple times for transfers from Heathrow. Previous times had been well, however when I had to change my pick up date at late notice due to delays with interconnecting flights. This company attempted to change me the full price of transfer + an additional 13 pounds as a “waiting fee” using their drivers are busy as an excuse. The rescheduled transfer They attempted to charge +25 pounds on what my original fare was and refused to credit anything from the full fare previously paid. So use at your own risk because as any issue with your flight they will attempt to extort you. Ps their response is straight up lies to cover up their scams

Twelve Transfers is an utterly unprofessional company. They did not turn up to meet a passenger in the Heathrow airport after being provided with the precise details on whom and when to meet and with mobile phones for references. No one even called from the company to these mobiles. Notwithstanding that the company sent a confirmation of the booking with the driver details and correct pick up time, I have only received an email few hours later after pick up time about cancellation of the booking. No notification of booking change was made whatsoever. Never use their service - it is just a matter of time until you get into a trouble with them.

Update! I used Twelve Transfers again to reach Stansted Airport very early in the morning. My experience was fantastic! Communication was spotless throughout and my driver arrived at the exact pick up point early. He was very courteous and kind. Thank you for you services. I'll be back soon! Recommended! I had a fantastic experience with Twelve Transfers from the beginning to the end. The service was superb, organised and spotless. The driver arrived early and was waiting for me in front of my flat. Complete joke of a company. Second time I've arrived from a long flight at Heathrow to a prebooked, prepaid pickup and nobody there with "an error on their system". First time helpful customer service, I waited about an hour but it was resolved. Second time complete lack of customer care from the telephone operator. Will be seeking a refund and have recommended to my company to blacklist twelve transfer as a business service supplier for their lack of professionalism, the opposite of a safe smooth transition home. If I could give 0 stars I would. Would not recommend, advice to book another company for your trip.

Mixed feelings. On one hand, the service was great. All went smooth. The driver was polite and the car was clean and comfortable. On the other hand, the day after we received an email with a demand to pay additional fees under the claim that the driver had to wait for us for a long time. We have scheduled the pickup for 00:40 and met the driver at 00:35. We sent them an email explaining this, but they insisted that we need to pay extras for parking expenses and for the time the driver waited for us (approx. 1 pound for every 3 minutes). We paid the amount but definitely would not use their services in future.

We've used Twelve Transfers several times now and will definitely be using them again in the future. All drivers have been punctual and courteous, cars are excellent and very clean, prices are competitive. What stands out for me though is the really excellent communications from the office team and drivers, particularly this morning when my flight into Heathrow landed an hour early. I thought I might be in for a very long wait, but the team were onto it, even though it was 5.00am, and the driver called me to let me know where he was and exactly how long he would be. Excellent service all round, thank you.

Thank you for the great service, driver was on time, waiting at our hotel lobby as stated with my name on a board for reference. Very pleasant driver with an impeccable Mercedes van, drove us back home in no time. Called Twelve Transfers at 10pm from Greece, needing to get from UK Manchester airport to Heathrow, when I arrived at MAN at 2:00 am, same night. They had an available driver within minutes, on arrival the driver was right there with a clean, comfortable car and a welcoming smile and attitude. The drive, through a kind of dark, rainy, night, was perfectly uneventful and I reached Heathrow in plenty of time to make my flight, booked last minute due to a family emergency. We used Twelve Transfers to get our group of 7 people from a middle of nowhere, near Kiddeminster to get Eurostar service in London during railway strike crisis. It was Extremely professional, punctual and very affordable service. We would of paid for the train way more and would of sat in a smelly crowded train that would of ran late...as BR is famous for. It was the first time I used the excellent services of Twelve Transfers to go to Luton Airport. I was a bit apprehensive initially given some mixed reviews - but poor reviews should be taken on balance with positive ones. I booked twelve transfers to pick my parents up at Heathrow. The driver did arrive (he texted me from the airport) but he was not at the arrivals area with a sign, at least not with the other drivers. My parents (whose phones didn’t work in the UK) walked up and down looking for the driver. After waiting over 40 minutes, they gave up and took a taxi. Twelve Transfers proceeded to charge me the full amount, despite the obviously issue with the pickup, and didn’t respond to my follow up email. We will not be using this company again.

I am a repeater customer to this business, staff are polite and punctual BUT, 5 days ago I asked for a quote for a trip from Gatwick airport to Central London, the price was roughly 94-100 GBP. Today I got a quote for 194 GBP! for a one hour trip.. Sorry but how is it possible for the price to increase double in such a short period? This was the last time I will be using your services and for your information I booked the regular airport cab for 115 GBP (the exact same vehicle). If you value your money maybe do the same.

Friendly drivers, nice cars, reliable service and very good prices. We used them on 3 occasions between Heathrow Airport and London, London to Southampton and back from Southampton Port to Heathrow. On the way to Southampton we also managed to organise a stop at Windsor Castle and Stonehenge, which worked out well as we didn’t have to waste an extra day to cover these. Overall very satisfied with communication, updates and their support throughout. I will use again when returning to London in the future.

It was a good experience with a responsive customer service officer taking bookings, safe and friendly driver, value for money service and a spotlessly clean car. However, they would've earned their 5th star from me had I actually received a 'meet and greet' service at the arrival hall, instead of having to wait 20mins after the stipulated time for the driver to appear. We used 12 Transfers for a ride from Dover Cruise Terminal to Heathrow. I was really impressed with their service, as I was contacted a day before to confirm the trip, then I had to make a small change in the pickup time, and they were able to make the change right away. The drive sent a text when they arrived for pickup, and the ride was great and on time. We had recently booked the airport transfer from Heathrow to Oxford. I have booked in advance by paying the quoted amount and i had given the live flight departure status link. This was clearly shows the live departure status link and it was 15 mins delayed. They were charged additional money for 15 mins delay and ended up not accomdating all the luggages. We decided to use Twelve Transfers because everything was so easy to set up thanks to their online chat service. The price was competitive and we did look around at other transfer options. The driver met us at Heathrow exactly where and when we agreed to meet. We had opted for an excursion on our way to our cruise ship and, again, this was handled competently. Absolutely appalling experience. I booked a taxi to collect us from Gatwick which landed in the early hours of the morning. I confirmed the booking twice yet it still DID NOT TURN UP. I have had to order an Uber to take us home instead, and I cannot believe I still have not even heard from the “driver” if there ever was one coming to collect us. I tried to call the office but it just rang and rang. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.

Held hostage after i loaded our items into the car. "You must pay 40 extra pounds to complete your journey." It's pet friendly for a fee, but the service dog was still not allowed to have a seat. I paid extra for luggage, have two extra seats that they won't let my animal use and my driver was constantly receiving text messages from the company while driving on the highway. Cost the same as a taxi, but with less freedom.
