Jason is THE BEST mobile mechanic/mechanic I’ve had, period!! He’s very knowledgeable, HONEST, and takes pride in his work! Every issue I‘ve had with my Hyundai he was able to diagnose the issue and resolve it right then and there from replacing my catalytic converter to tune ups (fuel injectors, belt, etc) while explaining what’s going on with it so I would have a better understanding. He’s the only mechanic I’ll allow to work on my car and I’ll refer anyone to him. UPDATE 8/6/2023: I dislike dishonest people! Jason told me my compressor was bad a few months ago and I needed a new one and he was going to charge almost $1200 for the parts and labor (I knew he was up charging for the part bc an A/C compressor does not cost that much especially for him).. I recently received a second opinion from another mechanic.. the other mechanic looked under the hood of my car and started laughing and asked who told me my compressor was bad, I told him.. he said my compressor isn’t bad, the Freon is empty.. Jason intentionally lied and said he checked and it was full and I took his word for it because I don’t know how to check it.. he TRIED to deceive me because he knew I was unaware and I guess he saw where I lived at the time and figured I had the money. If he lied about that and tried price gouging me with that, I’m pretty sure he did it the last 3 times I hired him.. Liars and deceptive people eventually receive their karma. I hate that I referred others to him and I can say he will not receive any more business from me, EVER AGAIN. The other mechanic that was honest unlike Jason has fixed the issues with my A/C

My experience with this company was a very pleasant and professional one. From the prompt arrival until the finished and final product was done. Which in this case was a finely tuned automobile. That formerly had been running a bit rough. Now sounded and drove almost li ke it was just driven off the showroom floor. Thanks to the expertise of usa automotive! The fast and friendly service was a refreshing change from my past run ins with other places. Not to mention the $$$ I saved! It truly was a great value. I paid this mechanic (said his name is Jason) for a part for my car that I found out later he upcharged me double for. He didn’t put the part on correctly, so we had to call him again and he took the new part back and we haven’t been able to get him to come backs once then. This was at least 3 weeks ago. Keeps making excuses as to why he hasn’t come back, but it seems he just took the money and ran and we paid for labor too for a fixed car, which he didn’t do. We finally had to go with another mechanic just to get our car fixed considering we’ve been trying to get this mechanic to properly fix our car for about a month or so. The other mechanic fixed it right up with no issues and the car is running fine now. I see from other reviews that this mobile mechanic tries to deny working with everyone that has left a bad review or makes up an excuse. Go with another mechanic for your mechanical needs cause we’ve had nothing but issues and excuses.

I cannot thank Jason enough! The lady who called me back was also very nice. I live 12 hrs. away, my sweet daughter has so much on her plate with a preemie baby still in the hospital all to have her car break down in a parking garage there in Nashville. We have been working on trying to figure out how to get it towed, fixed, and everything in between for 3 days. I finally thought about mobile mechanics and thankfully Jason answered our call. He went out and was able to fix my daughter's car for me the same day we first spoke. I wasn't charged anything up front. He was polite, did everything he said he would, and more. My daughter lives out of town came to visit and her car overheated. This was Friday evening and I found this mobile mechanic"s website with mostly good reviews. I contacted him as instructed by his voice mail. He responded and I thought we were set to do business the following day. He completely ghosted me. Wasted my time and opportunity to try and get another mechanic on this. It's fine if he didn't want to do the job or if he was to busy to get to it. It is rude, unprofessional and just bad business to just leave someone hanging. A simple text stating can't do the job would have been the decent thing to do and would have only taken a few seconds.

I had Jason come to my home in December of 2021 to replace my alternator. He advised me I had a warranty on my part but never gave me the information for it. Now it hasn’t even been a full year and the alternator has went out. He told me he would come by to look at it and never showed up never called me back. He never answers his phone and he has yet to come look at the faulty part he placed on my car. I paid him $510 for him to do shady business. Stay away from this guy and this company. His bad reviews are real he’s good with stuffing people over then ghosting them when there’s a problem.

While driving home through Nashville at rush hour the car made a loud nose and started overheating. We pulled off the side of the road and called some local mechanics and they wouldn't give us the room be off day. We found Jason and usa.utomotive mobile mechanic. He left immediately and arrived, diagnosed the problem, the water pump had seized, fixed the car and we were in the road that evening. He is insured and bonded. I can't recommend anyone higher than USA.utomotive mobile repair. If we lived in Nashville I would have Jason do all of my automotive work. AAA+

My vehicle started overheating but was able to get it home. Reached out and got a quick response that he could come out the next day which worked for me. Arrived on time the next day and found the problem very quickly. Gave me options for the repair, picked up the parts and had it fixed in a couple of hours at a very reasonable price. To say I’m impressed is an understatement. He even cleaned under the hood so now it looks nice and clean! He’s by far the best mechanic I’ve used and will definitely be using him again when needed!

My family was broke down on the side of I65 at 2am we didn't know what we were going to call we got in touch with a young man at usa automotive he was great he got out of bed and cane right away he was very professional and gav we us a great price my son WA s so scare d he even took the time to talk to my son he was so scarred.but Jason made him feel better I thank he so much that he did that for me he really cares so thank you Jason with usa auto I will for sure be using you again

I am from out of town and was in Nashville when my cars check engine light came on amongst a few other issues with the car. The car was not safe to drive as it also wouldn’t accelerate. I found USA automobile mechanic online and Jason was at my house within 15 mins and was able to read the code, diagnose, leave to get parts and repair my car within an hour and a half !! Amazing ! He was also really friendly and professional. I highly highly recommend him for your car needs.

Not responsible took my acadia saying it needed engine and asked for money to buy engine gave him money and he had my denali parked for 5 months eventually got him to answer and he went and towed it back to my house full of mold and not fixed thats been a month ago havent heard from him since i spoke to his dad sinse i was looking for a answer and the address he has on here is his dads house his dad was upset saying i wasn't the first person hes done this to.....

My car battery died and i had no one to give me a jump AFTER I ordered a battery at AutoZone. Jason came through highly recommended from a FB Group I follow. He was answered my text in less than 10 mins and also picked up the battery from Auto Zone as well! He was done from first texts to installation in less than an hr! He was really nice as well!!!! He's THE GOAT for sure!!!!! Save his number if you ever use his services! Definitely worth it!!!!

These people are no good they have regular cars on a lot that are lemons and treat people like shlt they racist. My car was overheating ticket in to get it fixed they took my money gave it back the same day said it was fixed. The same day my engine light come on come to find out it is my thermostat after I pay them 600 plus to fix the problem they say they fixed and they refuse to finish the job and refund my money in this tough economy

We had an issue with our brake calipers just as we were pulling into Nashville in the middle of a cross country drive. Jason was very responsive, professional, knowledgeable, and polite, and we called him to the hotel we were staying at the next morning. 11/26/23 Sunday We were on our way home from AL, headed to IN. The water pump on our suburban went out an hour south of Nashville. Jason was super at communicating and getting there. We were so impressed how quickly he got us on the road....He changed out the water pump on the side of I-65. Reasonably priced too! Definitely will use him again if we are in the area. Jason came on time and the day promised. He installed a new fuel pump assembly on my car in the fuel tank . I was amazed that he did it all on his own. He knows what he is doing and gave me some tips on my car for future maintenance. My car was back on the road again less than 2 hours . What a service!! I was in town celebrating my birthday when I had the unfortunate circumstance of having car trouble. They came to the Grand Old Opry to assess my vehicle. I was then told to go enjoy my evening and they would text me with details. They fixed my car while I was inside and then invoiced. I was able to walk out at 9:30pm and drive away! Thank goodness my car was fixable. I am grateful for Mobile Mechanics.

BUYER BEWARE!!! Called this guy to fix our car while visiting Nashville from out of town, based on the positive reviews. He needed the money, upfront, to pick up the part. I sent the money based on the positive reviews. Over $400, he never showed. I requested the money back through Venmo, he declined the request, then claimed his Venmo got hacked. Avoid this guy so that you don’t get swindled!!!!!!!

no complaints here! he came as soon as he could , got straight to work, was able to go inside and relax while he took care of our distributor issue. No issues since the work has been done, and truck is running even better than before. Fair pricing and quality work. Him and his wife are good people and they know how to do the work. I would recommend him in the future and like how they do business.

Do not rely on this guy. I made an appointment two weeks in advance. I then confirmed the appointment with him two days out and the day before. Then, the day of the scheduled appointment, I heard absolutely nothing from him. He didn’t answer any phone calls or texts and left me high and dry. Car trouble is already stressful enough, so don’t waste your time and take this chance.

Dude is a beast I got quoted 800 today and I called him he gave me a time and was earlier then he said and what I got quoted by another shop was not really the problem and he got me fixed and didn't charge me nearly what the other shop was charging. We had a DEF lock out on a Sunday. Truck was hooked up to a livestock trailer with stock on the trailer and we were 6 hours from home. Not only did they answer my call on a Sunday afternoon they also drove 1.5 hours one way and fixed us up very quickly and everything ran excellent on the tide home and continues too.
