So Saturday I waited on line with my wife to pick up a pair of Jordan’s 2s, I was the 4th person on line and when I finally got inside they said size was sold out , which seems messed up, I was waiting with only little bit of people in front of me , the 2s I received were defective with glue stain all around and the color is chipping , very bad quality, when I got sneakers they told everyone to not open the box which I found weird and also said we couldn’t try on , so also when I entered a worker gav me attitude because I was waiting for my sneakers and I guess he thought I was in the way , after I purchased he still came bak to me 15 minutes later to approach me weirdly like he’s tryna flex on me when Im just waiting not tryna hav confrontation, ya making fatjoe look bad when it’s not him ya making it a very bad experience for everyday people just tryna buy from up nyc …

Extremely unprofessional & distasteful experience with this company. I was given a job interview months ago & never heard back from with a response. Prior to the interview I mentioned I was currently working for a different sneaker company & the entire interview consist of them asking me question about the company rather then caring about what I could bring to the table. Very clear they just wanted information about the company & never intended on giving me a proper interview.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! first was disappointed because the store was so small. Then wondered why it was empty until i asked for help..the associate was rude and disrespectful and act like she was doing me a favor. Then gave me a higher price than what was on the tag. It was a horrible experience fat joe need to lean back on his associates sales skills because this store is going all the way down

DON’T ORDER FROM THIS STORE! They are a ripped off. On the website they had a different price and when I checked out they was up charging me $20 more...they said they were adding a pin... I was like okay I still want to support. When my order arrived there was no pin! Tried contacting them an no respond. I will have to dispute my charge. WORST STORE EVER!

The store employees came out to fight with a young man around 19. This are grown man that should know better some of them should be looking into retirement. They left the store unattended while the kid got his mouth busted. This is very sad I pray fat Joe doesn’t stand by and support violence. No excuses I hope nobody goes in here very ignorant

Horrible service, we waited hours on line just for the public to not get pairs, everything was sold to the "Friends and Family" of the owners, they had 100's of people on a line that moved no where just to get inside and get nothing, horrible sneaker shop and a stupid release procedure!!!! Footlocker is better!!!

Promised delivery date was 2 days ago. Where is my order .....who knows?? This was a birthday present ordered in plenty of time. No tracking information with the "just shipped" notice 6 days ago. My first and now last experience because I will Never, never, never buy from this store again

Wish I could leave 2 stars but it's kind of hard when you've made 3 orders from a place and 90 percent of them cancelled after a week of waiting...really can't say anything good about this company...if you can buy the same thing somewhere else, I would suggest doing so...

Horrible customer service, the store was suppsoed be availble to the public at 10 am, did not let us in until 12:30 on the grand opening. Numerous people and myself camped out and had to endure the freezing tempatures. The line did not move efficiently enough.

Terrible customer service, staff members act as if they are doing you a favour by being there. Items were good and had planned on spending a lot money there, but after being made to feel like we dont belong there, decided to spend my money elsewhere.

Felt like I was back home with my Puerto Rican familia! Very family oriented and only exclusive merchandise. I actually enjoyed the experience and there are two Up NYC locations as well. It is pricey so be prepared but you’ll have great time!

Traveled to this store for a specific sneaker. I called to check if they had the sneaker and true to their word, they did. Their prices were competitive. Their staff was helpful! My experience was great and I would go back there again.

Bought 3 pairs of sneakers, spent over $400. Had a glue stain on one a sneaker, brought it back and was told by the owner to use an ice cube to remove the glue stain (it didn't work), or color over it with a marker. I will NEVER spend

UP NYC customer service was okay i guess. The music was super loud, the staff did not move from the back of the register he was just yelling the price and changed it 3 times. Not much of a selection. The store decor is nice though.
