If you’re lucky enough to live in Sydney then I’m sure you’ll agree how special you feel visiting the Ubykate shop. It’s like being a kid in a candy shop but with jewels & gemstones of all shapes & colours. It’s impossible to walk out empty handed yet there’s no pressure from the team at all. My ring is really pretty but the stone is loose. I contacted the shop and was told they will fix, but I had to pay for postage (to be refunded once they confirmed it was their error, not mine, the implication being that I somehow knocked the stone loose between unwrapping and placing on my finger) it was all a bit hard and annoying so I just took it to my jeweller and paid... a nice product, but not as good quality wise as you would expect with the price - looking at the Facebook page it would also appear that this is a very common problem. Would give 2.5 stars if I could

Utter perfection at every level - the product is exceptional, the ordering is seamless, the packaging is precise and stylish and the look is equally contemporary and timeless. To top it all off, the customer service is second-to-none. My absolute favourite jeweller and I’ve never even stepped foot in the actual store - all of this comes from the online experience only - and that’s saying something! Looking forward to hopefully visiting the store when I travel down to Sydney in June. Can’t wait!!

A few of my many pieces have gone a horrible colour & I've tried everything to clean them. I had a living circle pendant I bought a while ago actually arrive with a yellow colour. It looked gold. The chain was bright silver & the pendant was so discoloured. I also bought a Swivel Ring some time ago that was faulty & returned it. I was sent a replacement however that also has now broken. The living circle pendant was a sale item & I've never worn it. Sadly haven't bought anything since.

Every piece of jewellery I have bought from Ubykate and every experience is treasured. Whether I buy something for myself or as a gift to someone, it feels so individual and personal. The online shopping experience is outstanding - there is no need to go in-store. I have ordered customised pieces for myself online and the results are better than expected. Every piece feels like an heirloom - the solid feel and strong designs are empowering.

Lovely products, excellent service. I have now bought 4 pairs of earrings for me, 1 for my mother and 1 for a friend. Every single piece is beautiful quality, comes in lovely packaging, and all look amazing on. Most of my purchases were online (which is easy, fuss-free, and quick to deliver) and today I visited the store and got really great service from the 2 girls who were serving. Big thumbs up from me.

I sent 2 of my rings to the workshop for both being loose in the setting shortly after purchase. I paid $160 to have them set and repaired properly and paid all postage costs. I acknowledge its my fault for not rectifying the issue sooner but I put them away and forgot. It's not ideal though that they end up becoming loose and rattle with very minimal wear.

Lost my beautiful Living circle which I had owned for 15 years, complete with my 3 kids names engraved. Linda was so helpful in getting me almost identical replacement. We spoke over the phone so I had direct contact and it was a pleasure dealing with the Ubykate brand again, looks fantastic and could not fault the first class service. Thank you
