Hands down best gym I have ever signed up to. The gym equipment is clean and there is an amazing variety to work every part of your body. There are so many cardio equipment as well. The classes are amazing, the coaches are fantastic, we use equipment for classes and they are constantly changing. You can use any equipment available in the gym, everyone is very easy going. The only issue is that certain hours it gets really busy and hard to access all the equipment you want to use upstairs (if you are on time schedule like me), so you need to work out the best time that suits you. If I am going at evening busy time, I will do a class anyway so it doesn't phase me at all. There are healthy meals and shakes as well, which is great if you are on the run and need to pick up something quickly - you don't need to look further than the gym. I recommend this gym to everyone and I always see people walk in, have a look and sign up. They offer trial classes as well before you sign up to the class and groupon has specials as well. Price wise - very reasonable price ie $32 pw. I was paying $250 per month just for bootcamps with no weights equipment - that was overpriced. If you want a clean gym, proper working equipment and awesome classes, you need to pay a reasonable price. You get what you pay for.

Went into the gym with high expectations. Straight off the bat, bad vibes. What was advertised isnt actually true acc to the guy at the front desk even though i had called up earlier to confirm everything. Waste of time. Work out free January actually means 3 daya free trial. I was like ready to join but i just wanted to trial the place thru my whole workout week to see how i feel but this first impression just screamed greed. I still gave them the benefit of doubt went into the gym. Cheap equipment labeled as state of the art. Any gym rat that goes in there will instantly recognise the cheap barbell and the weight plates. I dont want to rant too much but to any person trying to go a ufc gym to get like a lifting workout i woukd suggest u stayaway. I cant comment too much on their bjj and other Mma stuff but as purely a gym thus place is way overpriced for what it is. Doesnt even have enough weight plates. I guess they dont advertise themselves as being a weightlifting gym to begin with but i just wanted to post this so that you dont waste your time thinking the same i did.

UFC ROCKDALE! I am so glad I stumbled into this place. I have tried so many gyms and the cheaper ones tend to lack facilities, classes or they're dirty. Very expensive ones have been in inconvenient locations. This place is my second home, if you're close by, this place is pristine, offers a huge variety of classes and all gym equipmentyou can think of. The staff are friendly and helpful, motivating and there are world class fighting trainers working daily. I love the atmosphere and it is a great price for everything they include. I highly suggest visiting whether you are training for fighting, wanting great classes, weights, cardio, HIIT, or just looking to do your own fitness. Plenty of parking too if you don't live walking distance.

I attended this gym for over a year. The cleanliness and overall condition of the gym is of a high standard. Unfortunately tho regarding their terms and conditions, when it comes to leaving or when your membership has expired, I don’t know how else to describe it other than greedy. I ended up paying alot of money trying to cancel (including 4 weeks notice which is apparently standard across most gyms - don’t know why they need notice like as if their operation will need to adjust over losing one customer lol). If money isn’t an issue to you, this gym is probably one of the best you’ll find. Otherwise be very careful with the Terms & Conditions when signing up because you’ll be paying for alot of unexpected fees.

I highly recommend this gym to anyone striving to achieve their fitness goals! The gym and the MMA classes are offered separately, so if you're only interested in using the gym facilities and not into MMA, it's still a great fit for you. Personally, I enjoyed both the MMA classes and the gym area. The atmosphere is welcoming, with a strong sense of teamwork and mutual support for everyone's progress. I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to Fodi for taking care of me during my time in Sydney. Unfortunately, I've had to relocate to Melbourne. If you're in Sydney and haven't become a member of UFC Gym Rockdale yet, you're truly missing out on something amazing!

UFC Rockdale has been my home gym for 2 and a bit years now and with good reason. The owner, staff and trainers are approachable, helpful and accomodating. I lost my job earlier in 2022 and was unable to pay for a weeks membership, Foti put it on hold for me and still allowed me to use the facilities. The members mind their own business and I find jumping into sets with people in peak hour isn’t an issue. Additionally they make great shakes for the end of your workout (my fav is the kimura) and have recently opened up a little cafe next door, which I’m yet to try. Would recommended this place to anyone. Kat.

4 star because it is expensive for everyone to afford. But everything else is just so amazing. The environment is too good that u keep pushing your self forward. I get very motivated when i go there. One finds every equipment he looks for. Further there are unique ways to train that one doesn't find elsewhere. The staffs are friendly too. I will highly recommend everyone to join UFC. The experience we get here js nothing compared to elsewhere. So if u cant afford it, make in mind that one day u have to be there. And also they provide 3 days of free trail so you can just check it out one day.

This is the WORST GYM I’ve ever been too. I’ve payed for a year membership not enjoying the class I wanted to end my membership , but they Refused to give my money back. I was a Member for 3 months and know this was not a gym for me ,they have No Ethics don’t join this gym, I’ve been a member at a lot of gym. And never had to deal with this kind of behaviour , and it’s not even in my contact that I can’t get a refund!,,, but they still don’t care. ,,,,,, not worth the headache ,,,,, STAY AWAY FROM THIS GYM , they not in the Industry to help people ,,,,, they are GREEDY !!!!!

UFC gym rockdale are always friendly and helpful; what impresses me most is the incredibly high level of coaching on offer. There are many many classes filled with athletes who train hard, but who also take the time to welcome new students and help them feel comfortable. The facilities are brilliant, and the fees very affordable. Since the motorway construction started, parking can at times be tricky but gym management has done their best to help members find alternate parking.

I had a negative experience unfortunately talking to Simon Mooney the new club manager at Wetherill Park. He is really rude and unprofessional! How did he even become a manager when he doesn’t know how to do his job and refuses to hire women in sales. He thinks he can say and do whatever he wants because he is manager but he is bringing the club down. I will never recommend UFC to anyone because of him! He is bringing the club name down! Fire him!

There’s a new managers Simon Mooney at UFC Wetherill Park that everyone says they dislike. His leadership skills are questionable and is running the good name of UFC into the ground. He is a balding dog that won’t hire any women to be in sales. All members are extremely unsatisfied! Because of him don’t spend your money at this business, you will regret it. How did he become a manager!! No one wants him!! The whole organisation will fail!

Love it more of a family atmosphere ,Byron is growing in connection ,confidence MIXED MARTIAL arts is a balance between been in submission , taught to self defence,with grambling, the older they get more serious the changellrs more serious the teens become tuning the eithrt a passion or all the way proffetional sport , Byron done football since 5 got board it's daily more active kids also as a parent you can train as the do their class

Best gym I've ever been and I have been going to gyms since I was 13 so in 23 years I've never seen something like that. I highly recommend. Place smells good, very clean, best machinery ever, everything is top quality and I absolutely love the staff! UFC ROCKDALE ROCKKKKKS!!! Doesn't matter your level they offer a huge range of options from beginners to advanced. Pretty awesome really! <3

Great atmosphere, with great equipment, I’ve been here for over a year now and love it. With the help of the gym I’ve seen a complete change in my physique. I’ve even tried an mma and a few Muay Thai classes and can say that the coaches are amazing and push you to reach your potential. The staff are super friendly and are always available to help whenever you need them too

Absolutely love this gym! Everyone is so great!! Clean and chill environment. Loving the D.U.T clases with Margarita! She is bomb! Motivational and really cares about the people she trains! Just the right coach for me! Been to other gyms where you just get yelled at and its just too intimidating! Atmosphere is awsome! Can't wait to go every day

Decided to do a 3 day trial so I could try out the wrestling classes. Met Sam the wrestling instructor/coach who was very welcoming but also a great character & mindset for the sport that requires discipline. Great job from the UFC to hire him. A new member gained because of him- Looking forward to learning and training. Highly recommend!

I love this place. Always get great vibes from the atmosphere. The staff and even gym goers are friendly. I signed-up 3 children and found Foti and Raoul to both be really friendly and helpful that persisted even after signing up. The kids classes with Anthony and Kyle are fun and my children always leave this place in a positive mood.

Ufc Gym Rockdale is by far one of the best gyms in Sydney, Australia. It gives you access to multiple high class martial arts and training, as well as being able to use the gym area. This gym doesnt discriminate people based on looks or age and generally has a great atmosphere! Highly recommend people to come.

I went in to cancel my membership filled out all forms and was told I would stop being charged two weeks from that date but I was still charged and my membership was never cancelled and $300 was taken from me be careful of these scums don’t let this happen to you

The worsted experience at this gym! The customer service is not resolving anything, it always has the reason, the customers always loose. The cases are not analysed according with the customer's issues. Definitely, I never will come back to use it services!

This gym is the real deal and is the best gym in the area!! My daughter does the kids classes and it gives my wife and I an opportunity to train together whilst we wait for her to finish. So really the whole family gets to train! Winning ! Thumbs up!!

I signed my son up for a 6 month contract before covid. I took him to 1 class and then we went in to lock down. They have been taking money out of my account since then and now they're saying they can't refund me. $2000 for a 30 minute class.

This is a great gym it cost more than other gyms but you get a whole more I ended joining because my kid trains here you have a world renouned jiu jitsu trainer in Gustavo.

I’ve been to three Gyms in the Area and this is the best one for me by far, The Boxing Classes with Renata and the DUT classes are motivating and always different.

Great gym, staff and facilities. The only downside is the timetable. There's no consistency and most of mma and skills based classes are too late in the evening.
