**IF YOU DARE GET A SERVICE HERE MAKE SURE THE CONSULTATION IS SOLID AND CONFIDENT. If it is not, walk.out. do not end up with the same hair I did** I am a hairstylist at an Ulta in Utah. I was in town and decided to get my hair cut in the salon at Lakeline. At first I felt very comfortable as the salon is set up the same as my home salon, and I work in a salon. I guess I forgot how to be a client, and we zoomed past the consultation and went straight to the shampoo bowl. I didn't think anything of it until she started my haircut and decided she wanted to give me a cookie cut haircut. I told her I wanted to get rid of my face framing, I dont like it. I told her I am trying to get rid of my lob/bob, I want to grow my hair out and change my shape. She kept insisting that I get shorter layers in the back and longer ones in the front, I told her I did not like those, with my thick hair it looks Shelfy. she told me no problem and starts my haircut. Her first mistake, she did not section my hair. AT ALL. I have the thickest, most dense hair. no sectioning. Then while cutting it she starts to tell me she doesn't know the name of layers or anything. She never understood Hairschool and she just cuts hair and makes it work. So I tried describing them, long in the back, subtle, blended. Not Long in the front, short in back not triangle, I want round. anyway I could think. I even brought pictures. She was like "okay, we will get this!" I wanted to cry. My haircut was already started, it was obvious she had no idea. Then she started talking to the other stylist to see if she knew the same cutting style I did, and that stylist also went on to say she never understood Hairschool and she just cuts hair and makes it work too! WHAT?! how can you call yourself a professional? I was so sad for their clients, for myself, and that they aren't educated. I decided to start backseat driving my haircut because I noticed she was about to give me triangle layers again, after I told her NO. I ended up having uneven, choppy triangle layers, my one length is uneven and disconnected because she did not section my hair and it was cut unevenly, and she gave me face framing that I told her I hated. Worse than any cut I have ever had, (and I was in Hairschool for 2 years!) It sounds like she did not figure out how to cut hair, she figured out how to do one haircut and make it work for everyone. I hope that the salon manager at this salon reaches out to me so I can privately name her, and she can get some mentoring with the new salon optimization. she needs it so no one else gets bad haircuts and so she can move forward in her career. Please do not let my bad haircut be in vain.

This is my local Ulta and I have coming here for over 2 years since I moved from CA. The customer service has been hit and miss over the 2 year duration and I have been patient with staff as there is usually one or two ladies that outshine the rest. Yet this afternoon finally tested me as I made returns at the register, I was told I could go ahead and make another purchase as it went back into my Credit Card. I decided to have a look around without being rushed, and I noticed I was being monitored rather excessively. I am no stranger to this being a Chicana, yet today was particularly obvious. I was asked twice if I needed help, even though I accepted once, I was still monitored. I eventually found what I needed and brought my purchase to the register only to be told my card declined it. There was not a sorry, nor an explanation, just an awkward stare! The manager was right next to us and she did the same thing! I promptly asked "why" and was met with a "probably cuz" . (Now I know it takes a few days to credit) Still maintaining a polite disposition, I repeated what the previous cashier told me, which was that I could make another purchase and still, BLANK STARES from both cashier and Manager! NO apologies, WHATSOEVER! I like the new location in Cedar Park much better than this one...they follow me, yet not as much and I can handle it because at least they provide EXEMPLARY Customer Service and don't walk around with their noses in the air! From now on, I will be frequenting Sephora and/or the new Ulta location only going to this location if I must, and reserve my LOVE for the 2 ladies that I am comfortable with. SHAME ON YOU. Checking to see if I am stealing? WHO is holding YOU accountable while you ROB the Company because of BAD ATTITUDE/SERVICE? P.S. Most of the foundation testers are filthy. WHY? This is something I would see at a downtown L.A. drug store. ********************************* Update 11/4/18: As of today, I have been going to Cedar Park and their attitudes are so much friendlier than this place to date. Also visited Sephora at the arboretum. Excellent service there! My favorite new place! Not a single filthy tester in sight. No regrets ditching Walden Park Ulta. ××××××××××××××××××××××××××××× Another Update On Walden Park Ulta 2/10/19: I went there twice out of necessity and discovered new staff. WAAAAAY MORE HELPFUL. So much friendlier. And too busy working to follow me around. I actually like all of them but one. He comes off as condescending but that's no big deal. I will continue to come back. Thanks for stepping up your game Walden Park. ☺

If it weren’t for shipping costs, I don’t think I’d ever go inside of another Ulta to buy my skincare products, particularly after my experience at this store. I came in for some face wash. This isn’t my usual store, so I had to look up at the signs when I walked in so that I could go to the right section. A lady by the entrance immediately asked me if I needed help finding anything. I told her “no.” I walked back to the skincare section and started looking for the brand I needed. I was asked by someone else if I needed help. Again, I said “no.” I spotted Peach & Lily and was looking at the shelf for the cleanser I wanted. The same lady from the front of the store apparently FOLLOWED ME back there because as I’m grabbing the box I need off of the shelf, she asks me AGAIN if I need any help. As I’m telling her again that I don’t need help, (Isn’t that obvious? I’m literally holding a product in my hands) she talks over me to ask if I’m looking for more “professional skincare.” I realize then that she must be trying to sell me Clinique or something. I tell her that I’m fine and I don’t need her help because I’ve already found what I needed. I was in the store for less than five minutes total. Why in the world would someone stalk me through the store to try and sell me things I’m not looking for after already telling them I DON’T want any help? I hate going shopping and feeling suffocated by the people that work there. It was like being in a store full of mall kiosks trying to hock their wares. I don’t know what is going on, but they need to work on training their employees to listen when someone says they don’t need help. I also felt like there was a disproportionate amount of employees to customers which meant that someone was popping up asking if I needed help everywhere I turned. It’s like they didn’t have enough to do and had to harass me in order to be productive. Is this the culture at stores now? There’s a difference between being available when needed and being pushy, and this store doesn’t get that.

I recently got hired at this location. I have worked at a few jobs in my life and have never had a place be so unprofessional and unorganized. I was hired about 3 weeks ago and immediately started my training along with 6 other girls. On my second day The training manager left before I was done with my modules and did not tell the other manager when she wanted me to come in again. So I left with the intention to call the next day to ask. I called the next day and got put on hold by an associate and when the manager picked up immediately hung up on me. I then told myself they were probably busy. I'll call back tomorrow. I called the next day and no one ever picked up. I then called for the next 4 days in a row and never got an answer as to when I needed to come in again. I was never able to talk to a manger during these 6 days. Finally I talked to a manager and she said that the training manager was not in that day and would be back on Monday, 3 days from then. So on Monday I called and got nothing yet again. So I decided that when they wanted me to come in they would call. I did not get a call until 2 days ago. Telling me I was 30 minutes late for a shift that day. And so I tried calling back to explain what happened and yet again got put on hold and then hung up on. I have now taken another job that is actually giving me hours and letting me work and will no longer be working for this location and probably no other ulta location. I also was a very frequent shopper of ulta and after this experience will be taking my business to Sephora and who ever else deserves it more than your business does.

I cannot speak for the cosmetic side of this Ulta but my most recent experience in the hair section was... Interesting. I was looking for a shampoo that would be great for product buildup and I had done my research. I had narrowed it down to two different products with 5 star reviews across different channels (Ulta website, Sephora Website, and their own brands Website). Well, I decided to ask a stylist WHICH ONE would be better over the other and he decided to try to push Redken (which was NOT one of my choices AND I know they were pushing it because Ulta uses it in their salon). Then proceeded to rudely ask if I BLEACHED MY HAIR AT HOME which I found to be extremely rude and not at all tied to what I was asking. First of all my hair was in a bun so you couldn’t see anything. He shoved this redken bottle in my hands that was half empty and COVERED with product so it was disgusting. Maybe I’m just picky or maybe it’s because I’ve actually worked in the beauty industry but the whole exchange left me with the feeling I definitely won’t be returning to that Ulta. Also: the product he recommended had almost 3 stars compared to the two I had that he was bashing so it definitely seemed like the product push had other motives (competition or commission).

The bad reviews of the manager are true. Her attitude is absolutely atrocious, I was waiting to pickup my order in the store, she just hands me my order, never checks whether it was mine and didn’t check my id, so I asked if she could check it in so I can get my emailed receipt. She didn’t say anything and walked away, I didn’t leave. So I asked another associate, if they were going to check out my pickup order. And in front of customers and all the sales associate she turns around from the other end of registers and literally screams “ IF YOU WOULD WAIT A MINUTE IM LOOKING FOR THE PHONE/SCANNER!” Lol what? Well communicate that then. Why are you so mad? Find a different career path that doesn’t involve communicating. I’m just a customer requesting that you process my order so I can get my electronic receipt? Also you shouldn’t be teaching the sales associates that it’s okay to give pick up orders away without checking IDs. Terrible manager.

I stopped into this store one evening after getting something I needed in a nearby store. I had specific items I was looking for, but because I am unfamiliar with the layout of the store, I was having a hard time. It was around 8:40pm, so I wasn't really expecting any help, since I know the employees are trying to work on their closing duties. However, a young lady with reddish hair that was blonde/yellow at the tips came up to me to help and led me to the right spot. I also needed some suggestions on a good setting powder for undereye concealer as well as a good makeup brush cleanser. She suggested the Japonesque one and I was blown away by how well it worked! She was super helpful despite me being there at an inconvenient time and she was never rude. She gave me great suggestions and didn't come off "sales-y" at all. I was very pleased with my visit, even though they didn't have everything I wanted in stock, the service made up for it.

As an ulta diamond member, I was extremely disappointed in this walden location. The manager was following me around every corner like i was going to steal something. I asked the manager for assistance with skincare and she said that none of these products will not work me with an ugly look (so she thinks i can't afford these?). Since my money wasn't good enough for them, I decided to drop my entire $800 product at the front counter and stated that i was extremely uncomfortable with the manager and employees standing too close to me and not letting me shop in peace that i refused to purchase these products. I stopped by sephora and spend $1800 at their location since ulta walden assumes all colored people shoplift (i witness other employees following other colored people). I will no longer shop at ulta and take my business to the sephora arboretum location that offers me a basket and offer help whenever i asked for it.

I am not a big make up wearer. I do like it. It's pretty and fun... anyway, I pretty much never go. Gone dog hair appointment and been happy. Not as a consumer, though. My sister patronizes this place. So, I figured "why not". Yeah, that was the last time. I went around 1030 am. Not busy. Did kindly get offered help but then was rudely put down and dismissed when I explained what I was looking for. Hello, I'm confused myself and could've used guidance / I wanted to be introduced to new products and spend some money to refresh my daily beauty regimine.... then figured out the register was a disaster. Long line. No one coming to help. The line needed to get redirected. And people ended up being skipped. The flow of the line is awful and tight. Realllly frustrating. Especially with cranky cashier. Sorry Ulta. Was already kinda intimidated and this experience was a turn off.

I usually love ulta but the staff there has no idea what they're talking about. This is more a reflection on the dumb man working there though. He complained about ulta having a paraben free beauty line and said parabens aren't that bad for you. He's not a woman. He doesn't understand women can get sick from parabens. According to EWG ORG, ,"The concern with these chemicals is that scientific studies suggest that parabens can disrupt hormones in the body and harm fertility and reproductive organs, affect birth outcomes, and increase the risk of cancer. They can also cause skin irritation. " I'm a woman and in my teen years I experienced health issues with parabens. Im considering contacting ulta directly about him. He lacks basic cosmetic knowledge. You can usually find him running around the store giving off tacky makeup advice in a kilt.

I came in 5 min before closing, not realizing they closed so early and instead of being rushed or treated like a nuisance, I was treated like the longtime, loyal, money-spending customer that I am. I was greeted by a young man who was locking the door, likely hoping to clock out asap but instead welcomed me inside without hesitation and led me to the item I was there to purchase. At the register I was helped by a young woman named Devinique who’s positive attitude and genuine kindness led me to write this review immediately upon arriving back to my vehicle. She went above and beyond without batting an eye and as odd as it may sound, the experience with both employees gave me some hope for humanity that I’ve not felt in a very long time. Thank you sooo much!

This was a bizarre and chaotic trip to find products for my hair, which decided to go from straight to wavy once I turned 50. Tanya, who was still on her lunch break at the time, listened to what I had to say, including the MANY things I had already tried, and helped me find the PERFECT system for my needs. All this while a young lady was text-walking and ran into a display corner, cut her leg, then continued walking around the store and NEVER put her phone down (she actually stood behind us in line Instagramming about how she was going to have to go to the ER and get stitches). Despite being short handed as several employees followed behind phone-girl with disinfectant and towels, we were checked out fairly quickly and saved $53 by using my Ulta points.

I received the worst haircut ever here. The woman absolutely destroyed my hair. She hacked off large chunks of hair leaving unblended and uneven layers and huge gaps in my hair. I am absolutely devastated. I went to another stylist to see what could be done and she was absolutely baffled by the horrible job this woman did. Even with the repairs the other woman did to remove obvious errors, I am left with a terrible style that is not at all "edgy" as the stylist told me it would be, and is completely not age appropriate or attractive. I am too afraid to go out in public with my hair down. The worst part is that the stylist seemed VERY confident in what she was doing, and was even surprised when I reacted negatively. I did not pay for the haircut.

  • Laura Dunphy

Typical Ulta with everything you could need. The problem was the staff. I gave them my cell phone number for my account and he said "Glenda?" .... my name is Laura. When I told him that he just stared at me as if to say what do you want me to do about it? Asked for my address and I gave it to him.... "uh no that's not right." I've had the same number for over 15 years and when I told him that he was rude and unphased like this wasn't his problem and just deal with it. I understand it says it in your computer but I have my cell phone in my hand and can prove it is MY number. Loooooong story short he couldn't be bothered and he didn't care. I'll choose to buy my stuff online through the actual makeup company rather than deal with that attitude.

  • Rachel Hattig

Run by a bunch of airheads. I called these people from my job, inquiring about whether or not an eyeshadow palette was available. They had me on hold for 15 minutes and by the time that they answered the phone, I was actually walking into the store. During that entire time they had me on hold, they didn't even check on the products availability, they just wasted my time. They didn't check until I asked one of the representatives in the store. Then they all started running around clucking like a bunch of chickens trying to see if they had the palette. Which they didn't. So I wasted my time and gas driving there. Calling beforehand solved nothing because these bird brained women are too stupid to provide real customer service.

1st time visiting this store in search of earrings for my daughter. Let’s just say UNPROFESSIONAL at it best!! IF I COULD GIVE NO STARS I WOULD HAVE. No greeting/smile as I entered the door. A slight pause in conversation as they looked at me awkwardly & carried on chatting with one another. So I begin to look at the oil on front display & remembered * hey I need earrings* So I asked the lady behind the beauty counter “Do you guys sell earring” her rude response “ uh whaaa?” Earringggs *pointing to my ears* do you guys sell them? “Oh no!” I then began to walk out the store. No one stated have a nice day , nada , nothing! Wow I’m really flabbergasted by their customer service!

  • AndrewJBushard

This business wouldn't consider me their target customer, but they helped me nevertheless. I use this app that sends me in stores to scan products for pay. I tend to use this app at places I shop at. Today I didn't have enough points and I wanted to redeem, so after exhausting the scanning opportunities at the other places, I came here. The employee did not kick me out, but asked "are you finding what you need?". She helped me. Because of this courtesy, I want to tell my lady friends to shop here. It pays for businesses to treat everyone well, even non-target customers! Ladies, kindly shop here.

  • Amanda Stone

I have nothing, but good things to say about this store and the ladies working here. If a problem arises, they work with me to make sure I am completely happy with the outcome. I came here tonight to pick up a favorite item, and one of the checkers had the line waiting a bit longer than normal trying to fix something. A customer stood there for a full three minutes holding the line up more just to berate the poor checker and put her in her place. Get outta here with that! All the ladies working this Ulta do their best and are always courteous and go the extra mile for their customers! High five!

  • Glenda Nickell

I typically go to the Ulta in round rock. But I happen to be near Lakeline Mall, so I decided to go into this location, and the staff was unprofessional, and had absolutely no clue about the products that they sell. I asked a young lady do you help me look for contour stick, and she kept showing me concealer lighter than my skin tone. Then I asked another employee and she was supposed to go and check for a bronzer, I waited 10 minutes while she talked and giggled with other employees. If you don’t know your products, then you probably shouldn’t ask the customers if they need help.

  • Bianca Childers

Had a great experience. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I came in basically for a mommy make over. Sophie helped me choose all my makeup to make feel beautiful again!! She sat me down and actually listened. She was so sweet and relatable. She was patient and also very helpful to her other co workers. I don’t think she realized how much her time meant to me as I have been struggling with depression and body image issues. I hope the right person sees this so she could be recognized for her hard work. I will continue to come to this location. Thanks again Sophie

  • Mark D

No one helped my wife when she asked for a color match. The manager with really curly hair looked my wife up and down and proceeded to get on her radio and ask someone to do it while she stood there texting on her phone. After five minutes, she answers it and walks away leaving my wife and I standing there waiting. No one ever came by us even after waiting a few more minutes. I'm disappointed because my wife was excited to pick out some new makeup to wear with Valentine's right around the corner. Suffice to say, we left and went to Sephora around the corner.

  • Jeffrey Isler

The girls in the stylist sections are so friendly and so kind. I had some off the wall questions about coloring and they were so happy to help even though I didn't have anything done with my hair, I was just there to shop. A couple of days before that I was in their with some questions about facial Cleansers and the General Manager was amazing!!! I was in there right before they closed but that didn't stop her from treating me any different! I love this Ulta... They make you feel important and very special!!!

  • Celina Gimang

Unnecessarily longer and unpleasant checkout experience. I didn’t want to give my phone number (which I’ve been able to do before), and the cashier made me feel bad about it - they held me up longer by shouting in my face multiple times for “ANYONE WANT FREE POINTS?!” and repeatedly struggled to input another customer’s number. Then they barely acknowledged me for the rest of transaction. Other staff were friendly enough while I was shopping, but the checkout ruined my day and opinion of the store.

  • Jessica Lucas

Had a wonderful experience at Ulta yesterday. I got the best brow wax. Definitely book your eye brow wax with Sarah at the benefit counter. She is licensed and skilled at her craft. Not only that, she was so knowledgeable on products that I was curious on. She color matched me perfectly on multiple items. She knew her stuff and related to me on my level to better assist me in what I was really needing. I've already booked a second appointment. Sarah really made my shopping trip fantastic.

  • Brittany Gressett

Amanda is such an amazing hair stylist! I was so nervous about all the length I wanted to get rid of but she put me right at ease with talking about everything she was going to do beforehand, showing me where the length would end up, and she even gave me a million helpful tips on how to do a blowout at home and how to better protect it from my straightener. She’s amazing, can’t wait to go back to her, and she has the best personality, give her a chance if you need a cut and style!

  • Brittany Gressett

Everyone at this location has been INCREDIBLY helpful and so very sweet and nice. Charlotte, one of the managers there is always amazing and upbeat and ready to help. And there are so many girls there at the front (I am so sorry I don't have all of yalls names!!) that are just super friendly and go out of their way to make sure you leave smiling. Love this place so very much. I am so grateful to have found an Ulta near my new house that I will forever enjoy going to!

  • Amanda Walz

This review is for the salon. I paid $170 to get a balayage and received a pretty patchy dye job by Shah. She was very nice but the service I received was pretty awful. After going to another salon to have it fixed the salon manager returned my phone call and offered a refun after seeing the pictures I sent her. I’m glad they made it right, but it does make me skeptical of going back again to get my hair done knowing there are stylist that perform at this low level.

  • Peter Gregg

Fairly large store neat Target with a big selection of beauty products, cosmetics and a salon in the back. When getting gifts, staff has generally been helpful. Last time going in was looking for men's skin care products. No one offered to help. Eventually found the section in the far back of the store. Literally was two tiny bookshelf sized. Few products. But online there are many. Guess they dont/and certainly won't sell much in a growing market.

  • Larissa Carter

I went November 28th to a crazy scene! The general manager I believe her name was Kyna was yelling at customers and her sales associates, one of which was pregnant and crying over by the tills. We walked right out and purchased what we needed at Sally's next door. I hope someone from corporate sees this and does something about that General Manager. I never leave reviews, but something had to be said. I will be calling customer service as well.

  • Lettie

Expensive stock. Often the items can be found somewhere like Target much cheaper. Two things really frustrate me about Ulta: 1. They keep moving the hair products near the salon so that they're never the same place twice and it's like going on a scavenger hunt everytime I shop for them. 2. They don't fully open the salon or the brow bar. Never more than two stylists in the salon at one time and I can only get a brow wax but not lip or chin.

  • D Lou

I love Ulta, although, this visit was not the norm. It was difficult to get assistance...not offered and when I found sn employee and asked for the location of a particular brand, she pointed and quickly rushed ahead of me to point out the products, then disappeared into the back room. I spent some time trying to find the specific product while 2 other employees chatted nearby. I bought here but next time i will probably purchase online.

  • Bethany Bougrov

I had my hair cut the other day by Beverly and I love it! It’s the best cut I’ve had in years. My hair is more fine than it used to be, and she knew exactly how to cut it to make it look more full. Her skills are amazing and so is she. She makes you feel comfortable with her kind spirit. You can tell she really loves what she does, and knows what she’s doing. You can feel confident getting a hair appointment with her. Great experience!

  • BELLY

I was in this store for a while, lol! BUT definitely want to point out how pleasant of an experience it was in the last minutes to be HELPED and given a friendly service by Praise! She's courteous, knowledgeable and all around good vibes! Also, thanks to Patience? Precious? (Sorry, idr, but she has a cool ombre-green blue septum piercing and dope locs) she was also Friendly, and held up a nice conversation! Thanks to these ladies!

  • Cedes Day

I had a brow appointment at 11am showed up 5 min before appointment. The girl was late for work!! Wow! Completely unprofessional and unacceptable.. i’ll never go back.. as a company how can you hire people to do a job if they can’t even be on time for? She was rude and then proceeded to tell me she wouldn’t ready until 11:20 because the wax wasn’t ready. As a first time customer will never EVER GO BACK OR RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!

  • Seaneila Angeles-Rodriguez

I wish I was able to post photos but I got highlights done yesterday and I have a HORRIBLE harsh line on the left side of my head. It’s right in the front so it’s pretty bad. I rarely get my hair colored and was excited for change. The stylist was very nice but I was be cautious about getting your hair done here. I’ll be posting photos on Yelp if anyone wants to see what I’m talking about.

  • Jessica Kieke

Been asked may I help u 5 or 6 times said no to all Didn’t like that they were following me around acting like I was shop lifting don’t know what happened to this place but they need to teach their employees more about customer service an not harassment. Spend a lot of money at this place don’t like being treated like that. Till it changes may start shopping at the cedar park location

  • Erica M

Customer service here is great! Better than all other locations. Everyone is helpful asking what you are looking for in a product and helping you stay in your price point. Returns for products was easy as well. I was really excited to try some things that just didnt work on my hair and they made it simple to return and even helped me find a different product.

  • Morgan King

Long dark haired manager is yelling across the store at customers and I can’t even look at something without having someone constantly asking every 5 min if I need help when I have told them no I was just browsing. Very rude and slow check out I will not be returning to this store when I can go to Sephora and get the same products in a lot better environment

  • Ashley Nicole Martinez (Elly)

Went to this Ulta the other day and it was the best experience compared to previous visits. They've really upped their customer service game. Bravo! Everyone was so helpful. I'm excited to make an appointment with Brody soon for a makeup consultation. My only pet peeve right now is they are frequently out of the Tarte Crease Concealer color I need.

  • Darlene

Even though it was Christmas eve, the staff took the time to help us find the right items, helped us with promotions, and were concerned that we were getting everything we were looking for even though it was almost closing time. They were a perfect end to our long shopping day! They put smiles on our faces all the way home!!! A pleasant surprise!

  • Natalie Sanders

The Ulta salon at this location is the best one in Austin. Cannot recommend Shah enough, a hair genius truly. Amazing everyday hair stylist and also does great special event services! I've been coming here for about 2 years and even though I live ultra south now, I will continue to come back! Facility is always clean and staff are very helpful.

  • Jennifer “Pebbleshime” Chavez

The staff was rude and barely helped me. They made me feel very unwelcomed and like they had better things to do than help me. A lady walked me to the brand I was looking for but walked so fast I lost her briefly and just as quickly walked away. I had questions but no one willing to help. I will NOT be returning to this location.

  • Maddie Green

Worst ulta I’ve ever been to. Staff was very unfriendly and UNHELPFUL. Especially ANYA! Wouldn’t ever come here again and makes me never want to shop at Ulta again! Then after my bad checkout experience and waiting much longer than needed, Anya wanted me to sign up for even extra rewards when I was clearly just wanting to LEAVE.

  • Amber Campbell

Very friendly staff. I personally prefer to look on my own and just ask when I need help, and the staff at this store won't pester you constantly to see how you're doing which is really nice! They'll ask you once and then they pretty much just leave you be. It's always easy to find someone to ask for help when it's needed.

I have my hair colored at Ulta. Catherine is the best at hair color. I went in about a year and a half ago with virgin hair. Catherine made me feel so comfortable and did a great job. I had complements for months. Everyone has always been nice. I would recommend Catherine to any of my friends she is the queen of color.

  • Leninha Dorsa

I try calling the store several times but nobody answer the phone. The place is dirty and there is no one to answer questions or help. I know they have a manager but she is never there to take care business for the customers when the other people are so busy to answer, it is not enough workers to help the customers.

  • Ricky Morales

I was on time for my apt but had to wait, then checking out took longer than should have as most the employees were sitting talking with only on person working a register. Been to many an Ulta and was not impressed with this location and the team in place. The product is the same but service was sub par.

  • James Onderdonk

Kyna (the store manager) and her employees are always very sweet and attentive. While this is a smaller location, it's always very clean and they usually have what I'm looking for, If they do happen to be out of a product the beauty of advisors are very quick to recommend alternatives and find solutions.

  • P

the employees need to be friendlier. I needed help for 10 minutes and couldn't find someone to help me. I was waiting for a lady to finish but she looked at me then continued working with someone else. No "hi just a moment, or be with you in a minute" type thing. Poop. Guess i'll order online.

  • GABRIELA ESPINO

Pretty clean and organized. minus one starsfor lack of employees. I went to the store to find one item and it after 15 minutes and going around the store twice I interrupted someone because no one else was available or willing to help. Also another star for not having several items in stock.

  • Katie Mcclure

Went to get a brand new haircut but didn't really know what I wanted. The stylist Amanda was great! She listened to what I thought I wanted them showed many different options until we found the best one. Then she showed me three different ways to style it before I left, I love her!

  • Sana Mahmood

The girl at the Salon did not listen to what I wanted. I wanted a blunt cut with face framing layers. She cut too much hair off and gave me very choppy layers. When I went to another salon the hairstylist was shocked on how uneven my hair was. I will not be coming here again.

  • Marylin Kelley

Great selection and prices are comparable to other beauty stores. Employees are friendly and knowledgeable about products. Not all locations are equal and they don't all carry the same items so if your looking for something specific call beforehand to save your self time.

  • Maiya Clayton

Ladies take your money else where they do value their customers and should you ever have to speak to the manager I'M SORRY. She is totally incapable of apologizing for racial discrimination . I have been near tears dealing with this location it's all down hill from here.

  • Lulu T.

Very professional, they were able to find me exactly what I was looking for for my sensitive skin care. I was going to buy a new foundation but no testers allowed at this time due to covid19, Which I totally get. This is my go to place for all my skin care products.

  • Lissette Mize

Highly recommend the hair salon. I was late to get my kids haircut before school and the ladies were so kind and found a spot for them. They love getting their hair wash too. ❤️ They also recommend a great product for my 11 year old girl. …

  • Tracy Montoya

Amanda cut and styled my hair today. She was very patient and took the time to listen to me to make sure we were on the same page. She did a beautiful job. I wish I had a picture of the back, it’s a little stacked and layered. She also took

Was in Clinique area for 20+ min and not one associate around to ask for assistance. Teenagers walk in & miraculously there's someone to help them. Trying to find new shade since they've added so many lately. Better off going to the mall.

  • Cynthia Clark

Good because I knew what I was looking for but no one asked me if I needed any help back in the salon area. Three people passed me. I went up to talk to someone in the salon about making an appointment, she never once acknowledged me. I

  • Feysi

Made an eyebrow appointment this morning at this location since I was gonna be up north. It was for 5:20pm and I got here at 5pm so I called to see if they could take me in earlier & the lady told me unfortunately their eyebrow girl had

There was a guy that helped me pick out some tinted moisturizing. This man know what he is doing. He pick the perfect color match for me. I most definitely will be seeing him again soon for more help. To you sir thank you for your help.

  • Cyrus M

The Men's fragrance section looked abandoned. Only 1 tester was out so after I asked an employee to smell a tester she said they don't have any currently. I was told you probably want to go to the store on 360 by the employee working.

  • Nancy Morales

Curveside pick up was great! Employee who answered the phone was very polite and took the time to explain, how curveside pickup works. My items were brought to me outside and placed in my car. I was back home in no time!

  • Salas Austin

Very nice store and clean. Well organized and the products are well presented with a very large variety and brands for cosmetics and hair and skin products.. the personal is also very helpful and polite. Thanks for that.

  • Life's a garden, can you dig it Michelle?

I came here on a mission for a hairbrush and was successful. But this trip it was hard to get a sales floor associate to help me find some other items. So I just explored and eventually got the other items on my list.

  • Andrea Makridis

Awesome discounts, service was great and welcoming. Clean, spacious and bright. Major variety of products. Unless you're coming here for something very specific, enjoy the visit, there's so much to see and try!

  • Maria Gallegos

I hadn't colored my hair in a couple of years was letting my grays grow, but today I decided to put some color. Isabel colored and styled my hair and I love the way it turned out. Isabel you rock. Thanks …

  • Vaibhavi Choubal

I did my haircut here..service was very good. Only part did not like that the hairdresser tried to sell unnecessary treatment when all she did was just conditioned my hair with a salon specific conditioner..

  • Jess

Not an easy store to navigate. It seems very cluttered & disorganized! The employees here are definitely Ulta employees. Not one spoke to me until checkout.. even then it was, "Is this all?" & "Here you go."

  • Mina Rosered

Of course it's Ulta so the makeup is awesome but it is expensive. I bought Foundation, lip gloss, eyeshadow primer, eyeshadow palette, and setting spray. $271. That blew my budget for the year for makeup.

  • Sassy Sloth

Employees were very helpful with checking inventory over the phone and placing something that I was having a hard time finding on hold so I could come pick it up. Clean store, friendly employees.

  • Ashley Perez-Talley

They have a full blown brow bar here and they also have eyebrow tint services. Maddie is the greatest at making sure my sparse eyebrows end up looking full and beautiful when I leave. Thank you!

  • Taylor R

I love Ulta. This is a cleaner and more organized one than other I have visited. The stock is out on popular products normally or the tester tubes are broken inside the product.

  • Jennifer Liang

Their signs for the Shea moisture soaps say they are $5.99 and they charged me $6.99 instead. I am never coming back to an Ulta store when they can't be fair about their prices.

  • Sara

Charlotte was so great and went above and beyond to fix the color another Ulta had picked for me, she even recommended other products without trying to up sell, it was great!

  • M J

Amanda does the best hair! I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she did it PERFECTLY! I love it. She even showed me how to style my hair at home. I will be returning!

  • Hannah ZR

The selection's great, everyone's helpful. I even had a palette shipped to me from the website that was broken and they told me to come down and exchanged it with no issues.

  • Brandi Evans

It's okay... always greeted but I had an older woman that worked there follow me around which annoyed me. I don't shop there much anymore because of that. Sephora is better.

  • Maegan Harless

The staff here are always great. There is one woman specifically who I love coming in and getting help from. Next time I go back be sure to add her name to this review. :)

  • Barbara Bingham

Love this location. Everyone is always very helpful I've had my hair done and I've had facials and microdermabrasion in the salon. I had great experiences every time.

  • Kristin Miliman

Very helpful and really took the time with me to find everything I was looking for and to swap out for a shade of foundation that matched me better.

  • D.R. Steuerwald

I have NEVER been treated worse in a retail situation. If you are wondering where all the bitchy mean girls go to work, this place recruits them.

  • Joy Bee

I bought 3 nail polishes and returned them back because the formula was too thick. No question asked just happy to take my return. Thanks Ulta

  • Tina Teixeira

Ashlin, is Adorable, and gave me , probably the nicest hair cut and style I've ever had!! Thank you, she's Amazing, and Adorable.

  • K G

I really like Ulta I just wish their staff was more friendly, what happened to customer service and just being nice?

  • Tammy Black

It's was a very easy inventory the store was very ready for inventory. Also associates were helpful and timely

  • VA MEDIA

Sold me a used product in a different box covered in some weird substance and bad customer service. Reported.

  • Kymberley Powell

Found the best guy today to help me with my makeup update and skincare routine. Helpful managers and staff.
