The post office is located in the basement level. You need to go through the department of interiors security checkpoint at the building entrance on Est before walking down the hallway to the second bank of elevators. Take those elevators down to the b level, then make a right out of the elevator and the next right into the cafeteria. The post office is on the left side of the cafeteria and not indicated as a post office but something similar. THE PLACE IS CASH ONLY. The workers are very helpful and there is zero lines. I went there during lunch on a Thursday.
Not open at 7:30 or 9:00 as stated . Security says they open at 10:00. Go in the main entrance of the Department of Interior, not the entrance shown on Google maps-that is employees only.
The security officers said this post office is only for employees.
