Addressed to Higher management I’m a regular client of Union coop - al wasl / opposite al Safa park branch since more than 7 years ago. 2 months ago I sent an e-mail complaint in regards of horrible customer service received , and the manager Mr Mohammed Hassan contacted me after that and apologized on behalf of the cashier. Few days ago , I had another dissatisfied experience in the same Union coop branch in regards with an item purchased , I was charged more than the real price on the shelf . Once I reach home I realized the cashier punched and overcharged me more than the real price , I went back to supermarket at customer service desk at 10 Pm ( cameras can be checked ) the customer service lady , she was very rude and sarcastic with me , she cover her name and she refused to provide me her name , I told her to call the supervisor to can explain my concern as I seen the coop employees they don’t have knowledge about the prices and also the employee was talking unprofessional with me . The supervisor Arabic gentleman came , his name Riadh Soltan came and he was more than rude and his attitude was horrible , as a lady I was feeling very frustrated for accepting his unprofessional attitude and careless behavior in regards of my issue ! He refused to solve my issue ! I would like officially to make a complaint for the lady who assisted me very sarcastic as the customer desk and the supervisor in charge ! Also I sent a message to the manager Mr Mohammed and he totally ignored my messages . I sent 2 emails to union coop and no reply ! I will make a complaint to DED and to clients rights as this is the second time recently when I’m disrespected and cheated by union co-op employees, customer service , supervisor and ignored by manager ! This is the customer service which represents unioon coop? I request to be called asap by someone from higher management to explain in details the issue.

It's a good place to buy day to day groceries. From dry food items to fresh mutton, fruits and vegetables, Cosmetics, and almost everything. I was disappointed with a watermelon I bought for the guests and it was completely rotten from inside. Rest all good, go there for shopping as staff is very nice.

Very cool super market. All the products are looks like very high in quality. The items are very verities. I have purchased some fruits and vegetables. Fecilities and arrangements of this supermarket is very awesome. There are not crowded but people are shopping there easily

Nice supermarket with you daily needs. Staff don’t have knowledge about all the products and specially prices. So i think need some improvements I came first time and experience was okay nit so good. But i hope i will get better experience next time

A very hygienic, disciplined, Restaurant where each and every dish is brand prepared by professional Chefs Waters, Chef, Restaurant In charges everyone is a responsible person towards customers I wish to go again and again.

It's a scam way to run a business, they display a price on each item, once you come to pay the price is much more. When ask why they say only if you own their card you get that displayed price but it's not for everyone

The fruit selection was not as good as other branches, They also don't have fresh bakery and butchery sections. I don't know if they have parking available because I parked in the street.

متجر لكافة المستلزمات المنزلية و المواد الغذائية. يحوي كافة الاقسام المعروفه ما عدا ملحمة ومخبز. تتوفر مواقف تحت الارض ولكن الدخول والخروج منها صعب بعض الشيئ لضيق المدخل والمخرج.

المكان من الداخل مرتب وجميل والبضاعه ممتازه ولكن المشكله في المواقف لايوجد مواقف لذوي الهمم وكذلك للجمهور اتمنى من إدارة الجمعيه حل موضوع المواقف

تعتبر الزيارة الأولى لي لهذا الفرع مناسب جدا للأغراض الضرورية فقط ملاحظة صغيرة على المواقف الأرضية نوعا ما ضيقة للسيارات ذات الدفع الرباعي

This place is good generally, they good customer care service but their prices are a bit high compared to other supermarkets.

الصراحه منتجات الفراكه والخضروات غير لائقه للاستخدام وعند سوال المسؤل يقول ان كذا مره تم محاطبه المسؤول ولا يبدي اي اهتمام

منظمة ومرتبة وفيها احتياجات الأسرة بس أسعارها مرتفعة شوي وياريت ينوعوا أكثر بالمفرزات مثل الخضار وغيره وبالتوفيق يارب

Small compare to other branches. Good for fast shopping but sometimes you can't find everything you need.
