Every employee I interacted with at this location was very nice and helpful.T However, we had a few problems after pick up the truck. The lock on the back of the truck was very old and almost impossible to open, we had to fight with it for 15 minutes and use lubricant to be able to open it; the roadside assistance was very hard to join as the phone number had a very long wait time and the app did not work. When we wanted to return the truck, the app was still not working, and the website was not working either to do the return. Also, the truck was very old and made a lot of noises, which wasn't that bad but was unexpected.

We rented the U-Haul 9' Cargo Van for moving and were totally satisfied with the experience. We got a better deal here compared to Enterprise. The van was clean and looked new. The rental process was extremely convenient and fast from beginning to end. The staffs were also nice and helpful. Although we chose U-Haul mobile pick up, they still help us go through the process smoothly. Then when we returned the van, they checked it very quickly and gave us the receipt in only 5 minutes. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! ‍♀️

What an horrible experience for the after hours pick-up. The agent Noelle asked 2 questions and closed the Chat, blocking my reservation out of their system. I had to go through 1:30 of phone calls and new reservations. Nothing worked in the end. Would not recommend the after hour service, poor technical knowledge and solutions.

3rd time dealing with this U-Haul location and everyone is so goddammmn friendly. I don't even know anyone who works here and I want to come hang out here. 5 star service. I know U-Haul is corporate and makes ridiculous amounts of money but y'all did a good job hiring at this location. Give the staff at this location a raise!!!

We got a very good deal here. If you are somewhat flexible, walk in instead of reserving. You'll get a much better price. We rented a long haul one-way van and got a month of free storage at the other end. Great storage and a new vehicle too.

Customer service representative was extremely rude. Would not recommend calling here. Micheline was extremely unprofessional and rude.Lying that I didn’t have a credit card. I had to go to another Uhaul…. Horrible customer service!

My boyfriend went to this location to meet a key maker who has his office there. He got car key made because the used car we bought only came with one key. Better to have it and not need it then to need it and not have it!

That’s the worst place to rent, they don’t give back the money warranty deposit, they still have almost 200$,CD, my deposit and they don’t want to give it back,, …
