Recently I've visited there and bought the greatness guide 2 written by Robin sharma. Though, the cost was 225 rupees printed on the back side cover of the book, I was charged 234 rupees and it's extra 9 rupees. When I asked about it, they told me that it is based on the price available in our database and that too the barcode on the book will decide the price, we from our end will not decide the rate and I was wondered by hearing that. See how they are cheating people and I'm urging people not to go there and better to purchase books from other book stalls or else from online. Don't waste your money by going there.

UNIVERSAL BOOKs is famus in hyderabad, it has number of branches in hydearabad, I came several times in universal book mall in koti and sr nagar too for rare books. its have all types of books from KG-PG BOOKS, helpful for all students and have all FICTION BOOKS AND NON FICTION BOOKS. In its exchange fecility also have. If you need any type of books or magzine... You can visit UNIVERSAL BOOKs without worrying. Cost is also very reasonable but for some books they are chargeing more price based on its demand and availability in the market.

This place is the perfect place for any textbooks and notebooks, you get all the books from first and second grade till the graduation level and also for some cases postgraduate books. If you want books for a cheaper price and you have no means of transport to go to koti this is one of the best places to buy second hand books and they are in a good condition also. This store is mostly known for its intermediate and undergraduate course books.

Nice place. You'll find almost all books here at a lesser price. You have the liberty to go through the books before you buy it. You can read a page or two before deciding to buy. Coming to competitive exam books, there are plenty of options available there. Anyone who doesn't know what book to buy can definitely buy a good book finally because you can read few pages and then decide. It's like a book supermarket. Examine the book and buy it.

One of the best places for stationery shopping and also for gifts. Many craft items are not available here as we went once. And coming to the gifts , it's too expensive here. Even the gift wrapping papers are also expensive here. Color sheets for crafting are not available. With my experience every product here is 20% higher than the other shops. I'm not asking you people not to buy anything there but just giving information.

Very bad servicing. From morning I am trying to call them for home delivery and they are not responding. The workers over there didn't even know that they do home delivery or not and they even don't know about any specific book that they have in their store or not. The customer care service is so bad. The workers don't know how to talk to a customer. They are so rude in behavior.

Very nice book store in this locality. The person who was there in the shop was awesome. He have great knowledge about all the books in different subjects. I took some books. He asked me to come after 2 days for the books i needed. Gave me the visiting card and asked me to call to know about the books availability. My overall experience was awesome. I recommend this shop for every one.

One of the big book stall in the SR nagar location but the Himalaya Bookstall near community hall stays on top. Many kids play items and also gift items. Kids can find all their school needs in one place.

It has a good stock w.r.t stationery & books. Even if something is out of stock, they will never disappoint you. Employees are quite friendly. They will follow you up in the real time. I wanted to buy a product, however it was out of stock. However, they have noted my requirement including my details & rang me up when it is back in stock.

Best service, staff is very amicable. They will tell you straight away if a particular book is available or not, they will even check the availability in their other branches. Almost every educational book is available here. Also bulk empty notebooks are really good here, a pack of 5 costs 176/- which is pretty good.

I do not see any friendly environment here. Starting from the security person till the sellers are very rude. And the other thing is they do not give even a rupee discount from the MRP. This is my observation and took a decision that I will never vist this store in my life or recommend anyone about this book store.

Seriously I can't find any book here even if I find it is a book which is an old copy of it. Even if it is the oldest edition, I am paying the full price for the book. Whereas I can get the same at almost half the price in Koti bookmarket So, instead of wasting your here, head to the book market in Koti

Product availability is low, we expected more from this store but we couldn't get what we needed. Some of the universal stores is Hyderabad have great collection. Have to improve a lot on billing section. Waited for a long time. Staff performance is also low.
