I originally booked the truck for 3 hours, from 11:30 until 2:30PM CST. However when I arrived to pick the truck up, the lady at the counter told me I would only be able to have the truck for an hour, and told me that she could look for another truck near by for me, or cancel the reservation. This was my only day off work and I had a limited window to move what I needed to move, so I could spend time chasing a truck I already reserved days in advance, at that location, for a set time frame. Second, she did not have the appliance dolly I had rented, and her attitude was generally trash, and you could tell that she did not want to be there, and did not want to do anything to help. That's all I got for my previously booked 3 hour window to move a fridge: 1 hour instead of 3, no dolly, and a bad attitude, and I got it all for the "low" price of almost $100 for the rental, mileage, and fuel. Please have someone reach out to me as I do not believe this reflective of how you want your employees to operate.

Extremely UNPROFESSIONAL Staff, I’m not exaggerating either. Saturday(03/18/2023), For some reason I decided to rent a truck from this particular U-Haul. I picked up the truck at 12:56PM, then returned the truck at 4:46PM. The following Monday(03/20/2023), I was charged a cleaning fee. The records state that I received the charge Sunday(03/19/2023) at 1:03PM. With photos that were also taken Sunday(03/19/2023) at 1:03PM, as their reason for the charge.I JUST tried calling Today(03/20/2022), to see if they possibly made a mistake. Maybe they left the truck unlocked, maybe someone else rented it out, maybe some one got in over night, but instead of reason. All I felt was utter disrespect & disregard to me as a customer. The mod when I called was only able to be identified by “Boss Cynthia” from records. After only 10 mins she hung up in my face telling me to call back later and ask for a manager. I would AVOID THEM AT ALL COST!

I rented at public storage and it was a nightmare. I wanna thank Daniel the manager with the bluest eyes for saving the day.. when he gave me bottle water to me and my helpers when I renting a U-Haul and was super nice i asked about pricing and it was cheaper than i payed at public so i rented then he gave me a lock to ensure my stuff was secure it was just a cherry on top..

We saw a guy cleaning but didn't know he was the rep.. he was right next to us not once he said please give me a minute. Good morning I'll be there in a minute.. is amazing to me that customer service doesn't exist anymore....we left and went to our usual place even so they didn't have the truck size we needed....

Whoever is answering the phone has such a nasty attitude. I was trying to find out if I left something in one of the vehicles and the man on the phone catching an attitude for just going to check in the vehicle I rented. Had the wrong number but I asked him was this the one on Dairy Ashford and he said yes.

The lady that works there is very nice she was very helpful in selecting the right size boxes for my move I have been going there for about five years now when ever I move I go to that location to get boxes, packaging tape, dolly, markers and box cutters great customer service.

the young lady at the front desk was kind of rude to me into two other customers that were standing in line so really she needs to get her act togetherand feel maybe that's why she has all the trucks there cuz of her attitude it has to change so that she can draw in more

Well maintained facilities, staff is friendly. We've had our storage unit there for a very long time and have never had a problem. Good location, but a little difficult to get to if you live north of them. Weekend hours have been a problem a few times but nothing major.

One of the worst customer services I’ve experienced. Very rude lady kicked us out of the store because we were “ too many people “ when it was only 3. She yelled and kept cutting us off, and they were wearing no masks. Overall not good.

Just called and was put on hold forever, then when I called back the last didn't even say hello this time or even ask me to hold, she says hold please and puts me back on hold. Very rude. I guess I won't be doing business here.

Not good service. We had a reservation but they told us to go and try to get the U-Haul from another station and that they were short of staff and I don't know how it concerned giving us what we had reserved.

I went looking for boxes. They had one overworked staff member and a long line of customers. The staff member did not acknowledge anyone as they came in. After a long wait, I left without buying anything.

They will keep charging you once you’ve moved out of your unit. Even if you don’t have autopay or a card on file. Might as well cancel your card after dealing with them.

Nice folks working here. Be aware that the prices in the window don't include taxes and fees. It's a lot more to rent a truck than you'd think. Avis might be cheaper.

I had a very good experience. I had no problems getting into and out of My Storage Room. It was easy also for Me to go into and leave out of the Storage Grounds.

They have all size trucks for moving. We hired the uhaul helpers. They moved everything to and from our new and old apartments within 30 minutes.

I need it a service for a storage and rent uhaul I have them a deposit an they never return it back I don’t recommend this place unprofessional
