US Bank and their staff are running around falsely accusing people. BEWARE THEY WILL CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT OVERNIGHT. I woke up this morning to all my accounts being frozen and in process of closure. After a whole day of speaking to customer service, consumer relations, the fraud department, tellers, and the branch manager they told me that my account was being closed due to fraudulent activity and that the cops were going to get involved. Mind you, initially the branch manager thought it was due to drug dealing. Completely ridiculous and embarrassing! Mind you, I've been with them for 6+ years and thought I had established a good relationship. Completely disappointed and I won't be referring anyone to US Bank. They have completely ruined our relationship.
All of The Tellers & Security Guard are very, very nice & respectful. They are willing to help you out & greet you kindly. But the management is extremely rude, unhelpful & passive aggressive. Specifically the blonde, Hispanic woman. I watched her refuse to help someone before me who had an issue, & then she did the same to me. The condescending & patronizing tone she had was the most aggravating part. Completely unapologetic & seemed as if she couldn’t be bothered to deal with me in the first place. First time I’ve ever spoken with a manager at US Bank. The company, branch, & the lady herself should be embarrassed. Would’ve rated 5 stars otherwise.
I am a customer for 6 years. First time I am experiencing this. Fee days ago in the atm of this bank I was trying to deposit money through Atm. Atm accepted money and gave me receipt. "Sorry it is an error we can't deposit money and can't return. AND ......" Secondly i called the number on receipt, they said wait till next day, next day they said they see receipt but they need to investigate, they said contact banker, made an appointment on line and no one called! Unfortunately I would not recommend US Bank to anyone since seems like they do not have enough customer service to take care of the customers. Really Unfortunately bad experience.
EXCELLENT customer service. The assistant manager, John Burden helped me complete a cashier's check quickly. He also checked on the line to see if everyone was doing okay and that it'd just be a little longer. Though those are fairly easy things to do, lots of people don't do them so it's refreshing when it happens. This bank I near my home so it was already convenient but knowing amazing customer service will be delivered every time I show up, really adds to the experience. Thanks John.
I went into the bank to transfer money from my savings to my checking. Then all of a sudden I'm charged a excessive withdrawal fee?! Sounds like some one is incompetent or stealing. My money is my money and I check my account all the time. Banking will soon be obsolete, this is why no one wants to deal with a bank. Check your accounts frequently something sounds wrong here.
Courteous service and well staffed. 1 outdoor ATM. Limited parking, closed on weekends and no coin counter. I'm removing another star. The website says they have foreign currency, but they transfer you to the Santa Monica branch. Employees are courteous but I just don't feel taken care of like I do at other branches.
I can believe that they can't change me quarters if I have Us Bank sometimes other Banks change me and I am not a customer and my Us Bank they just see you and they tell you they can't get you quarters. The ladies at front don't even go and check if they have some they just tell you NO.
This branch is the best, always get efficient & courteous service. What a difference from the NoHo, Burbank and Glendale branches where things never seem to get done right.. Thank you Antoine R and Antoinette R, you were great!
BEWARE USE ATM AT YOUR OWN RISK. in the same week the ATM took my cash deposit and didn't credit my account and then a separate time took my debit card now have to wait for a new one with no access to my funds....
Erik really is awesome and he is a definitely an asset to this branch! He helped me when my regular branch in Las Vegas would not! Again I really appreciate all his help and really grateful. Thank you!
Estoy aqui parado desde las 9:00 am y son las 9:30 y el banco está cerrado el security solo me mira desde adentro y no sale a dar nada de información se supone que debe de estar abierto a las 9:00 am
Excellent Staffing Services, all cashier windows open during customer rush and greet customers with good neighbor feeling. All compared to the history of banking institutions.
