We have been with UFirst Real Estate for almost 2 years and about to gladly sign on for a longer term. My partner and I have found Juan, Casey and Will extremely helpful and supportive. Ordinarily, real estate management get a bad rap these days, but we have had a very different experience with the UFirst team. They have been honest and accomodating, understanding, and they’ve been instrumental in helping us find our next home. We’re very happy to recommend UFirst Real Estate. They’re really good people.
Be VERY careful with this company. It is my honest (and professional) opinion that the house we purchased was misrepresented under Schedule 2 of the Australian Consumer Law. I am presently considering my options regarding this issue. I would never use this company, nor would I recommend it to others based on what I believe to be misleading (or deceptive) conduct. BE CAREFUL.
