Honestly this place takes a long time per customer. Really slow customer service. Always wait time is really long compared to other branches that I've been to. Panorama City branch is fast and really courteous not to mention Toluca Lake branch, plus there great customer service is awesome.

This is the last time I use this bank overall.. The bank teller told me my check will have funds available within 2 business days. Now i noticed that my check will be held until 7 business days. Now I cant buy my kids Christmas gifts since my check will clear funds after Christmas.
One of the worst US banks I have to go into. They are always changing bank tellers, and they are so slow to help customers. The bank tellers and managers will see you standing in line, and they will ignore you and contine to gossip among each other.

They don’t do anything here; security card: I been told apply online. Ok, I need to send money to a person with a bank account in your bank… do it with Zelle…(??!!) I insisted in do it at the window and the girl repeated I have to do it
This is by far the worst branch I have ever experienced. They don’t answer the phone during business hours, their tellers work slow like sloths, and their drive through atm machine almost never works. You can drive across town in the middle
There were only 2 tellers and it took forever to get helped. There was a customer that wanted to do some business banking but he got tired of waiting and just left. When I finally did get helped though, the woman was very polite and helpful.
