Ive been proudly smoke free for 2 years thanks to my vape. My gf and I came for a visit and we didnt feel pressure for the upsell. The owner understood that we were working with a tight budget and fixed us up with his recommended part we were seeking out and explained everything clearly. Atmosphere was very nice and welcoming. Couldnt beleive the variety of fluids they have. Omg if you can think of any flavour... You can bet they have it or something very close. VERY impressed. In fact im heading back today with the gf to grab some more fluid! On a side note lol although im luckliy able to write this extended review as i had emergency life threatening surgery and the first place i asked to go as i regained conciousness and was able to comprehend life (heavy painkillers lol) was to ask to go straight to twisted coil for a bottle of that sweet sweet Dark wings lol. Thank you for the consistent service and the patience you have with your customers. Im going to bw bringing my family here as they have also started vaping. These guys should he considered the authority on vapes. You CANNOT go wrong here. You wont leave regretting your choices. My new go to place for all things vape!!

I started going to twisted coil cause I broke something on my coil and they went beyond what I expected. Since then I am in once to twice a week, I have upgraded mods and coils and I am still new to vaping and every time I ask there help or what to do, the owner and James there weekend worker and from juice to hardware they have never I repeat never been wrong nor sold me the wrong thing. There experience and expertise is the best. Best I repeat best vape shop and owners in Burlington and beyond. Don't go anywhere else. They wouldn't let buy something cause I didn't need it. Great shop, really good selection of juices and hardware. Top notch customer service! Owners are easy to talk to and have a ton of experience! I keep walking in the door on my days off just to have a talk with Paul. The guy is down to earth and a wealth of knowledge. I've seen several people who are new to vaping walk in and all say the same when they walk out: " a place they will definitely come back to and recommend " There's no pressure from them for you to buy something. More so, he'll actually tell you not to buy it if you don't need it. Definitely a store I'd recommend!!

Great vape shop in perfect location for north Burlington. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about vaping(juices and hardware). The store is very well lit and clean. Their prices are better than most vape shops I have been to. They have their own line of juices that I would recommend. Barista is a great Coffee flavoured juice (I've tried many). Their Silverfox SlurpEh is nice and not a coil killer (no sweetner) and Melone is a nice tasting juice too. I highly recommend Twisted Coil to all vapers especially the ones in Burlington North.

Selection is good staff is nice but as others mentioned the prices are definitely more then the rest of the shops in burlington. I see the response from the owner claiming to only be a dollar or so more but i challenge that claim as i can go to other places and buy the exact same juices for 6 dollars less.........updated. Owner reached out to me about pricing. They have seen the difference in price on some items and have offered solutions like competitive prices. Thanks lori grate customer service

Amazing shop! Family owned and operated. Home of the Barista my favorite coffee flavored juice. Great customer service. The Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Even on busy days the staff will acknowledge you, which was a big plus to me. The selection of juice is great and their vape gear selection is on point! Paul and Lori the owners know what vape gear to bring in. If you are in the Burlington area swing by the shop for all your vaping needs and wants. You will not regret it!!

Rebecca is super nice and my coworkers and I always enjoyed visiting her on our lunch break to pick up vape stuff. The only issue i had was I was told Wild Predator doesn't make Curly Tail anymore but I was able to get it directly from them, so no biggie but I do miss buying from the store. You guys are awesome and have a nice clean chill place to come unlike some other vape shops that are run by people that don't know what they're talking about and sell fake stuff. Love u guys!

Paul and his family is the owner of both the Missisauga and Burlington locations. Paul is a wonderful owner and vaping enthusiast. Very informed on current and past products and juices as well as any questions beginners may have. New favourite shop in Burlington after having a few negative experiences with others. Paul has never let me down and will go above and beyond to help you with whatever you may need. Definitely give hime a visit!

Knowledgeable and friendly staff, good selection of juices and vapes, also have this Juice Box Treasure Chest (no, not actually called that, basically one off's they are trying to get rid of) so you can try a juice you normally wouldn't buy (at a discount). Also volume discounts on their store brands. As always, would suggest calling ahead if you are looking for a particular vape or juice.

This may be their second location, but they always treat you like you're number one! Family owned and operated, great selection of quality juice (100+ flavours). If you haven't tried Cuppa Joe by Barista or Slurp-eh by Silverfox I'd suggest heading there ASAP and doing so. They have a huge selection of devices for beginners and advanced vapers alike and the prices are extremely reasonable.

Excellent service and quality products at modest prices. Due to legislation changes much of the product and pricing are the same, these people however; understand service and respect for their clients. The margins are narrower than you can imagine and they still deliver the best service in the Burlington area for these smoking cessation materials and supplies. My sincere thanks to them.

Products that has coils are not up to date as far as manufacturer's latest releases which leads me to believe that they are knock-offs. Prices are way too high at least 20% higher than its nearest competitor. The girl who works there is really cute but other than that I would never go there. Do not recommend 3 out of 10

Not a very wide selection. if you get a disposable vape and don't discover it doesnt work before you leave the store, they won't give an exchange. Will not do any flavour order requests. I have switched my vape provider.

I used to go to this store as it was close to my old workplace. Owner was very nice - Lots of selection - decent pricing. Only reason i stopped going as i dont work close to there anymore. Nice vape shop though.
