This is one of worst spa ever in Lucknow, above 5 star ratings are given by themselves from different email ids. They will rob you if you'll go with money to Universe Spa. I paid 5500 (2500 at reception and 3000 to the therpist inside). Therapists will force you for extra money inside or she will start creating scene there. Ultimately you'll come empty-handed from there. I strongly suggest never go to Universe Spa Gomti Nagar.

Very bad experience. Staff is pure non cooperative. No privacy. No doors in cabin. Just curtains hanging there. Very bad feeling at all. you will not get any relax feeling. They all treat like a robot. If you search on net then you can get much much better service nearby, so I will not suggest you to visit here. Its just wastage of time and money.

Upon my arrival i was welcomed by cheerful receptionist and water. I was given a lot of massages to choose from and i opted for the universal massage. It took complete 90 min and the massage was done properly. Sara was a great masseuse and did her job properly. Supriya was a great host and a welcome face at spa. Would love to visit again.

The rooms are very small and the there is no proper facilities. The ambience is very dingy and smells bad. Massage was very un-professional. Sorry to say..but this was the worst experience ever. Will never visit again and never ever recommend this place to anyone

Very professional staff of Universe the Spa. The massage therapist Kellin was very sweet and professional. Will return for another appointment. Aromatherapy was done well - very friendly and professional. Thumbs Up for this spa, this place is best in Lucknow

Service is very bad.Staff are not doing massage ,staff are only force for extra money. All ratings which seen on google are false they rate & comment himself on google by other email I'd . therapist staff are force for money to do Bad physical activty .
