Every time I come to this location I'm ignored and staff is rude and say nothing at checkout. Made a return today and the man that checked me out scoffed when I said I didn't think the product was under my account and said he could not do the return if it wasn't even though I had an order number. Per other reviews, not sure why customer service needs to be so bad. Train staff better. Update: went in to give it another chance and it's worse than before. No product is placed where it should be so nothing was where the correct price tag should be. One girl was working the counter while all of the other staff stood around on their phones, and behind the counter was such a mess she couldn't find the free gift I should have received but didn't. I guess Ulta is just going to rely on online orders from now on to keep in business.

I went here today looking for make up a tall heavyset white girl with short ear length hair and a nose ring said hello almost not even looking up from her phone. I wasn't sure what I was looking for or what brand. I waited for someone to ask if I needed help like they normally do and always do at Sephora. Then another African American girl with long curly hair named Ashley joined her at the counter. They talked about what to order for lunch while not helping customers. What to eat needed to be the last of either of their worries. I walked past multiple times before I asked for help. Then I just left. Next time they should discuss ordering salad's

Do Not go to this location…find another one!! Ver unprofessional. I scheduled to PAY to get makeup done for Prom and the day before they text me the appointment was canceled. I called spoke to manager and they were very rude and unhelpful. No offer to go to another location just said sorry nothing we can do! Don’t offer makeup appoints when you only have 1 person that can do it or give your customers an option if you have to cancel, people are not scheduling makeup to be done for fun most of the time they have an event! Lost all my business over this!

Just wanted to give a shout out to the lovely african american lady at the salon. I am so embarrassd I cant remember her name for sure but I think it was Kennedy. I am a muslim women who wears the head scarf and this branch did a great job at accommodating me and setting up in a private area in the back for my hair cut. She did a great job with my hair and even though I didnt really know exactly what I wanted and trusted her with what she said would suit my hair. And I absolutely loved it the results!

If you have been a regular customer at the Keystone at the Crossing location, stay there. This location doesn't live up to that one at all. The Keystone At The Crossing is more upper class and a better store. You can't tell who the employees are at the 86th street store cuz they dont' greet you when you walk in. Also inquired about possible getting my hair done in the salon and was told the hairdresser "caught covid" I don't believe they caught it, they just didn't want to come to work.

Ive shopped at and done freelance work at Ultas’s all across the country and this location by gigantic leaps and bounds is the best Ulta with the best staff that I have ever been too. EXTREMELY friendly and helpful, I had two people assisting me and both were just so fun and nice. Such a breath of fresh air from the usual rudeness and catty behavior I usually come across at most cosmetic places. Thanks guys you rock❤️

This Ulta is set up a bit differently from most Ultas I've been in. I was never greeted by an associate until I was standing at the register. They had several testers that people had ruined. I don't blame the store for the testers. However, if there was better customer service, then maybe they could monitor the use of testers better.

Ms. Vonni went above and beyond to find a couple NYX glosses for me that were not on the floor. She was gone for a while so I knew she was really searching hard for the items. I got the gloss that I wanted and at first I wasn’t even going to ask for anyone to check the back for me. Good job Ms. Vonni!

Came into store. Never greeted but laughed at by the chick with dreadlocks. Older white woman who also worked there refused to acknowledge me. I won’t be supporting businesses that refuse to treat customers with respect.

Employees have great fun in the store , don't come over cause everybody is so lazy and don't know any basic customer service techniques . Manager got red eyes probably she smokes something green!!!

Erase that star! Only way to post!?* I met the manager that Marcin & Wiktor mentioned in previous posts when she stumbled in carrying her breakfast. Very unpleasant demeanor from Ulta employees.

I was followed around the store the entire I was there. Even while waiting in line to make my purchase. The employee never spoke or verbally acknowledged me until I was walking out of the door.

Older white lady has a bad vibe, was in line for 20 mins one employee working the cash register she just sat back and didn't help the employee who had a line full of people honestly fire her!!!
