These people are by far the worst people in the industry. They are rude. The will hang up on you with out repercussion. They won’t even try to help. As much money as we pay for our children to go to this school you would think they would hire competent and somewhat respectful people.
Worst office on campus i think i’ve had interaction with. Take weeks to months to process and complete documents after going multiples times a week. They could care less about you needing stuff done. They are all about their time and every single worker i’ve talked to was rude.
Terrible experience with the USF financial aid office. I’d give 0 stars if that was possible. Incompetent employees with attitudes that don’t know what they are doing and do not care how they are impacting your education. They blatantly are
Definitely the worst office at USF to have an issue with. My private student loan has yet to be dispersed on the now 3rd week of school due to no urgency to solve my financial aid problems that was messed up due to their mistake. I’m being

If you ever have an issue with your aid and need help the employees in the financial aid office are not the ones to go to. Each one will tell you that you need to something different and all will be incorrect. If there is a form they need
Genuinely the rudest human beings on earth. I’m speaking kindly to the lady on the phone as she continues to berate me for little things I had no idea about. It’s strange that they assume they’re doing anything to inform students of
Incompetent employees who will look you in the eyes and tell you they “lost” your tuition check. Takes months for anything to process through here, constantly going back and forth through SVC and finaid. You have to go in person bc they
After calling twice (at different times) and waiting about half an hour each time to speak to a representative, I was left with unanswered questions and a negative experience. I don't live in Tampa so I cannot drive there just to ask a
The person who hires the people who work here should be fired. Rudest people on planet Earth. There was no one in the office, yet the lady was rude.
