This was the worst medical experience I have ever had! My son was sick and we waited over 8 hours and eventually left without being seen. The staff was rude and the overall scene was very depressing. It was a clear sign to me that the medical establishment has failed big time. Needless to say, we will never go there again.

UTSW is like a tightly ran ship! They’re not perfect, no hospital is, but they’re pretty damn close. UTSW saved my life, literally. Two other hospitals dismissed my symptoms and sent me home. Im glad I came here. Also the rooms are VERY nice and all the staff is very friendly.

The appointment takes 2 months without any effective follow up. They accepted/declined my insurance back and forth. Before my first appointmemt，they said the insurance should work， but they still want to charge me $500 for a simple doctor visit. worst hospital experience ever.
