I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with 2 Up, and I must say it was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. From start to finish, the entire ordeal was a complete nightmare. First and foremost, their response time was abysmal. I had to wait on hold for what felt like an eternity before I could even speak to a customer service representative. When I finally got through, the representative seemed disinterested and unhelpful. It was clear they couldn't be bothered to assist me with my issue. Furthermore, the representative's attitude was nothing short of disrespectful. They were condescending and made me feel like I was inconveniencing them by seeking help with a problem that was caused by their company's mistake in the first place. It was as if they had no training in basic customer service etiquette. To make matters worse, when they did attempt to address my issue, their solution was completely inadequate. It was clear they didn't take the time to understand the complexity of the problem, and their proposed solution felt like a lazy attempt to brush me off rather than actually resolving the issue. The lack of follow-up was another glaring issue. I was promised a resolution within a specific timeframe, but that deadline came and went without any communication from 2 Up. It was left up to me to chase them down and follow up on my own, which is completely unacceptable. Overall, my experience with 2 Up left me frustrated, angry, and thoroughly disappointed. Their customer service is a disgrace, and I would strongly advise anyone to steer clear of this company if they value their time, money, and sanity. In conclusion, I cannot express how deeply dissatisfied I am with the level of service I received from 2 Up. Their incompetence, disrespect, and lack of accountability have left me with a bitter taste in my mouth, and I will certainly be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

So last week we went and enquired about the cost of filling helium in balloons.. 16 inch foil ones, Which is possibly the smallest ones. Were informed that helium for regular balloons is $1 each. Good enough. So today we went there an hour before the party.. and there was this another north Asian lady.. who said that it would be $3 each. Well we didn't want to be running around at that hour.. so we agreed. And then she is filling up these balloons and asking us where we got them.. we had bought it on eBay for our superhero costume party. set of 4 (faces of ironman, Spider-Man, captain America & hulk) . So she went on and on about how the plastic is poor quality when bought online and they don't float properly.. and how her shop got good quality balloons.. my 6 year old was so upset hearing that his balloons aren't good. That too in front of all the other people queued up before the billing counter...don't know if it was the helium or the plastic that makes the balloon float.. I was so angry, but didn't want to upset myself in front of my kid just before his party.. not to mention that the balloons were floating fine throughout the party.. also we had handed her 5 balloons... another figure 6 gold balloon . .. which she lost somewhere on the counter..

Very rude and even with their cheap prices I still wouldn't shop here again. Worst service ever. We reported her to centre management, how this store is still there with that service is beyond me.
