Jason Pettie is nothing but a liar. He kept my Chapter 7 bankruptcy open for 5 years. I was in a car accident way before I filed bankruptcy, Clark and Washington didn’t brief me about filing bankruptcy and having a potential claim. This man discharged my bankruptcy, in 2018, and called me in 2020, saying he was going to dismiss it. He wanted me to use his personal injury attorney and I didn’t, so he maliciously and out of retaliation kept my bankruptcy Chapter 7 open for 5 years. I tried telling the judge it was a conflict of interest but she didn’t want to hear that. The entire legal system is totally corrupt.
