Update April 2014: I was contacted by Jesse of UAT to address my grievance and deal with my order immediately. He, on behalf of UAT, was most apologetic for the my missed order. The end result is I will recieve the parts, and another of near eaqual value to the original order thrown in. I am pleased UAT contacted me and look forward to giving them another shot in the future. March 2014: Placed an order with these guys 3 months ago. $20 deal and thought 'what the hell' I will transfer payment direct into their account. Well several emails later, no reply's, sitting here thinking, I wish I had read these reviews first. Wish I could truly rate them for their service but as there has been none, its not even 1 star IMHO. They suck, little do they know the $20 order was just a tester, they could have had a couple of 00 added had they cared. Avoid. My Order Number: 11595

The WORST. Ordered parts for an RC, paid for parts and delivery, never received the parts as the post returned to sender, so I picked up the parts, one part was missing and they said it is going to take a few weeks, so I waited. I emailed a follow up and they told me they can't get the part and they will refund me the money. They refunded the part cost but not the postage (this is more about the principal), even though I had picked it up. I called to discuss and they told me that I needed to work it out with the post and to organise a refund, they dropped the ball and were arrogant about the whole thing. Stay away, there are better places to shop. Lucky to even get 1 star.

Rather disappointed. Have taken our rc car here 3 times to be fixed. First time was purely for a new battery to be fitted, picked it up and the same day it still wasn’t working due to a pin being bent. Took it back and got the pin fixed, took it home and straight away as soon as we started it up the motor started free spinning and she wouldn’t go. Got told it’s because we “flog” it too hard, got it “fixed” again and took it home. Now she still won’t work. None of these issues were occurring until we took it for a battery. Have been charged a total of $130 all for it to still not work.

Ordered some parts, and after a week of them not shipping I contacted them to find out what was going on. Discovered that one of my items was on back order, but they didn't bother to contact me and let me know. After 3 weeks of waiting and numerous phone calls, told them to just send me what they had and refund the item on back order. Finally got my items, but still waiting for refund to come through. That was over 1 week ago. Have tried contacting them again and now their phone is disconnected.

5 stars on all aspects, I have ordered a lot of parts from Ultimate Action Toys, I live in another state so I shop online. Every single time I've dealt with the staff they have gone above and beyond to help, they're always friendly and happy to help. My parcels have always been posted the same day as ordering them. Never ever had the wrong thing turn up. When a part has been out of stock I have always been notified either by e-mail or phone. I highly recommend this company.

Always had a great experience here. Whenever I come in looking for advice, the people there always give me great and helpful advice. Never had a bad experience, or encountered a problem with the store and guys there. I find that they are almost always stocked with what I need, and plenty of quality products, and have no-idea why they have received any negative feed-back.

I found that Dan was very helpful and patient with me as I was trying to buy a gift for my husband and having no knowledge at all about model kits or anything like that explained everything and what else i would need. Will defenatly return to the shop.

Ive had a good experience with these guys on multiple times they could work on there website but ive had no issue just that items take a fair bit to get posted it is annoying but other than that small issue they are great just order in advance

The owner was the most helpful shop keep ive ever met in my life back in 2018 when I first visited. I only just went back last week, nothing's changed, awesome honest service. Did not try to sell me anything, was just a good person. Thanks!

The guys have always been helpful for me. Good source of supplies, friendly staff. I have moved back to Qld but still have fond memories of looking for what I needed. The Bentley long finished now in the glass case at home.

Best r/c store that I have ever been to because it has the widest rang of r/c cars and boats. Always there to help and give great advise on how to your r/c running to its highest capabilities. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

I visited the store to pickup a Tamiya kit & some other goodies. The fellas were incredibly helpful, the knowledge & experience these guys have is next level. Can’t say thank you enough, would leave 10 stars if I could!

Spent good money on rc car, based on their recommendation- nothing but problems . Poor quality product, poor customer service! I would NEVER spend another dollar with this place!

Good hobby shop with plentiful variety of models and diecasts. Tools and paints available. Shop a bit messy but they recently moved in. Worth a look.
