Roman/Undersky is an INCREDIBLE LOCKSMITH. Hiring one is no small feat, as most of the times one needs a locksmith are usually times of great duress. I imagine that his calm demeanor, expert workmanship, clear, prompt, and specific communication, and attention to even the smallest detail, all come in really handy during such stressful moments. Fortunately, these qualities were also quite evident when I hired him for some before-the-emergency work. I contracted Roman/Undersky after soliciting 4 total quotes from other locksmiths. Yes, his quote was the lowest (by more than half in two cases!). But it was also the fastest, not the closest, but definitely the most specific, and the most responsive to the exact work I explained I wanted done. I had several follow-up e-mails as we narrowed down scheduling, payment, purchasing of the lock I wanted (and that would fit), and other minor details, and each time I wrote, he wrote back within minutes, moving the process along expeditiously. This non-emergency job was requested and completed within 36 hours, which is so much faster than I ever thought it would be. Roman/Undersky is an incredible example of how sometimes, one can get far, far more than one has to pay. Roman's lowest quote was accompanied by what I am sure was a premier level of service. I contracted Roman to do three jobs in two nearby locations: (1) an entirely new smart lock installation in a metal/concrete frame door (which others told me could not be done), (2) a standard door lock repair, and (3) a standard lock replacement. He knows what he's doing, came equipped with everything, and was extremely respectful of my home. When he needed a special concrete drill bit because my door frame was concrete behind the metal frame, he was ready after a quick trip to his vehicle. None of the little nuanced issues that arose were a challenge to him. He made sure to clean up during and after each job was done at both locations. Yes, that is Roman using my power vac to clean up every bit of dust he created when drilling and shaping my door frame in order for the bolt to fit perfectly when closed. Anybody else know a locksmith that vacuums? His attention to detail was so awesome, that he even used some of his extra screws to fill the hole in the door left by the lock he removed. His solution was effective, cost-conscious, and natural to his way of working. He completed three distinct jobs in two nearby locations in an incredibly professional manner within 90 minutes, start to finish. I wasn't his first customer of the day, nor his last, but he made me feel like I was his most important customer. Payment via Venmo (or cash, or credit cards, were also options) was quick, exactly what he quoted (despite some unexpected issues with my door and frame -- not his fault), and was accompanied by a detailed invoice (for anyone that needs to be reimbursed or include it for Uncle Sam's nosy self). I almost wish I had more locks to fix and replace because he made this entire experience completely wonderful. So just know that when I do have lock needs, he is the only one I'll call, text, e-mail, or Venmo. He's been in business for nearly a decade, and his is one small business I will support every time I can! He helped me in a bind, did so with a smile, when I needed him to, at the price I could afford, and left me feeling safer and happy, but not broke. That's priceless peace of mind on many levels, in my opinion.

I got locked out of my apartment while walking my dogs. (I mistook my receipt for a new pair of Crocs for my keys!) It was about to start pouring so I was in a hurry to get outside. When I realized I was locked out, I first called the locksmith on the sticker on my door, but they gave me a half hour estimate! My dogs are scared of rain, and it was thundering, so I was not about to terrorize my babies waiting outside in that kind of weather. I called Undersky Locksmith, and five minutes later, Roman arrived (for real!). He was polite and professional. He made me feel comfortable and worked efficiently. He had a lot of tools with him that could help him unlock a variety of types of locks. I’m not as paranoid of getting locked out anymore, knowing this professional is a phone call away. 5/5 stars, definitely recommend! PS. while writing this review, the rude man from the other company called, confused, and hung up in a hurry. #awkward So glad that I called Undersky and had someone COMPETENT unlock my door for me. Service was amazing, quick, professional, discretion and reasonably priced . As soon as I called the guy was there within 20 minutes, took him 3 minutes to open the door . I asked him not to look inside my room cause I am a pretty messy person, he followed instructions perfectly, and he charged me an average rate ( under $100) . Trust me I went the , let me buy a lockpick set and try to do it myself phase , don't do it , I wasted hours on it , to no positive results. The guy had some electric tool that he was able to open my $20 lock within seconds. Man, I genuinely cannot say enough good things about this guy. He came and opened my broken door. The next day I had an issue and he came and delivered again. When I moved into our new house, the prior owner had handed me a jar full of keys, and I knew that wasn't the solution. I reached out to Roman, and he re-keyed every door in the house and updated the deadbolt to a high-security / Mul-T-Lock. I now have 2 keys (1 regular / 1 deadbolt) for the entire house and the garage. The main door is over 100 years old, and the lock set was from that era (Earle) - no problem! Roman was prompt and professional, and I would absolutely use him again the next time I need a locksmith.

My sister lost the key to the storage unit… ugh. My husband called Roman who picked up immediately. We asked for a quote. Roman had us send a photo and he responded with a a very reasonable quote. He was able to come immediately and within a very short time we had two new keys in hand. He also replaced the metal bracket on the wall as the old one was garbage and the door didn’t close nicely. This man is a God send. We needed a critical door unlocked as we did not have a key for access. Other locksmiths wanted to give us the run around and needed to show up before quoting a price. Undersky Locksmith was the second locksmith we called one evening when we were locked out of the apartment, after a bad experience with the first locksmith. Undersky was everything we could want in locksmith – he gave us a reasonable quote over the phone, arrived on time, skillfully and quickly opened our lock without breaking it, and was friendly and courteous the whole time. We highly recommend Undersky to others, and will call them first should we ever have a problem with our lock again.

I locked myself out of my bedroom, and after getting 3 or so quotes at $150+, Roman quoted me at a a fair $75. He arrived in under a half hour of talking with me, and completed the job flawlessly, professionally, and in an extremely quick manner. The whole ordeal from first phone call to getting the door unlocked took about an hour max. Not at all what I was expecting, and he took Venmo! Even better! Highly recommended to anybody who need fast and reliable service I needed to change the locks on my office door from security reasons Roman Came and offer me some high-security locks and show me a couple of options and we decided on a Medco lock that eventually solved my problem! I made an appointment to get a front door key changed. The guy checked in to confirm, showed up right on time, and had the new lock installed in under 5 minutes. I went out on a limb and asked him if he could help properly secure my AC units into the window frames, so he threw that in also (for free, and also under 5 minutes!!). I was trying to find someone to install high security cylinder on my apartment door. I was calling couple of locksmith services and all of them were not available or too expensive.
