Ultra Panel beaters were an accidental choice made when dealing with Outsurance, but one which I am very happy about. Ultra Panel beaters are top drawer. They managed my expectations gently but firmly, communicated with me throughout the process via whatsapp with photographs, and delivered a final product that exceeded my expectations, and which I could see that they were very proud of. The workmen are also honest, because I accidentally left a R4k dictaphone in the car and didnt realise that I had. When i collected the car, they had it waiting for me on the car seat. Ridiculously expensive quotes, they replaced metal parts with plastic, insurance companies cut down their quotes because they inflate prices of parts and. That plastic part you see in picture was a metal, they could'nt even clean my right headlight for me after paying R23 500 (check picture). They couldnt even replace my number plate for R70 after paying them that much. Absolutely pathetic, they didnt even properly wash my car afterwards. I would never recommend these guys. Absolute crooks in all their branches

Firstly, they lied about the condition of my car, making me believe i should leave it there. Their quote was astronomical I got another quote for R39 000.00 less. When I went to fetch my vehicle - they lied again and said they would organize a tow truck and when I said I had driven it for 3 weeks in that condition it was all okay, and I could fetch it. Then they charged me a ridiculously high "admin and security" fee. Preggie was amazing though - thank you for your kindness.

Preggie and his team at Ultra really offered exeptional service in resolving my Hollard claim and returned my vehicle looking like new. Disappointed,!!! two days before I got my car back i went to go see it, everything was fine it had my old battery and they even ran the engine to show me my car is going to ready soon... Two days later my battery was replaced with a small one, locked with cable ties.... Not even (roadworthy) when I asked to see the old battery to see if it was damaged... It was never found stuff stolen.... Now I need to buy a new battery

They did a great job when they sprayed the bamper and fitted it, they treat you like a human being with respect which is also important. I recommend them they're doing a clean job and you won't regret it.

I was kept up to date with the progress of the repair to the vehicle. The vehicle was ready for collection as promised. All the people I spoke to were very pleasant and helpful.
