Poor workmanship and Expensive. We had barring changed with them but after fixing this problem same day our brakes was not working as before. after few days another issue started with wheels. We went and discussed but they refused, without arguing we came back home. When we asked our another mechanic they advised the work they done on barring was very poor and did not do good job and that caused all other problems in my car. Before that incident we never had any issue with car. Update- today we inspected our vehicle with another mechanic and was told that bearing was installed incorrectly and reason may be nut may have left loose or too tight, bearing was not pressed in shaft properly, breaks was not tighten properly as well. they advised us not to drive vehicle and contact previous repairer as this is workmanship issue, which we do not want to. We happy to pay for same bearing change and do not want to come back to you guys. This is not about money, This is about trust we have put towards your guys. We have loose all faith in you guys. don't try to blame everything is customer fault and nothing is related to you. If a customer is pointing some issue after you guys have done repair rather then blaming customer at least try to find cause which may be related to your repair. And yes as per new mechanic brake master cylinder have nothing wrong with it as you guys was telling us. below are the photos what has happened to shaft after you guys replaced bearing

I had my car (Toyota Echo) looked over/inspected a few days ago which cost $121 and I informed Kane about 3 problems that I had known to be issues with my car. After picking my car up a few hours later I noticed that my car was parked in the same car park in exactly the same position I left it in. Alarm bells started ringing when I seen my car (like it hadn’t moved!!), then I looked at the vehicle check and report only while Kane explained what needed to be replaced/repaired etc. There was 12 issues picked up but I was expecting to see a lot more due to my car not been serviced for several years. Besides the 3 issues I told Kane, the remaining 9 issues were things that would take 5-10 minutes to look at. I was surprised NOT to see things like oil filter change, checking spark plugs or lubricants e.g brake fluid, power steering to name a few. Also I was not informed about an engine diagnostic costing extra which I thought would be included due to being charged $121ph. I sent 4-5 emails to ultra tune Melton stating that I was not satisfied with the work performed but no reply back as I sent these emails 4-5 days ago, this is the reason why I had to send my review. Not happy with my inspection and very expensive.

have been looking for a mechanic to service my Jeep. Every mechanic (some large and we'll known companies what's worse...) I rang or spoke to I felt so uneasy.I looked up Ultra Tune and read the reviews. I had nothing to loose. I spoke to Paul I was treated with the up most respect. When I dropped my car off He even asked if I had any concerns or anything he wanted me to have him look at. That's never happened to me anywhere else... When I picked up my car. Paul explained to me what had been done, and showed me the parts that needed replacing, on the computer so I had anunderstanding of what he was talking about.. Not once during this time, as a female did I feel like I was being taken for a ride. I left with confidence that my car and the job was done well. 5 stars is not enough to rate the service I was given. I will be booking my car in again for future services, and any maintenance that needs to be done with Paul. Highly recommend Paul and Ultra Tune Melton.

Thank you so much Paul and team! Always going the extra mile!! On my first visit, my indicators were not working for 2 weeks. On the day of my appointment with him, it somehow miraculously worked when he inspected the car for free. And ever since then my indicators have not failed since. (He was honest and told me he won't fix an indicator that's still in working order) My second visit he identified the issue of my overheated engine, and informed me about all the tips and tricks to my dashboard to help identify when the car overheats. On my second third I had done a service. I came back with my car all cleaned up and tyres waxed and shined, and he informed me what was important to repair, and what was not needed. Third visit was to repair my brakes. I was going to bus home but he had gotten a staff member to chauffeur me home! By far the best mechanic I've ever had.

Pauls communication and honesty is impeccable. Not only did the team fix both cars up, but he saved me money doing it!! I had quotes that were double what I paid here. Being female, I've always been hesitant taking my cars to mechanics cause I ALWAYS get ripped off. I get quotes $100+ more than my husband. Other mechanics would look past me and talk to my husband (not knowing he knows NOTHING about cars lol). But not Paul.. Thank you so much for making this stress less and comfortable for me. I rang to discuss an issue with a starter motor, I was really quite upset and stressed out, unfortunately sometimes in the past I've had mechanics tell me there have been problems with me car when there hasn't so even calling is something that makes me a little anxious, but the consultant I spoke to was lovely. Obviously without diagnosis ge couldn't do anything anyway but he was more than happy to point me in the right direction, even suggesting another option that wasn't going with ultratune because it was time sensitive for me to get it fixed asap, instead of telling me it can be done asap and then holding onto my car and waiting for a part for weeks..

Honestly the best service I have received, my car broke down right down the road from the shop, they gave me a jump to be able to get the car going and over to them to repair and saved me from having to get it towed. They dropped me back after which was amazing and saved me again from having to get an Uber. Then had the car fixed and ready the next day. Will for sure be a return customer, Kane and the guys did a great job!

I'm going to say this as politely as I can. $225.00 to change oil and filter and to inform me of things I already knew about is NOT good business! I could go down the road and payed $130/150 for the exact same thing and they even wash your car and vacuum it. Please $120 for labour for such little effort is insulting! Rant over...

I have done all my 3 cars servicing here and prices are very reasonable and affordable if you come with a big charge as they accept open pay.
