Bad Service Bad Attitude Rude People and Racist I had a really bad experience with U-Haul like never before firsthand I made reservations at this same location went here to pick up the truck only to find out that my reservations were sent to another store 5 miles away. Called customer service back and they sent me back to the Lancaster Store so I got my truck the lady was really nice. Went to take my truck back before time the guy that was working had me waiting for sometime but he was busy and the only one working so he finally checked me back in he had me get in the truck and turn on each blinker, step on the brake, this was done from the rear to the front he was very rude I've rented trucks and several of my family has as well I called them and asked they never experienced anything as this before so is this a new process if so then why wasn't the person that was behind me checking in as well never had to do this yes I stayed and watched. So I reached out to customer service and she said what he did was ok and she saw no fault she kept putting me on mute for some reason I'm asking her is someone that I can go to about this matter she said just go back to the same store I asked her who do see and talk to she said just the person that's there bad service bad attitude rude and racist.

Absolutely terrible experience. Had reservation at 1pm. George Watson who was apparently the GM extremely unprofessional had me waiting for 45 minutes because according to him he thought I was dropping off. Then he decided to help me it another 30 minutes. Because it was hard for him to tell me he needed two alternative contacts. So b too of that he helped another customer that came in after me, who he gave the last appliance dolly even though i reserved one when i made the reservation. Then when i returned the truck he was closing up and completely ignored me for 20 minutes before telling me to do the return through my phone. Absolutely unprofessional, lazy, customer service skills non existent. Too effing lazy to speak. And the way he answered phoen calls. I mean I don’t understand why anybody would want to business with this place. And this gentleman is a general manager. Are you serious?

First I would like to thank Mr. B. Perkins for all of his help. This guy was on it when I came to get information about a trailer. Even though their location did not have the right size he was still able to get me a reservation for the right one that I needed. I even want to give a thanks to the location on E. Loop 820. David out there was good with me and helping me get everything checked out. The guys out there hooked everything up and checked the trailer to make sure all lights were working well. So, again guys big thanks to all of you for the help.

Made online reservation about a week ago for today to do hitch install and fully paid for it. Showed up at the location when I was supposed to and they had no idea I was coming, and didn't have the hitch. It then became the counter employee calling other places to have me drive somewhere else that can do it, just to get rid of me. I had enough and walked. They did refund my money. I then went to a massive UHaul on my way back home, and scheduled the hitch install for Saturday, so that will be a different review if all goes well.

Absolutely the worst experience at a uhual rental I've had. They had a untrained employee that had no clue what he was doing, with no management or supervisor on shift. He had to keep calling someone on the phone for help and we've waited for hour. He had no clue how to pass on my reservation and we had to leave to another location. We wasted our time and our 8 hour trip was pushed back significantly. This location Needs to properly train their employees and make sure a manager is present especially if being on the weekend.

Awesome experience! We had a 6x12 trailer with ramp and experienced a flat tire after a few days. UHaul was great and came out quickly and replaced the tire. We lost some moving time due to the flat as we kept trying to air it up, however, E Lancaster location took care of us! Will use again as we need moving often. The guy (bad with names) was super professional and took care of me (had tattoos and was an awesome worker as he was manning everything from the front desk to working out in the heat)! Thanks so much guys!

I called to reserve a uhaul at the location off of E, Lancaster , I spoke to a customer service representative Ladonna, She was very kind, helpful, explained the process to me therally, Answered all of my questions , There was a slight problem with my card to reserve the truck and she went out of her way to make sure I got everything situated, Overall 5stars plus some, For a happy rep who enjoys her job I will definitely call this facility in the future & Highly recommend. THANK YOU MS, LADONNA!

Outstanding customer service. George Watson and Jade were very kind, patient, and extremely understanding. They both are the epitome of what customer service should be. I was returning a few left over unused boxes and a furniture pad from my long move from Corpus Christi, and they both went above and beyond to settle the account. If I could give them 6 stars, I would. Thanks for the superb service.

small storage. Have to show ID and get escorted to your unit every time you want to access your locker. My card got declined for rent and they contacted my brother and sent him mail before they contacted me. Disgusting abuse of my personal information. Was charged extra fees I was not notified about.

Don't go to this place, they rip you off and don't tell you that you will be charged for returning your the equipment and when you ask them about this extra charge the manager only said that it's on the contract and doesn't try to help the customer at all and it's very rude and hangs up on you

This people have no manners, they are racist and definitely don't like their job, they make you wait for long for no reason when filling gas tanks. No manager on duty or no one held accountable for this folks

I've only used the store for refilling propane but they are always courteous and ready to help. As a bonus, they only charge for the propane actually dispensed sand you'll know the bottles are full.

After a mix-up with my reservation at a different location, George got me in at this location immediately and did a great job installing a tow hitch for me. Great work and great customer service!
