I had so many packages forwarded to this place after a change of address was made. However, they refuse to give me some of my packages. I don't know what the situation is, but if the establishment is that corrupt, I need someone to work on this place immediately. I'm missing my packages and I am not happy.

Absolutely horrible and unhelpful employees. Only open 3 hours on Saturday is ridiculous. Trashy building that they put zero effort into.
Horrible everything. I will NEVER go there again. I suggest going to FedEx, where the service is friendlier and the place is clean!
The us okay trys to assist u in a good way its dome how just the lines seems a little to long but other than that no complaints.
Customer service need improvement. The branch manager was helpful.
