Matt is the man! He’s an awesome artist and an amazing Christian man! He’s room is very calm and comfortable with crosses on the wall and Christian music playing. My first time experiencing this in a tattoo studio and so glad I chose Matt to do this piece in remembrance of my mom! I’ll def be coming back for more work from Matt his realism skills are on point. I’d give him 5 Stars, highly recommend! As far as the studio the only reason I’m giving them 4 stars is because of their scheduling/payment policy. When you book an appointment they schedule you and charge you for the estimated time the artist thinks it will take to complete the tattoo. They then want 1/2 of that amount up front to make the appointment. Then when you come in for the appointment before you even get the tattoo they want you to pay the remaining 1/2 of the estimated price. This is strange to me and the first place I’ve ever been that operates like this. So when the artist quotes 5 hours and the session only takes 4 hours it then becomes awkward when you have to ask for a refund for that extra hour you already paid for. Then they want to give you $100 store credit for that hour when you just paid $175 an hour for the tattoo. Not counting the $50 tip. But it is what it is, my only complaint is the payment process. My suggestion would be to keep everything the way it is except the part where the customer has to pay the remaining amount before the tattoo. How about let them get the tattoo and then charge them for the amount of time it actually took once complete.

100/10 would recommend! Absolutely astonishing. I did not know a tattoo place would be so clean, organized, communicative and friendly. I was nervous to get my first tattoo there but Paco did an excellent job, so much so I got my next tattoo 2 weeks later with Matt who did my ghost rider piece and it looks badass! Absolutely love it here, I plan to be a loyal customer and refer anyone who wants a tattoo here. C9rrect me If I'm wrong but from what I understand, they also provide free touch ups as long as it isn't self inflicted or destroyed by your own doing. Regardless, I would support this place no matter what. They have great prices compared to other places and if it seems expensive, it's because they take extra good care if you. To me it's worth the money 100%. Excellent artists, clean, very tidy; sweet, kind, communicative (online and in person) and beautiful receptionists. A++ all around. Love it. Can't wait to get my other 7 tattoos lol.

I went in for a quote on a tattoo and was greeted, then offered to assist me after finishing up with a previous customer. As other customers came in after me, they were being assisted and I was “forgotten” twiddling my thumbs in hope they’d assist with me with my inquiry. I finally just asked if someone can just give me a quote I’m on a time limit because I was going to go to other locations and get quotes from around the area, but then they apologized and was able to schedule me right then and there with Will at a reasonable price so I went ahead with the tattoo. I can tell Will has a good heart, he was not judgmental with my request, welcoming, and made it comfortable that I was in good hands. Good man! It was not painful at all and work was awesome! Thanks will! I had a bad experience at first but Will avenged and I’m glad i left in good spirits. Yes I would recommend and will go back again. Clean facility.

If you're looking for a tattoo shop to get that impulse stamp after midnight when you're wasted, this is not it! Save that for the coast in LA or Miami. This is real artwork! Twisted Tattoo is a really clean shop with normal business hours and a terrific atmosphere where the artists can express themselves and also do the work specifically that you ask. I went with my daughter to get a matching creation since I am leaving the country for a year for a job. Keith didn't disappoint!!! He is a terrific artist that does exactly what the customer wants, stayed true to what we sent him as far as design goes, and I went back today to have him fix an imperfect tat that another shop just didn't deliver on. That being said, if Keith says he can do something out of the ordinary, ie embroidery or 3D tats, believe him.

My brother and I got flower tattoos with Daniel. My tattoo was to cover up my self harm scars which has always been an insecurity of mine. They got back to me with a consult quickly and we’re very helpful in helping me decide what would conceal best and I thought the price was more than reasonable. I was nervous about it since it was my first tattoo and I didn’t know what to except. The staff was super friendly and Daniel was not only an amazing artist but made us feel super at home. They even have a kit to take home for aftercare for only ten dollars. As a tattoo noob, I appreciated that as well. Clean, friendly, fairly quick… I will definitely be returning when I decide it time to add another! I would more than recommend Twisted Tattoo and Daniel if you’re thinking of getting a tattoo.

I love it! I honestly just looked up tattoo places near me and Twisted Tattoo is what came up. I am really glad that I chose this tattoo shop. They are so professional first off. The staff were so kind and welcoming which is also amazing. It is nice and clean and there and it is just over all a welcoming environment. I really like their website because you can actually see the artist and the artists’ work before even going to the shop. Lydia’s work was what I was looking for and asked for her specifically. I'm 62yrs old & I wanted my eyebrows tattooed. I was recommended by a previous customer of Kristen, who works at Twisted Tattoo. As soon as I met her, I received really good vibes & knew I was in good hands. She did a phenomenal job so I recommended her to everyone, who loved my eyebrows. My 42yrs old daughter & 24yrs old grd-daughter had their eyebrows done by Kristen too. My sister came from out of state to have Kristen tattoo her eyebrows! We're so excited with our results & enjoy all of the compliments, & how quickly we can get ready in the morning. Kristen's skill level, professionalism, & customer friendly service is remarkable! She has abundance of experience & truly listens to her customers' needs.

I had researched Twisted Tattoos online for about a year for a memorial tattoo; went on a trip to Maui and wanted a tattoo to commemorate the trip but there wasn’t time there; I remembered TT and had my friend reach out - she sent her picture in, got a quote, and we were set up with Rudy Gatica. In the meantime, I changed my design request, sent the picture in and was approved for the same, reasonable price. At my appointment, Rudy was professional and the space was clean; I felt comfortable and at ease and Rudy explained everything ahead of time and answered all of my questions. I am so very happy with my artwork and the art that Rudy did. I highly recommend them and will use Twisted Tattoo again soon!

Absolute best experience at a tattoo shop that I have ever had. The kindest staff and a very talented, professional artist. The girls at the front desk were extremely helpful and happy to do so. I was on vacation and wanted a matching tattoo with my adopted daughter on our last day in San Antonio before flying home that evening to Texas. This shop was more than accommodating of my daughter who came with us and set her up in a waiting area with a tv, couch and sucker, while my oldest daughter and I got tattoo’s. Henry was such a talented and friendly artist. We are so happy with our matching tattoo’s and the overall experience at this shop. Thank y’all for helping us create a wonderful memory!

Gabe is a talented artist with a light hand. I brought in a picture of what I wanted but I asked for a little modification to it and he drew something up that was beyond my expectations. Very easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable. He finished my tattoo pretty fast. The prices are very reasonable and they offer discounts for military. Which cut the price a lot but i just ended up giving Gabe a bigger tip in the end for how great he was. The shop itself was clean and well designed. I loved how each artist had their individual room. Definitely going to make more appointments in the future. It was well worth the 3 hour drive to see him.

Super exceeded my expectations and I can’t wait for the next one. I was nervous and excited for my first tattoo and not just because of the deep meaning it has for me. Working with James was easy, he was so patient when working with me on the design process, it was next level customer service. You can tell he genuinely cares and connects with his clients. If I was a Tattoo Artist - this would DEF be the place where I would want to work at! This place looks waaaaay bigger than what it looks like from the outside. I love each artist have their own private rooms where their personalities reflect! Their names are posted on the outside which gives it a personal touch. All the artist are fun and friendly! Anyway, came here back in January for the Friday the 13th deals. They were very organized and the process was very smooth. I have many tattoos already, little bangers is just all what I need now. If they have another Friday the 13th event - I’m definitely going!

We wanted to make our Texas trip memorable and twisted tattoos was able to make that memory last forever. They were great, professional, very clean, and the artists are talented. My artist was Rudy he knocked out the park for me I provided an idea and he was able sketch a longhorn so elegantly but when he finished it was better than I ever expected. My hubby had Henry who was able to be so awesome and talented in a way to provided great suggests as well his skills to present you this great tattoo for him. I saw James, the owner of the shop for consultation, he gave me a good price for my tattoo. Fyi: Who ever you did consultation they are the one doing your tattoo. He did great, thou, he do have a heavy hand. I had many tattoos and his was the heaviest, (honest review). This tattoo place is pathology certified. Meaning they handle there equipment, body fluid aka blood and sweat very well. They even check temperature and ask question for covid-19 for symptoms. Very safe, clean and friendly environment! Will be coming back and will recommend this place!

It was me and my boyfriends first tattoo but this was definitely way more pleasant than I expected. They were super responsive and great with communication, and super super friendly. I was super nervous going on for many reasons but I came out overjoyed with the whole experience They were also definitely not expensive and overpriced like some of the other places we were looking at. Everyone was really nice from the front desk to even my tattoo artist Manuel . My tattoo was how I wanted but when I showed up it was already drawn out . I guess I should've spoken up and let them know there was some writing I wanted added to it as it was a memorial tattoo for my mom . I felt a bit rushed as the shop was closing about an hour after my appointment . Another artist came in asking if he was almost done . Manuel did a great job and I highly recommend just wish I would've spoken up about how exactly I wanted it .

Not to long ago I did research for a good tattoo place that would give me the tatts I wanted but also had good prices. I stumbled onto Twisted Tattoo in the process and requested for Manuel and I am so happy I made that choice. I absolutely LOVE my tattoos!!! He gave me everything I asked for plus more! This place is my go-to! Every single time I've walked in I've only ever been greeted by great customer service. I have had three tattoos created here, and one tattoo fixed from a previous experience at a different shop. The tattoo artists are genuine and will tell you which artists they recommend based on what art style you're truly wanting. Rudy, Denise and Keith have all worked on me and have done an amazing job bringing my visions to life! I'm always comfortable and calm here. I will continue to go back.

For starters, Miles is amazing! He was helpful and very fun to talk to before we got started with everything. Alex did my piercing and she was patient as she knew I was a bit nervous. She was fun and made me feel at ease before we got started. I had a little issue and went back the next day when Mya took care of me too. She was also as gentle as she could be and very careful. They are very informative and helpful. I really appreciate the great customer service. Thanks again and I will be back.

Me and my two best friends did a walk-in for a total of 5 tattoos. We had Mauricio, and he was amazing. He was so funny and nice and we all had a good time. All of the employees were so nice to us. The small tattoos we got came out amazing, didn't hurt at all, and went by so fast! They also have a really cool outside area for smoking/vaping, fuseball, pool and seats with a fan, which was really nice to pass the time while they had to clean and sanitize in-between tattoos. 10/10 recommend

My daughter and I came to get matching tattoos. The minute I walked in the door, I was greeted and taken care of. They were so kind and patient, and were upfront about pricing. The salon is extremely clean and welcoming. We were able to see Rudy same day. He is an amazing artist. I liked the environment. I was made to feel comfortable while getting my tattoo. Everything was sterile & clean. They even made sure that they didn't use latex gloves cuz I'm allergic. I liked how I was able to set up an appointment online & get an estimate on the tattoo I wanted. I saw that they do piercings so I'm gonna have that done soon. I'm gonna be heading back again for more tattoos!!

Henry was amazing!! I got my first tattoo done with him and he made me feel so comfortable. I came in with no appointment with my cousin. Everyone was so accommodating and able to draw up our designs to our specifications. We had Rudy tattoo us and he was amazing. Incredibly kind and fast with the tattoos. Every one who was working was insanely nice and made us feel at home. Even taking photos after the tattoos were done was a lot of fun. The artist are super nice and professional. My latest tattoo I had gotten was done by Manuel Moran and it looks amazing! & I’m working on getting another tattoo done with him. Because of my availability, I had to do this I’m two sessions, but his lines, shading and textures are tight! Matt completed this amazing piece. I went in for a consultation to cover up a recently healed tattoo I was not happy with and could not be more amazed with the results. Matt was very professional and thorough during both the consult and session. He and everyone in the shop was super helpful, welcoming and kind. By far the best tattoo experience I’ve had.

I love the vibe. Everyone is so nice and talented. Very clean and organized fabulously. I recommend anyone here for tattoos or piercings. I had my eyebrows ombre powder by KRISTEN and let me tell you, she's amazing at what she does, and i had my first ever dermalb with DENISE and she was so kind and gentle even though the dermal is not an easy piercing.

staff was not friendly.. the piercer did not seem knowledgeable.. when asked what guage she was using she didn't seem sure even though the needle was in her hand.. i ended up removing the simple lobe piercing because it wasn't straight. do not recommend for piercings cannot speak to the tattoo artist. i will say the shop itself had a great aesthetic

My Artist was Keith and he did such amazing color work. It’s healing PERFECTLY, and his room was extremely clean. I felt safe in the private rooms, however I would like to see more masks/mask enforcement in the general area. Everyone is so great and professional, from training new desk employees to the social media posts I’ll absolutely be back.

But then when he was done, i was so amazed! It was beautiful & quite amaxing. More detail than I expected and was more than I hoped for!

Got my first tattoo here and my experience was phenomenal. Henry did amazing work for me. The whole staff was incredibly nice and helpful! For you first timers Henry was spot on it feels like a cat scratch (not a deep scratch) not bad at all. Looking forward to my next tattoo.

Kristen’s line work is AMAZING. I wanted something small and dainty and I loved her work so much, I went to see her again the next day for another piece when she had a last minute cancellation! Her fine line work is chef’s kiss! 10/10 would recommend.

Angel was amazing, he was very patient, made sure everything was sterile, and made sure I liked the placement before starting my tattoo. I was nervous but he made me feel comfortable and explained aftercare. I would definitely go to him again!!

The cashier couldn't count and she was poor customer service. The tattoo guy was charging way too much and removed. . $120. For a 2 inch tattoo. When, I went somewhere else and got all the tattoo with a amazing price.
