I want to give -ve rating if it is there.. The way they treated me is worst. Ofcourse i was bit harsh because the product i brought was broke down 4th time and when i went for complaining they are least bothered. Post that i had to call them back to back to check the status. They have not even addressed the issue and only 40% of the issue is resolved. And the sales person is shouting on me when i went for checking if everything is fine and speaking something non sense. When i approached the manager, even he is also saying ‘don’t speak as if you have own us’. I had called minimum 6 times to finally get product which was not resolved and manager is saying will buy something from outside and fix. Too bad and too worst service and the way they address the customers even worse

Bought a refrigerator some time back. If you are with Bajaj Finserv, you could get discounts occasionally. This exception could mean your item is at times cheaper than an online purchase. The stock is not the same available online. Manufacturers now have begun to make different products for online and store sales. These differences are largely superficial. You can buy undamaged, new products from unilet. But you pay upto 20% more at times than online purchases. Sales staff can be moody though they are motivated unlike my experience at some other outlets in Bangalore. Verdict: original, quality products. Price higher than online stores.

Worst customer service. First until purchase is happening they were nice and then item got delayed by 4 days and then another 3 days for service. after multiple followup they booked installation with brand. And second item was purchased on brand emi and additional 1600 rupees has been deducted, when contacted hdfc bank they informed to vist outlet since brand emi was done at outlet and when visited outlet they put blame on bank. There is no support from guys at unilet Kengeri shop to ch ck with their internal support and they denied on support. There sale is done and they don't want to support customer. Neverever visit.

One of the most utter worst and pathetic showroom in Kengeri. All the staff and manager are all good until you buy the product. Once the payment is made the you have to beg them. Purchased AC delivered two years old manufactured, asked for replacement again same has been sent. Please not recommended for any purchase not even for a small product.

First time we visited Unilet, it was the wonderful experience....... Jagannath (sales person) was humble and professionaly explained each and every specification in detail with product comparision that we wanted to purchase. We were very happy that manager offered best price to purchase. I highly recommend this place to buy electronic goods.

Never buy any product here as sales people misguide with wrong offers ,I have been informed on cashback offer on refrigerator on credit card ,cash back never came .also price they sell product highest value in bangalore .so while you purchasing any product here please do proper price check in other showrooms .

Very bad experience. They say one thing and do another. They will say free delivery but when they come for delivery they will charge for loading and unloading which they will not inform prior. Also the service rendered is very bad.

worst commitment from shop manager, delivery and installation not in promised time and date need lot of follow up by us and waste of time. my strong recommendation don't go with Unilet kengeri division.

Very bad after sales. Delivery delayed. No updates or informations on delivery delay. Customer has to follow up after sales for even delivery. Day got wasted. Very important work had to be rescheduled.
